The objective of this research is to study the suitable production process in the production of Pad Thai sauce Crispy rice noodle sauce (Mee krob) and three mixed flavors sauce (Sam-rod) by using pineapples juice as the main ingredient. To study the quality of this finished three sauce products from pineapples. And to study the consumer test of pineapple sauce products. The results of the development of a suitable recipe for Pad Thai sauce production. From the evaluation of the sensory quality of Pad Thai sauce (9 points Hedonic scale). It was found that panelist accepted the appropriate amount of pineapple juice in the production of Pad Thai sauce at 30 % in all attributes in terms of appearance color smell taste texture and overall liking with an average score of 8.08 7.83 7.93 8.15 8.05 and 8.13 respectively which was at a high level of preference. Sensory evaluation of crispy rice noodle it was found that 75% of pineapples accepted for the source production in terms of appearance color smell taste texture and overall liking. With an average score of 7.89 7.79 7.88 8.03 7.98 and 7.93 respectively which are in the high level. Sensory evaluation of three mixed flavor sauce. All 3 types of sauce with the pH value are in the acid range. The microbial quality of all 3 types of sauces has passed the standard of community product standards set by the Ministry of Industry. The results of the consumer test on pineapple sauce products. The majority of consumers are female. Most of them are between 19-29 years old and in the age of 40-49 years. In education the majority of consumers had a bachelors degree. Regarding marital status most of the respondents are married. In a career most of them have a daily occupation and government service/state enterprise. Most of the income of the consumer is less than 20000 baht. Consumers like the characteristics of 3 types of instant pineapples sauce products at the most like to most level. And most consumers are accepting all 3 types of pineapples sauce. If available most consumers buy because of the ease of use/ reduction of the process. The price of 3 kinds of ready-made sauce products from pineapples accepted by consumers at the price of 50 baht/bottle.

The purposes of this study were to develop a video presentation about the fashion series of the faculty of textile industry and fashion design for publicize to the Faculty of Testile Industry and issue fashion and to satisfaction to the media audience develop a video presentation on the fashion series of the faculty of textile Industry and Design. The fashion part by using the sample group to evaluate the satisfaction of the media questionnaire was the general public who came to watch the video presentation at the fashion show of the grade 4 students fashion series of the faculty of textile Industry and fashion Design Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon from 50 people. The data analysis was frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. The study indicated that satisfaction with the video presented on the fashion series of the faculty of textile Industry and fashion Design was at a high level (=4.22). When considering each aspect it was found that content satisfied was at a high level (=4.12) and the presentation aspect was satisfied at a high level(=4.33)

The aim of this research is to design a prototype of a male dummy chest for motorcycle crash tests. The primary criteria discussed in this study are based on the unique features of Thai ergonomic body sizes with an age range of the highest fatal rate and the fundamental design of the Hybrid III 50th percentile male crash test dummy. A comprehensive experimental study of crash behavior of the prototype undergoing axial compressive loading is performed using the mutual procedure of cadaveric chest testing. For design criteria the largest chest deflection of 80 mm the maximum acceleration of 38.47g and the absorbed energy of 178.369 Joules are considered in the experiment. The obtained results show a good agreement with the experimental data of other researches in which the capability of the energy absorption depends on impact velocities. In addition the energy absorption capability of this prototype can accurately assess an injury level under AIS 3+. For this reason the first prototype of a male chest dummy is particularly suitable for an assessment of a lower serious injury level in a motorcycle crash test.

The purpose of this research is to study productivity improvement at electronic parts’s assembly line finding the work stations with work station time longer than takt time. This research applied the 5W1H technique as a tool to problem analysis fundamental of hand motions to improve productivity. The study found that the assembly line consisted 15 work stations and a cycle time of 12.0 seconds which greater than the takt time which was 10.5 seconds. The work station time no.6 took longer than the takt time. The fundamental of hand motion technique was applied.
