Effect of azimuth and pot color on the variation of pot surface and growing media temperature
The effect of azimuth and pot color on the variation of pot surface and growing media temperature was studied. Four pot colors that including with black brown silver and white color were used. The growing media comprised with soil : rice husk : coconut dust at 1:1:1 ratio. From the result of this study the azimuth and pot color effected the variation of pot surface temperature. The azimuth effected the variation of pot surface temperature at 8.00 10.00 14.00 and 16.00. At 8.00 and 10.00 pot surface temperature in east direction was the highest while at 14.00 and 16.00 pot surface temperature in west direction was the highest. Whereas pot color effected the variation of pot surface temperature at 8.00 10.00 and 14.00 with black color was the color that had the highest 33.3 39.1 and 46.4 C respectively. On the other hand the white color was the color that could the highest reduces the pot surface temperature when compared with the temperature of black pot color which were 4.6 3.9 and 4.3 C lower than that in a black pot respectively. Not only the effect on the variation of pot surface temperature pot color was also affected on the variation of growing media. Pot color effected the variation of growing media temperature during 8.00 to 18.00. When compare the growing media temperature among the pot color with that in black pot color which was the highest temperature white color pot was the highest efficiency to reduce the growing media temperature especially at 10.00 and 12.00. White pot color could reduce the growing media temperature about 5 C follow by silver color pot was about 3 C while the growing media temperature in brown color pot was not difference with that in black color pot
Evaluation of genetic variation of neolissochilus stracheyi wild populations in the nan river watershed using microsatellite dna markers
This study evaluated the genetic diversity of two natural populations of Neolissochilus stracheyi in Nan River watershed Amphoe Bokluea (BK) and Amphoe Mae Jarim (MJ). We analyzed microsatellite markers originally developed for Tor tambroides (Nguten et al. 2009). Three out of five microsatellite loci analyzed were polymorphic . Genetic variation within BK and MJ populations were not different. The number of allele per locus and allelic richness averaged over three loci was 2.33 and 2.67 for BK and MJ respectively. Observed heterozygosity value was 0.50 and 0.56 and the average expected heterozygosity was 0.41 and 0.53 for BK and MJ respectively. In addition the two populations were genetically distinct (P<0.05) and geographic isolation of two locations may explain this genetic pattern.
Preparation film spa from para rubber (hevea brasiliensis)
The objective of this research were investigated for preparing a film of rubber for use in the spa business. It was a formula for the excellence of the film the study included the topic of different concentrations of latex a moment in the film to different concentrations of chitosan the effect of molecular weight of chitosan on the film the influence of solution pH on the film. And the spin speed homogenizer mixed with a suitable film forming. The stability of the film were under conditions simulating the relative humidity in the air. The preparation of films were mixing rate with a homogenizer to 1000 rpm the pH of the solution of chitosan is pH 5 the molecular weight of chitosan was 10000 KDa the concentration of chitosan was 0.1 percent in a solution of acitic acid at 2 percent and 25 percent concentration of the latex films are suitable for further development in the industrial.
Preparation of polymer blends fiber between poly (lactic acid) and poly (butylene succinate) for textile applications
Biodegradable polymer blend fibers were prepared by melt spinning technique. Poly(lactic acid) (PLA) and poly(butylene succinate) (PBS) were blended in a twin screw extruder at various contents of PBS at 0-50 wt%. PLA/PBS blends were melt spun using a single screw extruder equipped with multifilaments spinnerette. The effect of PBS contents on morphology thermal properties and mechanical performance of PLA/PBS blend fiber was investigated. SEM micrographs indicated that the addition of PBS at 10 wt% showed miscibility of PLA/PBS blends while the other contents of PBS exhibited phase separation of the blends. The incorporation of PBS affected on the declination of crystallinity in the blends. It can be noted that the addition of PBS could enhance the elasticity of PLA/PBS blend fibers.
The attitude and the imitation behavior to the music for life of Ramkhamhaeng University students, huamark campus
The research of “The attitude and the imitation behavior to the music for life of Ramkhamhaeng University students Huamark Campus” there is purpose to 1) to study the attitudes with music for life of Ramkhamhaeng University students Huamark Campus 2) to study the imitation behavior to the music for life of Ramkhamhaeng University students Huamark Campus 3) to study the relationship between attitudes and behavior to imitate toward the music for life of Ramkhamhaeng University students Huamark Campus. The representative sample is 400 students of Ramkhamhaeng University Huamark Campus who are the students in 2nd semester of academic year 2554. By used the questionnaire to collect data which have tests the reliably of the whole instrument for coefficient alpha along the concept of Cronabach’s Alpha Coefficient. The majority of the representative sample has the attitude towards the music for life in the expression of the artist’s most exotic. And there is the behavior to imitation the music for life in the way to imitate of idea and belief the most patriots and the attitude towards music for the students’ life there is relation to imitate the behavior of students in the same direction in the medium level.
