The objective of this study was to investigate Management of Credit Risk for Sustainability of Army Welfare Department Savings and Credit Cooperative Limited. The data were collected through the interviews with executives such as division directors or vice directors who were requested to provide guidelines how to sustainably manage credit risk. The research results revealed the overall credit risk management which was highly focused on the credit monitoring follow-up management borrowers’ qualification inspection borrowers’ financial competence and borrowers’ secured credit. The management of the Army Welfare Saving Cooperative Limited demonstrated decent understanding of how to prevent future credit risk proficiently and effectively considering from their systematic procedures of how to monitor and follow up the loans according to the credit risk management plan. Problems in relation to credit risk was rarely found as the allowance for doubtful accounts had been set which resulted in sustainable credit risk management and fluent administration suitable for the economy in the meantime as well as the future time.

The objectives of this study were to investigate communities confidence in their local leaders the locals awareness and factors affecting peoples participation in the water quality management. Data were collected from interviewing 400 households and analyzed with a Logit model. Results showed that the samples were well aware of water quality problems. The communities confidence in their local leaders was in a middle level and the communities’ participation in common activities was low. Factors that affected communities participation in water quality management were confidence in local leaders membership of the conservation groups education level and awareness of water source problem respectively.

The aims of this research are to review environment of floating market management to analyze potential of sustainable management and to develop strategies for developing sustainable management of Wat Takien Floating Market. Data were gathered by observations interviews focus groups and questionnaires and analyzed with Descriptive Analysis for Means Standard Deviations Factor Analysis and Canonical Correlation Analysis. Results were as follows: 1) Bangkuvieng canal on the eastern side of the market still has a nice natural view. The community cooperated well with each other. The market is organized by the temple committee which was found not to be well arranged at some point. 2) Factors that affect the potential of sustainable management of Wat Takien Floating Market include currect economic condition community local houses along the canal side Bangkuvieng canal geography policy and participation in management temple architecture inland walkway live Thai classical music band food and price of local product. 3) Strategies for developing sustainable management of Wat Takien Floating Market consisted of strategy for developing the floating market along with Buddhist traditions strategy for setting reasonable prices for local goods and strategy for organizing boat trip activity.

This research aimed to establish the power transformer fault management system by applying Sustainable Industrial Management Engineering (SIME.) method. The research tools were electrical and chemical testing. As power transformer is usually huge when it is damaged the possible way to manage such damage is to send such power transformer to the manufacturer’s plant for repair which requires long period of time and high costs of repair. As a result the researcher therefore establish the power transformer fault management system as a tool for assessing damage to decide whether power transformer repair should be instead done at the power station or not in order to decrease the number of power transformer returned to the manufacturing plant for repair. This would eventually help reduce costs and time for repairing power transformer and allows faster period of reuse of power transformer concomitantly. According to the result it would found that the power transformer fault management system by applying Sustainable Industrial Management Engineering (SIME) method could be used as guidance for decision making to have power transformers repaired at the power station as much as possible. This could help reduce average time spent for repair by 84.44 percent with the cost reduction by 68.62 percent when comparing to returning power transformers to the manufacturing plant. This could also be applied in planning for power transformer maintenance prior to the occurrence of any damage to power transformers further.

This research is Qualitative Research concerning phenomenology study which purpose of this research to study about Effectiveness Management of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon In Order To Enter ASEAN Community. The samples of the research are lecturers supporting staffs both Thai and Foreign and students both Thai and Foreign. The research technic is Balanced Scorecard the balanced scorecard is a strategic planning and management system that is used extensively. In this research the result find that Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon has good management effectiveness as the result from foreign staff and universities partners said that they would like to continue the agreement and work with university in the future projects. The policy and strategic are at good level as the result from interview universities’ students and foreign students. The focus of the policy at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon is to focus on producing graduates to enter the profession and practitioners. University also have conducted cooperation with many entrepreneurial businesses include restaurants shopping malls hotels and other businesses. So that students can practice the lessons learned from practical work experience. From interview academic staffs and support staff about the process of internal management is also effectivess management on good level almost of them are stratify with salary and Social welfare system and others systems in this organization. However some of university’s staff would like to have more knowledge with English language and also would like to know more about the information of organization.
