This research aims to study and compare the attitudes of students. Faculty of Home Economics Technology. Are working in garment factories. The sample is used. Students in Division of Fashion Merchandising Technology and Fashion Design and Clothing Textile. The instrument used a questionnaire that was made. Data were analyzed by using the average percentage standard deviation and T-Test.

การวิจัยเรื่องคุณลักษณะของบัณฑิตที่พึงประสงค์ตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติของสาขาวิชาอุตสาหกรรมการบริการอาหาร โดยมีวัตุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะของบัณฑิตที่พึงประสงค์ของสาขาวิชาอุตสาหกรรมการบริการการอาหาร คณะเทคโนโล่ยีคหกรรมศาสตร์ตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติ และประมวลความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะของบัณฑิตที่พึงประสงค์ในทัศนะของผู้มีส่วน ได้ส่วนเสียต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนในหลักสูตรคหกรรมศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาอุตสาหกรรมการบริการอาหาร คณะเทคโนโลยีคหกรรมศาสตร์ ประชากรที่ศึกษาครั้งนี้ รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 92 คน ได้แก่ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 บัณฑิตผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา ผู้ปกครอง สถานประกอบการ และผู้สอนของสาขาวิชาอุตสาหกรรมการบริการอาหาร รวมถึงผู้บริหาร คณะเทคโนโลยีคหกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบประเมิน คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

Product Development of Lotus Seeds for Health Food Industry aimed to develop 6 kinds of Processing food recipes and process which consisted of Instant lotus seed Lotus seed butter Lotus seed tablet Lotus seed Croquettes Lotus seed Cream and Lotus seed milk . The result process : time of boiled for lotus seed 20 minutes and Ratio of lotus seed and water type wet mill 2:1 and dry by tray dryer at temperature 70 °C time 6 hours. Instant Lotus seed was yellow light color and was Peak viscosity 113.675.51 RVU and Setback 39.66±±27.74 RVU. The Proximate analysis was found Moisture Protein Crude fiber Crude fat Ash and Carbohydrate were 5.06 16.47 3.26 0.72 35.48 และ 38.90 respectively. Lotus seed tablet was developed by ratio of Instant lotus seed : milk powder were 40:60 and using cocoa powder 9 %. Lotus seed tablet was brown color and moisture content 4.7% . The ingredient of Lotue seed paste were dry lotus seed : sugar powder 42:34 and using Carrageenan 1 % . Lotus seed Croquettes developed by ratio of Instant lotus seed : potato paste were 50:50 . Consumer test 52 % buyer. Lotus seed Cream using boiled lotus seed 20 % by weight and Lotus seed Cream no egg yolk it food for health. Lotus seed milk were Lotus seed 80% and pectin 0.5 %.

The research aims to study the factors affecting on lerning achievement of industrial education faculty students at rajamangala university of technology phra nakhon. the sample population included 254 students from induatrial education facuity students. the questionnaire was a research instrument. analysis statistics was done by fraqquency percentage arithmetic means standard deviation and test the relationship between learning achievement with factors affecting on learning achievement bypearson product moment coefficient correlation analysis of the multiple regression to predict learning achievement. the research resuits can be summarized as follows : 1. Overall learing achievement was highly rated. 2. Characteristics leamers factor psychological characteristics behavior between teachers and students individual behavior extermal driving force have a positive relationship on learning achievement of students were relations are positive achoevement on learning achievement of students in the faculty of industrial education were found significantly different at the 0.05 level.

The objective of this research is to develop the additional skill toy product from dust mite defending fabric. There are categories into three products: 1) without the decoration 2) cartoon printing 3) colorful fabric which is wrapping the toy. It can be divided into 3 styles of this product : 1) the geometry style (triangle square hexagon) the ring toss style and the jigsaw style. The sample of this research are 100 children who are aged between 2-6 years old for using the purposive sampling 100 parents and 100 general interested people for the accidental sampling. The instrument used for collecting data was quality assessment of this product on the opinion of children group between 2-6 years old parents group and general interested people group. The findings of this research were as follow: In term of children between 2-6 year old they like the colorful fabric which is wrapping the toy and they choose mostly the ring toss style followed by the cartoon printing and the ring toss style. In term of parents group mostly female between 21-30 years old bachelor degree or equivalent housewife monthly income between 7501-10000 baht have never seen this product and they think that the using material is suitable. Besides they like the geometry style in colorful type for decorating the printing method and colorful fabric which is wrapping the toy as well as the choosing product should realize the important health. Moreover they like very much the decoration of cartoon printing in the ring toss. In case of product they like the geometry about size style and suitability. In term of general interested people group mostly female between 21-30 years old bachelor degree of equivalent students no monthly income have never seen this product and they think that the using material is suitable. Besides they like the jigsaw style in color type for decorating the printing method as well as the choosing product should the important health. Moreover they like the decoration of colorful fabric which is wrapping the toy in the geometry style. In case of product they like the geometry about size style and suitability.
