Utilization of tea seed oil Substitute butter in Perilla seed cookies product the objective for (1) study the basic formula of butter cookies (2) study the appropriate amount of Perilla seed for supplement in butter cookies products (3) study the amount of tea seed oil substitutes for butter in Perilla seed cookie products (4) study the nutritional value of Perilla seed cookies using tea seed oil instead of butter and (5) to study consumer acceptance of Perilla seed cookies using tea seed oil in place of butter. The results of the selection of the 4 basic butter cookie recipes found that the tasting panelists accepted the formula 4 in terms of overall liking appearance color aroma taste and texture at a high level. The 4 butter recipe has higher brightness redness and yellow because of the different proportions of ingredients and the mixing time affects the formation of cookies as for the hardness of the butter cookies in which the sensory quality corresponds to the physical quality. The respondents rated the liking of the butter cookie formula 4 in texture characteristics the most. (2) to study the optimum amount of Perilla seed for supplement in butter cookies at 4 different levels percent of 5 percent of 10 percent of 15 and percent of 20 of the total weight. It was found that panelists accepted the formula 2 percent of 10 in overall liking appearance color aroma taste texture to a high level. Supplementation withn increasing amount of Perilla seed brightness red and yellow affect the color value of the sesame cookies. (3) To study the amount of tea seed oil substitutes for butter in different 3 levels of Perilla seed cookies product which are percent of 40 percent ofm 50 and percent of 60 of the weight of butter. It was found that testers accepted

The purpose of the research entitled product development of imitation milkfrom Water Caltrop was to study the formulas and production processes of milkimitation products from Water Caltrop to study the quality changing during storageand to study consumer acceptability of this product. The results of the study offormulas and processes and conducted tests on chemical composition physicalquality microbial quantity and sensory evaluation found that suitable for preparingmilk from Water caltrop to be used in the production of milk imitation products fromWater caltrop Is the amount of water chestnut: water in the ratio 1: 2.5 (weight: weight). The amount of xanthan gum which is used as an appropriate stabilizer is 0.1 % of thetotal ingredient and effect to the product has the same texture and not separate thelayer. After storage at 5±1°C for 9 days this product was shown to be safe forconsumption. The developed product was 29.22 kcal/100g and protein fat andcarbohydrate content were 3.37 0.22 and 3.42 respectively. The consumer giving themost importance to the health benefits and the Novelty or products. All of consumerwere accepted on the product for beneficial of health. The consumers test resultindicated the most consumer accepted the product at the moderate level and 82% of them were interested in buying at 20 baht per 189 ml glass bottle of the product.

Nowadays increasing water pollution has put significant pressure on water resources. Natural organic matter and organic micro-pollutants have been found in potentially harmful concentrations in numerous water sources. Phthalate plasticizers are also micro-pollutants of concern; Di- (2-Ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) is one of the most frequently observed plasticizers in the environment as well as one of the most persistent. The maximum permissible levels of these compounds in drinking water and wastewater discharged to the environment are set at low concentrations. In this research water samples were collected from the New Bang Kaen Canal in Bangkok Thailand (13°4906.1N 100°3042.4E) which receives wastewater from human activities and contains impurities in the water. Several common treatment technologies currently used to remove inorganic and organic contaminants from natural water supplies address serious environmental problems. Properly selected microfiltration membrane processes are elements of effective systems for water purification. Polymeric membranes are of primary interest for membrane separation techniques because they are both practical and effective. However pretreatment before using a microfiltration membrane is necessary for suspended solids reduction. This research used two types of polymeric membranes namely cellulose acetate membrane (CA) and polyvinylidene difluoride membrane (PVDF) and covers the most applicable requirements regarding pretreatment of the water intake. The performance of polymeric membranes for water treatment was also investigated. The water quality of the New Bang Kaen Canal was assessed in terms of turbidity SS and COD. This research has the potential to contribute to the monitoring of water quality in the New Bang Kaen Canal. Water quality monitoring is a fundamental tool for water resources management. The performance of polymeric microfiltration membranes was effective for water and wastewater purification in terms of solids organic substances and micro-pollutant i.e. DEHP compounds. Nevertheless the further development of polymeric membranes regarding fouling on the membrane surface and within pores needs to be improved to increase membrane performance and ameliorate the limitations of microfiltration polymeric membranes.

The objectives of this research were to study the growth rate of microbial sludge in the fermented juice and to study the efficiencies of fermented juice and melodies on Fairy Rose growth. In the experiments the growth rate of microbial sludge was analyzed with 10 parameters for 4 weeks. Moreover the Fairy Rose was divided into 2 groups used and non-used the fermented juice. Each experimental group was tested with 3 types of melodies including jazz classical and Mozart. All experiments were set 3 replications by the total number of 24 Fairy Roses. The growth of the Fairy rose was analyzed by considering the number of leaf Height length of root and mass. The experimental results showed that the growth of microbial sludge in fermented juice was good and produced microbial sludge in fermented juice approximately 1063 ±158 mg/L on average. The Fairy Rose more growing with water and fermented juice. The number of leaves was 144±11 leaves in average Height was 30±1 cm in average Length of root was 38±8 cm in average and weight of Fairy Rose at the end of experimentation was found 400 g in average. In the case of melody affected Fairy Roses growth was classical. The growth of fairy roses found that the number of leaves was 143±6 leaves in average height was 29±1 cm in average Length of root was 34±1 cm in average and weight of Fairy Roses at the end of experimentation was 93 g in average

Non-destructive test with Acoustic Emission technique was used for monitoring of the corrosion in the above ground oil storage tank. In the analytical characteristics of acoustic emission wave however Acoustic Emission test has to be prior used for the location detection of corrosion especially indication of the severity of corrosion. In this research the relationship between the corrosion rate and the sound wave energy was studied. The corrosion and damage detected on the surface of the aboveground storage tank was determined by the Acoustic Emission Test. Nine pieces of low carbon steel grade SS400 was soaked in sodium chloride solution in simulated tanks at concentrations of 1.5 3.5 and 5.5 wt%. Next the corrosion activity was checked by performing with the Acoustic Emission Testing for 1 hour and thus calculating the corrosion rate of the test specimens. From the experiment it was found that the rate of corrosion affects the Acoustic Emission Energy. The corrosion rate was increased with the concentrations of the solution increasing from the corrosion process. The corrosion rate was also increased with the sound wave power increases. Therefore in order to achieve the corrosion rate and the position of the defects on the inner surface of the tank non-destructive testing with acoustic emission technique can be factually chosen for this specific application.
