The item bank framework on cloud computing is developed to present the concept progress of an information system which combines the features of the private cloud and the program development of software framework for the item bank service. The designs based on item bank frameworks of object oriented programming concept design. It leads to the new software that can be reused and has further development. The developed frameworks are divided into two parts: 1) the connection to the user interface which functions as the display and connection to the system and 2) the website service serves the exchange of data between distributed databases in servicer’s computers of the item bank service by the internet networking. The number of 15 samples in the research evaluation are the specialists in information technology and education. The statistics used in this research are the mean and standard deviation. The result revealed that the developed model is suitable at the highest level in all aspects except the service and implementation of the examination bank framework are in the high level.

The study on the trend of demand and factors affecting selection of Business Administration graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for commercial banks in Bangkok and metropolitan area was aimed at studying 1) the trend of demand for Business Administration graduates to work for commercial banks 2) factors affecting selection of Business Administration graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for commercial banks and 3) analysis of satisfactory characters affecting selection of Business Administration graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for commercial banks in Bangkok and metropolitan area. The questionnaires were constructed and passed internal consistence test of alpha method with more than 0.70. They were used as a tool for collecting data from 400 branch managers of Thai and foreign commercial banks. The statistics used for analysis were SPSS with frequencies distribution percentage mean standard deviation and exploratory factor analysis. The research finding indicated that 1) in 2005 the commercial banks in the sample group are planning to acquire new staff who graduated Administration Business from both Bachelors degree and Masters degree with Thai or English program. They mostly required the ones graduated from Finance and Banking and also Accounting Marketing General Management respectively. The Business Administration graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon were required the most and the second was from public universities and the third was from private universities. 2) the first-ranked factor affecting selection of Business Administration Bachelors graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for commercial banks in the sample group was morality and honesty and for Masters ones was leadership 3) Working ability affecting selection of Business Administration both Bachelor and Masters graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for commercial banks in Bangkok and metropolitan area at highest level with a variance of 14.074% and 13.501% respectively.

งานวิจัยนี้นำเสนอการสร้างตัวตรวจจับไร้สาย (Wireless sensor) แบบอัตราต่ำ (Low rate) ที่มีขนาดเล็กราคาไม่แพง ภายในมีส่วนประมวลผล ส่วนติดต่อสื่อสารและส่วนตรวจจับ (Sensing Device) เพื่อใช้ในระบบการเฝ้าสังเกต และตรวจจับการเกิดน้ำท่วม โดยนำมาใช้กับเครือข่ายตรวจจับไร้สาย (Wireless sensor networks : WSN) ข่อจำกัดของตัวตรวจจับอยู่ที่พลังงาน ระยะทางในการติดต่อสื่อสาร และความสามารถในการประมวลผล แต่จะทำงานร่วมกันเป็นเครือข่ายขนาดใหญ่ เพื่อตรวจจับเหตุการณ์ที่ต้องการในพื้นที่ขนาดใหญ่ ที่มีการเข้าถึงลำบากหรือต้องเสี่ยงภัย มีการรับส่งข้อมูลจากจุดตรวจจับ (Sensor Nods) แต่ละจุดรวบรวมและส่งต่อข้อมูลเพื่อนำไปประมวลผลหรือใช้ในการเตือนภัย ในขั้นต้นของการทดลองจะสร้างโนด และหาเปอร์เซ็นต์ของการรับส่งระหว่างโนดหลัก และโนดย่อย

This research presents the development of a low rate wireless sensor. Wireless sensor networks are cheap and comprised of a small fully autonomous processing communication and sensing devices. The purpose of this study is to develop the system for monitoring and flood warning. They will work with wireless sensor network (WSN) system. WSN has been restricted power supply communication distance and low computing power. But they will work with network in vast area send and receive raw data from each sensor node. It has the ability to cooperatively collect data and retransmit in order to process or alert. The first step of the experiment is creating main node and sub node in flooding area and finds transmission of data between them.
