The purpose of this research aimed to 1) study the basic data for the development of specialized professional course on vegetable and fruit carving 2) design and examine the quality of specialized profession course on vegetable and fruit carving 3) try out specialized profession course on vegetable and fruit carving and 4) improve and revise specialized profession course on vegetable and fruit carving. The samples were 3 key respondents and 20 attendees. The instruments included an indepth interview form and evaluation form. The data was analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings revealed that the current patterns used for teaching carving (2019) included fruits for consumption perforated leaves grooved leaves closed-carpel roses dahlia zinnia and plumeria for decoration and food works. The most popular kinds of vegetables and fruits for carving were cantaloupes long cucumbers and carrots. The most popular pattern was rose. The duration for vegetable and fruit carving per 1 piece was 5 minutes. The results of course design and quality examination showed the highest IOC (0.82). For course try-out the values of evaluator confidence index came out as follows i.e. RAI of Unit Plan 1 = 0.85 RAI of Unit Plan 2 = 0.94 RAI of Unit Plan 3 = 0.92 RAI of Unit Plan 4 = 0.89 RAI of Unit Plan 5 time 1 = 0.82 and RAI of Unit Plan 5 time 2 = 0.79; implying that skill evaluation action and carvings went in the same direction.

The purposes of this study were 1) to study the operating status of knowledge management of the Faculty of Liberal Arts. 2) to study the problems of knowledge management of the Faculty of Liberal Arts. 3) to present the development form of knowledge management system of the Faculty of Liberal Arts. This research was a qualitative research. Analytical unit was Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The population was the staffs of Faculty of Liberal Arts. The samples were randomly assigned to 8 persons divided into 2 groups: 4 administrators 4 teachers. Research tools were related documents and semi structured interviews.The process of conducting research was to study and analyze the concept theory from Documents to create an interview form collected data from the interviews and analysThe results were found as follows: 1) the operating status of knowledge management of the Faculty of Liberal Arts was 3 steps; Steps to determine the authority structure of the responsible person to proceed knowledge management and the process of knowledge management. 2) The problems of knowledge management of the Faculty of Liberal Arts were 4 sides; (1) By Staffs : The staffs had a lot of obligations lack of leadership Lack of understanding with knowledge management. (2) By organizational structure : Because knowledge management section was not organized into organizational structures it is unclear about budget allocation for activities and allocation support personnel. (3) By organizational culture; it was not conducive to knowledge management. (4) By motivation : Motivation for control of knowledge is management was not clear such as awards. 3) the development form of knowledge management system of the Faculty of Liberal Arts was to consist of 5 keywords; Assignment Creation Usage To give Success. The explanation was as follows; Assignment It means a clear policy and accepted by all parties. Creation it means the creation of staffs to understand knowledge management and the creation of organizational culture into the learning organization. Usage it means to use information technology to help knowledge management and to use knowledge management processes. To give; it means to give a reward for motivation to participate in knowledge management activities. Success; it means all staffs must have the same goal: the success of being a truly learning organization.

This research aimed to study participation of the community and development guidelines of historical tourism of Historical site in Sankaburi District Chainat Province. 350 local people in the community.A questionnaire was used as a research instrument. This research aimed to collect classify and process the data of Moh Phon’s diseases and herbal drugs from his medicine scriptures analyze and design the database with its user interfaces. Then the program of Moh Phon’s diseases and herbal drugs database was developed. After that the program was tried out by the sample group of 50 students from the third year of the field of English for International Communication faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. Finally the students of 15 males and 35 females answered the questionnaires of their satisfaction of using the program. The results were as follows: 1. The data of Moh Phon’s diseases and herbal drugs consisted of core information as follows: names of diseases names of herbal medicines names of herbs which were ingredients of each medicine recipe the properties of each medicine recipe and how to prevent some diseases. 2. The questionnaires analysis of students’ satisfaction of using the program of Moh Phon’s diseases and herbal drugs database revealed that the overall arithmetic mean of users’ satisfaction was 75.00. The highest scored item of 87.50 percent was “I think this program is useful”; and the lowest scored item of 66.50 percent was “I think the screen format is interesting”. Moreover there were 7 users who showed their positive opinions towards the program which was 14 percent of all the informants.

The purposes of this research were: 1) To find out effectiveness in multimedia-based teaching material of floral embroidery brooches and pinned in ladys clothes Nakornluang Polytechnic College 2) To evaluate its effectiveness of multimedia-based teaching material of floral embroidery brooches which were pinned in ladys clothes in Nakornluang Polytechnic College and 3) To investigate the students’ satisfaction on multimedia-based teaching of floral embroidery brooches pinned in ladys clothes Nakornluang Polytechnic College. The participants in this study were short-term students who enrolled in the second semester in the academic year of 2020. The participants included thirty-five students studied in Fabric Craft and three experts. The research instruments used in this study were the multimedia-based teaching material practice test the questionnaire measuring the effectiveness of multimedia-based teaching material and the satisfaction questionnaire. The results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1) The effectiveness of multimedia-based teaching material of floral embroidery brooches pinned in ladys clothes Nakornluang Polytechnic College was 80.17/ 87.31 which was higher than the specified criteria. 2) The experts’ attitudes towards the multimedia-based teaching material of floral embroidery brooches pinned in ladys clothes for students at Nakornluang Polytechnic College showed that this teaching material was suitable possible as well as useful at the highest level in all aspects. 3) The students also reported the highest level of satisfaction in all aspects on the multimedia-based teaching floral embroidery brooches pinned in ladys clothes Nakornluang Polytechnic College. To sum up this multimedia-based teaching material can be used to teach crafting fabrics for students studying short-term course in Nakornluang Polytechnic College.
