การศึกษาความต้องการสำหรับผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครในการทำงานสำหรับสถานประกอบการในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครมีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะศึกษา 1) ความต้องการสำหรับผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครในการทำงานสำหรับ 2 สถานประกอบการ) คุณสมบัติที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคล พระนครจำเป็นโดยสถานประกอบการและ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ทางการของข้อมูลทั่วไปสถานประกอบการของคุณสมบัติที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครจำเป็นโดยสถานประกอบการและความต้องการสำหรับผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครในการทำงานสำหรับสถานประกอบการในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร แบบสอบถามที่ถูกสร้างขึ้นด้วยความตรงตามเนื้อหาและความน่าเชื่อถือเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการจัดตั้งที่ 306 ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครได้ทำงาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์เป็นแจกแจงความถี่ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสมการการวิเคราะห์โครงสร้างแบบ: SEM ผลการวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นว่าส่วนใหญ่ของสถ​​านประกอบการในกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นบริษัทจำกัดที่ทำงานบนธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมที่มีทุนเริ่มต้น 1-5 ล้านบาท 21-50 พนักงานที่มีประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพและอาชีวศึกษาสูงได้รับการทำงานที่นั่น ผู้ถือหุ้นของการจัดตั้งเหล่านี้แต่ละคนเป็นคนไทยอย่างสมบูรณ์และลูกค้าเป้าหมายทั้งในและออกจากประเทศไทย ในสถานประกอบการส่วนใหญ่มีมากขึ้นตรีบัณฑิตปริญญาจากมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครกว่าปริญญาโทเป็น แนวโน้มของความต้องการสำหรับผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครในการทำงานสำหรับสถานประกอบการใน 2011 -2013 เป็นคนที่จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาบัณฑิตในคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์และปริญญาโทสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ โดยทั่วไปที่พึงประสงค์ของการศึกษาระดับปริญญาบัณฑิตและมหาบัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษาปริญญาจากมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครเป็นที่ต้องการในระดับสูง ข้อมูลทั่วไปของสถ​​านประกอบการมีความสัมพันธ์กับความต้องการในการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีและปริญญาโทที่สำเร็จการศึกษาปริญญาจากมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครที่จะทำงานเพื่อการจัดตั้งที่นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05% นอกจากนี้คุณสมบัติ d irable ของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครจำเป็นโดยการจัดตั้งความสัมพันธ์กับความต้องการศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาตรีและปริญญาโทที่สำเร็จการศึกษาปริญญาจากมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครที่จะทำงานเพื่อการจัดตั้งที่นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05%

The purpose of this study was to study and compare situations on learning and teaching in Faculty of Business Administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in 6 aspects: curriculum instructional facility measurement instructors and students. The undergraduates were classified by gender academic years major subjects curriculum student achievement. The Instructors were classified by gender affiliations subjects work experiences and academic positions. The samples in this research were 387 undergraduates and 50 Instructors. The study participates selected by stratified random sampling and simple random sampling. The 90 item questionnaires of rating scales was used as the research instrument. Percentage mean standard deviation t - test for independent sample F - test and Scheffe’s test analysis were statistical method to analyze data. The results were as follows: 1. The undergraduates and Instructors agreed with the situations on learning and teaching in Faculty of Business Administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in the aspect of curriculum instructional facility measurement instructors students and all aspects were in moderate levels. 2. There was significant difference for undergraduate agreed with situations on learning and teaching in Faculty of Business Administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in the aspect of facility at the 0.05 level among students in different gender 3. There was significant difference for undergraduate agreed with situations on learning and teaching in Faculty of Business Administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in the aspect of curriculum instructional facility measurement and instructors at the 0.05 level among students in different academic years and major subjects. 4. There was significant difference for undergraduate agreed with situations on learning and teaching in Faculty of Business Administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in the aspect of instructional measurement instructors and all aspect at the 0.05 level among students in different curriculum. 5. There was significant difference for undergraduate agreed with situations on learning and teaching in Faculty of Business Administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in the aspect of students at the 0.05 level among students in different student achievement. 6. There was significant difference for Instructors agreed with situations on learning and teaching in Faculty of Business Administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in the aspect of instructional instructors students and all aspects at the 0.05 level among Instructors in different gender. 7. There was significant difference for undergraduates and Instructors agreed with situations on learning and teaching in Faculty of Business Administration of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in the aspect of instructional measurement facility and instructors at the 0.05 level among Instructors in different gender.

The study on the trend of demand and factors affecting selection of Business Administration graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for commercial banks in Bangkok and metropolitan area was aimed at studying 1) the trend of demand for Business Administration graduates to work for commercial banks 2) factors affecting selection of Business Administration graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for commercial banks and 3) analysis of satisfactory characters affecting selection of Business Administration graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for commercial banks in Bangkok and metropolitan area. The questionnaires were constructed and passed internal consistence test of alpha method with more than 0.70. They were used as a tool for collecting data from 400 branch managers of Thai and foreign commercial banks. The statistics used for analysis were SPSS with frequencies distribution percentage mean standard deviation and exploratory factor analysis. The research finding indicated that 1) in 2005 the commercial banks in the sample group are planning to acquire new staff who graduated Administration Business from both Bachelors degree and Masters degree with Thai or English program. They mostly required the ones graduated from Finance and Banking and also Accounting Marketing General Management respectively. The Business Administration graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon were required the most and the second was from public universities and the third was from private universities. 2) the first-ranked factor affecting selection of Business Administration Bachelors graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for commercial banks in the sample group was morality and honesty and for Masters ones was leadership 3) Working ability affecting selection of Business Administration both Bachelor and Masters graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for commercial banks in Bangkok and metropolitan area at highest level with a variance of 14.074% and 13.501% respectively.

งานวิจัยนี้เรื่องการพัฒนากระดาษผักตบชวาเพื่องานบรรจุภัณฑ์ ได้แนวคิดจาการนำผักตบชวามาใช้ประโยชน์ แต่จากการศึกษาที่ผ่านมาพบว่าปริมาณเยื่อผักตบชวามีน้อยจึงมีแนวคิดที่จะเพิ่มปริมาณเยื่อด้วยวัสดุเหลือใช้จากการเกษตรเช่นสับปะรดและกล้วย การทดลองทำโดยการเตรียมเส้นใยด้วยโซเดียมไฮดรอกไซด์ปริมาณ 10 g/1 อุณหภูมิ 100 C เวลา 3 ชั่วโมง ฟอกเยื่อด้วยไฮโดรเจนเปอร์ออกไซดฺปริมาณ 5 g/1 อุณหภูมิ 90 C เวลา 30 นาที และเพิ่มคุณสมบัติด้านการกระจายเยื่อด้วยสารช่วยกระจายเยื่อ (Acramin) 5 g/1 และสารเพิ่มความแข็งแรง (น้ำถ่านกัมมันต์) 5%w/v จากการศึกษาพบว่า กระดาษที่มีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสมต่อการสำไปในงานบรรจุภัณฑ์ได้ องค์ประกอบดังนี้ ปริมาณเส้นใยฝักตบชวา 70 % เส้นใยสับปะรด 10 % เส้นใยกล้วย 20 % เพิ่ม คุณสมบัติด้านการกระจายตัวด้วย Acramin 5 g/1 เพิ่มความแข็งแรงด้วย น้ำถ่านกัมมันต์ 5 %w/v กระดาษที่ได้เที่ยมเท่าคุณสมบัติของกระดาษคราฟท์ K1 คือ ความหนา 0.537 มิลลิเมตร ความต้านทางแรงดันทะลุ 35.4 กิโลนิวตันต่อตารางเมตร ความคงทนต่อการฉีดขาด 356 มิลลินิวตัน น้ำหนัก 185 กรัมต่อตารางเมตร มีความเหมาะสมที่จะนำไปใช้งานเป็นกล่องสินค้าทั่วไป หรือกล่องสำเร็จรูป

The study of needs for graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for establishment in Bangkok was aimed at studying 1) needs for graduates from Rajamangala university of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for establishment 2) desirable qualifications of graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon needed by establishment and 3) casual relationship of establishment’s general information desirable qualifications of graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon needed by establishment and needs for graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for establishment in Bangkok. The questionnaires were constructed with content validity and reliability as a tool for collecting data from 306 establishment where graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon have worked for. The statistics used for analysis were frequencies distribution percentage mean standard deviation and structural equation model analysis: SEM. The research finding indicated that most of the establishment in the sample group were limited companies running on industrial business with a starting capital of 1-5 million baht. The 21-50 employees with diploma vocational and high vocational education have been working there. Each shareholder of these establishment is completely Thai and the target clients are both in and out of Thailand. In most establishment there are more Bachelors degree graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon than Masters degrees. The trend of demand for graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for establishment in 2011 -2013 is the ones who graduated Bechelors degree in Engineering faculty and Masters degree in Administration Business. In general desirable qualifications of Bechelors degree and Masters degree graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon were needed at high level. The establishments general information correlated with needs for Bachelors degree and Masters degree graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for establishment at the statistical significance of 0.05%. Moreover d irable qualifications of graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon needed by establishment correlated with needs for Bachelors degree and Masters degree graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for establishment at the statistical significance of 0.05%
