Objectives: The research purposes are as follows: To study the social and economic status of the loaned and unloaned student family; To compare the social and economic status personal and living status of the loaned and unloaned student; To study the problems and other difficu!ties of the staff involving the administration of the educational loan. To study the belief and social value of the loaned student toward the procedure of the educationa: loan. Procedures: The sample population is the student from Business Administration Faculty. The groups are separated into loaned unloaded group and opflration officers. The questionnaire is used as the data collection method. For the student groups the questionnaire has two different versions as follows: 280 copies for the loaned students; 263 copies for the unloaned students. The information from the four operation officers has collected through the interview process. The statistical analysis is using percentage mean standard deviation Tdistribution and Chi-square. Findings: The results are as follows: Economic and social status of the loaned students families and unloaned student are significantly different at 95% level. Personal and living status of the loaned student and unloaned student are significantly different at 95% level. In the loaned student opinion there is no problem or hindrance to the procedure of loangiving at faculty level. In genera! the procedure is fairly good (Mean= 3.35 s.d = 0.79). Basic social value is ranged from responsibility non-selfish and sacrifice respectively. In operation officers opinion the most important problem is that the loaned students do not come and contact on time.

The objectives of this research are 1 to study the facultystaffand students of Rajamangala University of Technology phra NakhonBangkok Commeraial Campuss assessment of services rendered by Academic Resource Center (ARC) and awareness of various kinds of services;2 to compare the sub-samples rating and awareness; and 3 to study the problems and recommendations regarding ARCs servies voiced by the sample. Data from 507 surveyed samoles were analyzed by using descriotive statistics i.e.percentagemeanand standard devition; and t-test.

In present there are widely use robot in many fields. Mobile robot can help us in several task such as moving to toxic area risk area or explosion area mine. Movement control can be used in many ways. This paper proposed mobile robot that move by wheels. It move to previous defined picture. By using small camera process an images and check it that is the previous one by using neural network. If it is robot will move toward to that picture. The movement is in flat plane. If that defined picture is not in center robot will move to left or right depend on its position until it is on center. This paper proposed image processing only.

This paper presents a dynamic associative network model for e-commerce site selection system based on the psycholinguistic theories of human memory; Spreading Activation Network (SAN). The system is designed to give personalized suggestions based on the user’s current personal preferences other user’s common preferences web-link structure and activation rules. This work employs a SAN as a technique to provide the evaluation and selection mechanism that provides multiple parallel processes for perception by representing dynamic associations among web-links user activities and the relevance subjects of the websites. The system attempts to evaluate a number of sites in an unpredictable complex dynamic environment. Spreading activation explains the predictive top-down effect of knowledge. These processes select the group of the most suitable websites (context) in response to the current conditions (e-commerce activities) while the system continues working towards the user objective goal.

Now a day the mostly air condition are use the air for reducing the temperature at the condenser unit. Moreover many dusts are adhering in area of fin coil. From this reason the heart reduction efficiency is decreased and increasing the energy consumption. Thus the aim of this research is to design the finned-tube condenser unit cleaner machine for increasing the heart reduction efficiency. From the results of experiment it found that the finned-tube condenser cleaner machine is desirable when comparing with the performance before used. By the original performance the refrigeration effect coefficient of performance (C.O.P) and energy efficiency ratio (EER) is 34179 Btu/hr 2.62 and 8.9 Btu/hr.Watt. On the other hand the refrigeration effect (C.O.P) and (EER) is 39766 Btu/hr 3.12 and 10.7 BtuIhr.Watt respectively when the condenser unit cleaner machine is used. Based on this condition the value of the refrigeration effect and (EER) are increase to 16.35% and 19.19% respectively. Thus the heart reduction in condensing unit can be aided the performance and prolong the life time of air condition by depending on the cleaning of condensing unit.
