การวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มและพยากรณ์ปริมาณการส่งออกยางแผ่นรมควันชั้น 3 เพื่อการตลาดของประเทศไทย

This study examines Thailands domestic and export market situation with regard to rubber smoked sheet no.3 (RSS3). Time series analysis is used to estimate trends in order to forecast the export of RSS3 during January 2557 – December 2561 using monthly data from 2542 – 2556. The results show that export volume of RSS3 is likely to increase every year in the same month. The volume of exports in December in every year is the most abundant. However as the volume of product increases every year the rubber price keeps falling. As a result farmers and entrepreneurs would benefit from government expansion of the market by the establishment of a domestic industry as an alternative support for output rather than sole reliance on export.

Podostemaceae a family of aquatic flowering plant restricted to river rapids and waterfalls are widely reported to be the high incidence of endemism and in need for conservation. The present study analyses endemism and conservation status of the Podostemaceae in northeastern floristic region Thailand using past and current taxonomic records personal field collections geographic ranges IUCN assessment and a combination of river number in which a species occurs. The plants grown in one river and two rivers are considered as narrow endemic species. Among the six genera and 22 species recognized two genera are endemic eighteen species are endemic to Thailand eleven species of the 18 are narrowly distributed and confined in northeastern floristic region and the other 4 species are not endemic. Considering the conservation status two species are classified as Critically Endangered distributed in a single river ten species as Vulnerable distributed in 1-2 rivers six species as Near Threatened two species as Least Concern and two species as Data Deficient. Loei province is the most species-rich area in Thailand with 12 species five of them are restricted in Loei.

The objectives of this research are to estimate the morbidity rates of Leptospirosis in each month of all provinces in Thailand to determine the trend of leptospirosis over time to investigate factors influencing on the morbidity rates and to construct the disease maps of the leptospirosis. The generalized linear mixed model (GLMM) in which the spatial effects follow the conditional autoregressive model (CAR) and the temporal effects follow a linear trend. The estimated morbidity rates are used to construct the disease maps. The dependent variables are the numbers of leptospirosis patients in each month of each province and are assumed to have a Poisson distribution. The data are secondary data at a provincial level. The factors considered are rainfall averaged temperatures and regions. The results show that the factors influencing on the morbidity rates are rainfall (Relative Risk (RR) = 1.0013) averaged temperature (RR = 0.9922) north region (RR = 10.6440) northeast region (RR = 14.3249) southern region (RR = 15.5491) western region (RR = 3.6219) and eastern region (RR = 1.0103) where the central region is a reference region and a linear trend (RR = 1.0183). The top ten province and months with high morbidity rates (per 1000000 population) ranking from largest to smallest values are Phangnga in September (59.00) Phangnga in August (33.49) Sisaket in October (23.14) Sisaket in August ศรีสะเกษ (22.60) Sisaket in September (22.57) Phngnga in October (22.55) Loei in September (21.11) Phangnga in July (20.81) Phangnga in May (20.72) and Phangnga in June (20.47) respectively. The leptospirosis maps are easy for readers to identify which areas are at high risk. They are a useful tool for planning and controlling the leptospirosis.

The objective of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the success of 1800 MHz frequencies auction for the telecommunication of 4 listed companies in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Including Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited Total Access Communication Public Company Limited True Corporation Public Company Limited and Jasmine International Public Company Limited. The collection of financial data and annual reports were the first quarter of 2010 to the third quarter of 2015. The Logistic Regression Analysis was applied to test the hypothesis. The result of this study found that the total debt to equity ratio and current ratio affected the success of the 1800 MHz frequencies auction at the 0.05 significant level but the net profit margin ratio the asset growth rate the revenue growth rate and the fixed asset turnover ratio did not affect the success of frequencies auction at the 0.05 significant level.

This study is to determine guideline to reduce carbon footprint for organization of medium and small hotels in Thailand using the Carbon Footprint for Organization (CFO) according to Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization). Conducting with 2 represented medium and small hotels the results showed that the overall carbon footprint average of 2013 was 553t.Co2-e. Considering concentration index by number of guestrooms the carbon footprint was 18.81 kg.Co2e/room-night 221.16 kg.Co2-e/m2 by total floor area and 11.65kg.Co2- e/personby guest. The dominant source of carbon footprint was use of electricity 465t.Co2-e(83.06%). Base on this assessment to use of air conditioning was 60.09 % water heater 17.64 % lighting equipment 15.05 % and other 7.22 % of total electricity used. Therefore guidelines for carbon footprint reducing of the representative hotel were to use technology to reduce electricity consumption for air conditioning water heater and lighting respectively. Based Approach to Reducing Carbon Footprint found that small and medium sized hotels can reduce emissions per year 24.87 t.CO2-e representing the ability to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by up to 4.49% or financial projections be able to save money 171.202 baht per year.
