This research is the quantitative research under which data are gathered from Rajamangala University of Technology’s students in Bangkok of 420 persons. Data analysis statistics are frequency percentage mean sum and research question test by correlation statistics. The level of significance is .05. The results of the research are as follows: 1. Rajamangala University of Technology’s students in Bangkok conversed with friends mostly on the issue of political information and exposed political information via media of television receiver most to follow up political events and information including the matter that the students are knowledgeable on politics in high level which in this respect their knowledge on the duty of the people is in the highest level and their political participations are in the moderate level by having the participations in the activity of local level election voting most. 2. The media exposure for use in conversing information on political issue has negative relations with the knowledge on politics current constitution persons eligible for voting and knowledge relating to the right in the democratic system and the media exposure for use on the follow-ups of political events and information has negative relations with the knowledge on politics and current constitution but the relations with the knowledge on the political party removal of the National Assembly Members and persons eligible for voting is positive. 3. The media exposure for use in conversing political information has the positive relations with the political participations grouping for conservation and revival of traditions and customs local wisdoms etc. and the media exposure for use in the follow-ups of political events and information has the negative relations with the political participations the participation to express opinions with the Advisory Council or other independent Organizations participation in an activity a meeting an election campaign with a political party a participation in the meeting political campaign and movement and a support to a politician/political party.

Devlopment of Screen Printign Devices Prototypes for Textile lndustry was a research project which it was established to solve the practical learning of the faculty of industrial textile and fashhion desing students at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. This set had 3 important machines such as a self assembly aluminum block screen an automatic aluminum screen could saved the saved the screen fabric1.76 m2 reduced the chemical usageand waste minimization in the process.The practical time reduced from 16 minutes to 1 minute using the automatic aluminum screen coating. The efficiency time was 97.81. The 400 gram emulsion consumed obtained the thin film layer on the screen fabricand evenness.The sharpen pattern displayed when the exposed time was 3minutes.Moreoverthe drying and fixation machine was completely for natural fiber and synthetic fibers at 80-180 C. The objective of this research is to study the goal and direction of creating students at a bachelor degree level to blend in and go along with the planned strategy of the Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon as well as the national plan and national education plan. The sample groups are part of the planned strategy of the Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (2005-2010) and the University staff which consists of 324. Now a day the mostly air condition are use the air for reducing the temperature at the condenser unit. Moreover many dusts are adhering in area of fin coil. From this reason the heart reduction efficiency is decreased and increasing the energy consumption. Thus the aim of this research is to design the finned-tube condenser unit cleaner machine for increasing the heart reduction efficiency. From the results of experiment it found that the finned-tube condenser cleaner machine is desirable when comparing with the performance before used. By the original performance the refrigeration effect coefficient of performance (C.O.P) and energy efficiency ratio (EER) is 34179 Btu/hr 2.62 and 8.9 Btu/hr.Watt. On the other hand the refrigeration effect (C.O.P) and (EER) is 39766 Btu/hr 3.12 and 10.7 BtuIhr.Watt respectively when the condenser unit cleaner machine is used. Based on this condition the value of the refrigeration effect and (EER) are increase to 16.35% and 19.19% respectively. Thus the heart reduction in condensing unit can be aided the performance and prolong the life time of air condition by depending on the cleaning of condensing unit.
