This paper presents a low cost wireless sensor network system which is developed to be an alerting system for relatives or caregivers when the elder is immobile for a long period. The alerting signal is sent via the Internet link and a mobile phone. Remote transducers capture input signal from the mobility subject. If the target subject has immobilized behavior for long period which is analyzed abnormal condition the system will send the alerting messages to a selected mobile phone or Internet link. After detection of motionless elder from the set–point periods the system immediately distributes messages via SMS on the mobile network and a server to warn a relative or a caregiver with the image option to send. The sensor modules have ease-ofinstallation with coverage area nearly 3 square meters 80 % of detection level suitable for a small room and a bathroom

The purpose of this study is to design and develop a house from used containers for the victims. A providing residence is one of the most important requisite for the victims. In this study the unused shipping containers were modified and used as a house for the victims. A container house provided a common space and a share area for the victims to conversedshare the informations and to support each other which is the main purpose. This study decided the containers size 2.50/12/2.50 A container allocated the area into 4 main parts. The first part is for livingthe second part is the bathroomsthe third part is the stair and the forth part is the base. From the study the concluded of the design is to arrange the containers in to 4 orientations by located the containers along side the North and South. The purpose is to gain the fresh air and shelter from the glaring sun. And also the reason of reduce the energy in the residence. The useful purpose to put the 3 containers stack isit easy to install and remove. Therefore the 4 orientations are also provide the share area for the victims and separate the other part of areas clearly.

This research aims to study roles and relationship model of local rulers in electing President and council members of Mueangbangkhung Sub-district Administration Organization Sawankhalok District Sukhothai Province (6 September 2009). Results showed that local rulers could perform their formal role well and could conduct effective election process. In informal role most involved in determining candidates and helping candidates to win the election with their request talk clarify and direct involvement in projects and activities through membership of Sub-district Administration Organization in their village after the election.
