The sample consisted of lecturers of Rajamangala University ofTechnology Phra Nakhon employed during the academic year 2008 selected by stratified random sampling technique; and the sample size of228 lecturers was chosen according to Krejcie and Morgans tables (Krejcie and Morgan 1970 : 607-910). The tool used for collecting data was Likert 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used in this research were percentage arithmetic mean standard deviation t-test one-way ANOVA and Tukey-Kramer test.
