This research was on the production of hardmetal from recovery of tungsten carbide tool scraps recycling through ball milling for 40 hours. The metal powder obtained which was of the size between 0.11-0.22 µm was composed of 96.69% of tungsten carbide (WC) 1.68% of tantalum (Ta) 1.21% of titanium (Ti) and 0.42% of niobium (Nb). When mixed with 5-15% cobalt binder metal cold isostatic press (CIP) sintered at 1450 ° C it became hardmetal work piece dimension 12.39 x 13.82 x 5.60 mm with 1410 HV hardness and 14.34 g/cm3 density. The result of S45C steel turning was tools life good. The research concluded that the hardmetal work piece produced by the developed material had suitable basic specification and would lead to the development in working in the future.

This research studied combined toxicities of 4 generally found Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) - anthracene fluorene fluoranthene and phenanthrene – during growth of 3 legume seedlings - cow pea mungbean and longbean - planted in varied combination of PAH contaminant in soil. Results showed that mungbean growth was more sensitive to PAH co-contaminated soil than cow pea and longbean. Co-contamination of all 4 PAHs was more toxic to legume than each pair of PAHs. Shoot length and fresh weight of legume seedling were more sensitive to co-contamination of all 4 PAHs than root length. Dry weight of legume seedling was the least sensitive to co-contamination of all PAHs.

Abstract The monitoring of controlled car via a computer with wireless GPS system project was invented to monitor a car via a computer with wireless GPS system that could send a cars coordination back to the controller when the car reached the specif ied position. All was done through a wireless communication. This project started by studying details and equipment of controlled car GPS system and programming of Micro Controller. These were applied in building a car which could be controlled via a computer with wireless GPS system. The Micro Controller program was also written. As a result of the project a controlled car could be monitored via a computer with wireless GPS system. The car could be moved by the computer to the specif ied coordination and coordination was sent back to the controller when the car reached its destination.

Clinic Technology of Rajamangala University of Technology PhraNakhon was supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology to manage training programs in order to develop and create careers on Thailand 2011 TechnoMart&InnoMart Day together withBOI FAIR 2011. The event was aimed to present the works of Clinic Technology in utilizing knowledge and technology and to transfer knowledge and technology of 8 Clinic Technology in the network.Twenty-five effective short training programs were designed under the slogan “25 Clinic Technology courses for Career Creation”. Results showed that the 1547 people who attended the training courses were highly satisfied with the project at the mean of 4.37 or 87.40 percent. About 1528 people or 95.03 percent would make use of knowledge received from the training programs. This successful event clearly showed the university’s potential in being the leading national project manager. The university has important role in providing vocational expertise to external organizations and general public offering training programs to private sectors and upgrading existing target groups through profit-making academic services.
