The purposes of the study were to investigate factors affecting the organizational commitment explore organizational culture and examine work life quality of the employees which affected their organizational commitment at Rubber Authority of Thailand Headquarters. The questionnaire was applied to collect data from the 200 employee samples selected by proportional stratified random sampling at Rubber Authority of Thailand Headquarters. The data collected were analyzed by the percentage distribution mean and standard deviation; and t-test f-test and multiple regression analysis resulted at 0.05 statistical significance. The study results revealed that most of the samples were single females who were 30 years of age in the average or less holding bachelor degrees and having been working for five years or less. It was found that their organizational culture concerning clan culture achievement culture bureaucratic culture and adaptability culture highly resulted in high work life quality including organizational pride social relation safe and sanitary workplace work independence work progress and security work administration and employees’ capacity development were high. However the aspect of justified and sustainable income organizational commitment in terms of psychology norm and work tenure were average. The study results revealed as follows. 1) Different personal factors concerning the employee’ age education status and tenure range did not differ in the organizational commitment 2) the organizational culture had impact on the organizational commitment were clan culture achievement culture bureaucratic culture and adaptability culture. 3) Work life quality resulted in organizational pride social relation work administration employees’ capacity development and work progress and security 4) Organizational culture and work life quality had better impact on the organizational commitment than the organizational culture which included aspects on organizational pride social relation employees’ capacity development work administration and work progress and security. It was found that main organizational cultures were achievement and clan cultures.

The purpose of the study was to scrutinize patterns and levels of environmental accounting disclosure of listed companies in eight industries in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The research applied documentary research methodology and descriptive statistics including percentage distribution and Correlation analysis using Chi – Square at Statistical significance at the 0.05 level. The results of the study showed that five among eight industries including agro- and food industry consumer goods industry industrial goods industry real estate and construction industry and resources industry disclosed their environmental accountings at level 2; specific but not quantitatively measurable. However each company paid the highest attention to the environmental management systems because of its prominent requirements. As for the other three industries which were finance industry service industry and technology industry disclosed their environmental accountings at level 0; no environmental accountings disclosure since they paid limited interest to the environmental accounting during 2009 and 2012. In terms of the relationship between the entrepreneur and the environmental accounting disclosure it was found that the entrepreneur’s five aspects such as the business operational period paid paid-up registered capital total assets total liabilities and total revenues were significantly related at the disclosed level of 0-3.

The purposes of the research was to develop the system consulting for quality assurance Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon including found out the quality by the experts and the system users’ satisfaction. The research tools were as follows: 1) the system consulting for quality assurance Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon 2) quality evaluation form and 3) a questionnaire on users’ satisfaction. Tool for system development of this research were Microsoft FrontPage and Macromedia Flash Version 8.0. The research sampling group consisted of 30 the administers and staffs educational from assurance departments. The results of this research was found that the quality evaluated by experts in content towards the system consulting for quality assurance Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon was as a good level the average mean was as 4.15 and the standard deviation was as 0.63 in order words. The quality evaluated by experts in multimedia was 4.16 on the average or at a good level and the standard deviation was as 0.41 in order words. The users’ satisfaction on the system consulting for quality assurance Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon was 3.97 on the average or at a good level and the standard deviation was as 0.06. Therefore the system consulting for quality assurance Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon was able to be used properly.

The objectives of this study was to evaluate effects of cryoprotectants on Dorab wolf herring gel qualities using sucrose (3 and 6%) with sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP 0.3%) as cryoprotectants at 0 3 and 6 freeze-thaw cycle (-18 C 18 hr. freezing and 5 C 6 hr. thawing). The results showed that added 3 and 6% sucrose in combination with 0.3% STPP to washed minced fish resulted in whiter gel than washed minced fish with no cryoprotectants and unwashed minced fish at 0 3 and 6 freeze-thaw cycles (P0.05). Besides expressible moisture of washed minced fish with cryoprotectants added was found lower than washed minced fish with no cryoprotectants and unwashed minced fish at 0 3 and 6 freeze-thaw cycle (P 0.05). Textural properties i.e. washed minced fish with cryoprotectants gel strength (breaking force g) was higher than washed minced fish with no cryoprotectants at 0 freeze-thaw cycle but gel elasticity (deformation cm.) was not statistically different (P>0.05).

The purpose of this research is to study Quality of work life affecting Organizational Commitment of private companies’ employees in Lopburi Province. Sample size in this research is 400 samples. Questionnaire is a tool for data collection. Statistics for data analysis are percentage mean standard deviation t-test one-way analysis of variance and multiple regressions analysis. Research results are as follows: Organizational commitment in the dimension of Strong belief in and acceptance of the organization’s goals has the relationship with Development of Human Capacities and Social Relevance. Organizational commitment in the dimension of Willingness to exert considerable effort on behalf of the organization has the relationship with Adequate and Fair Compensation Development of Human Capacities and Work Life Balance. Organizational commitment in the dimension of Strong desire to maintain membership in the organization has the relationship with Adequate and Fair Compensation Growth and Security and Social integration.
