The purpose of this study. To study and compare the opinions of personnel’s Rajamangala University of Tecnology Phra Nakhon about the state of management University of technology. Benchmarking based on the National Quality Award in overall and each aspect (1.leadership 2.strategic planning 3.customer focus 4.measurement analysis and knowledge management 5.workforce focus 6.operations focus 7.results) classified by sex age educational qualification the type of personnel and field of work. The samples in this research were 298 personals. The study participants selected by simple random sampling. The questionnaires of rating scales with 42 items were used as the research instrument. Percentages means standard deviation t - test for independent sample F - test and Scheffe’s test analysis were statistical method to analyze data. The results were as follows: 1. The level of personnels opinions Rajamangala University of Tecnology Phra Nakhon by benchmarking based on Thailand Quality Award were in relatively high levels. The Operations focus was at the moderate level. 2. Comparison of the level of personnels opinions Rajamangala University of technology Phra Nakhon by benchmarking based on Thailand Quality Award. Found those personnel with gender age educational qualification the type of personnel and field of work different. The levels of personnel’s opinions were differences at the significance level of 0.05.

This research has a purpose. To study the readiness of information technology to support educational communication in the ASEAN community of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon This research is quantitative research with a questionnaire. (Questionnaire) The samples were staffs of the Faculty of Business Administration. Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (40 students). The researcher conducted severalstatistical analyzes including Frequency Percentage and Mean. For the information technology system of the university the classroom is used regularly 70% followed by 30% and the use of intelligent classroom at the Faculty of BusinessAdministration has two rooms only 50% There are only 25 per cent usage for internet accounts.There were 24% of respondents regularly used followed by some 16%. Some respondents said that the Internet was relatively frequent and Wifi does not cover 65% of the networked Internetservices followed by 35% of IT systems. Up to 35 percent indicate that the problem of IT use still hinders the respondents. IT services are available for IT professionals. Respondents are using social media in addition to searching for knowledge. Then there is the use of Facebook Youtube that is constantly searching for new knowledge from the mediawhich is used regularly 50% and use some 50% as well. Learning and sharing online learning resources such as e-learning with foreigners. 55% use the regular use 30% use the online media and 56% use Facebook Online You Tube Live.regular Secondly 14%. Information Technology Infrastructure Services to support communication in the ASEAN community respondents were satisfied with the use of other devices. To access the system. This independent study aimed to 1) study the level of the work satisfaction and the organization commitment of the employees in the Faculty of engineering Rajamangala University of technology Phra Nakhon; 2) study the relationship between the work satisfaction and the organization commitment of the employees in the Faculty of engineering Rajamangala University of technology Phra Nakhon The samples used in this study were 154 Staffs who worked at The Faculty of Engineering Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The study instrument was the questionnaire used to collect data. The results showed that 1) the level of the work satisfaction and the organization commitment of the employees was positively at a high level. 2) The relationship between the work satisfaction and the organization commitment of the employees was found to be significant at the .01 level.

This research aims to study and to promote labor right awareness in career preparation for Liberal Arts Students University Technology of Phra Nakhon. Interview and group discussion were used in this qualitative research. The sample was 12 of senior students from Faculty of Liberal Arts University of Technology Phra Nakhon in second semester of academic year 2016. The research instrument was a structured interview. The results were as follows: 1. All students were aware of labor right awareness in working time 8 hours a day and 1 hour of breaking time on weekdays. 2. Most students were aware of a weekly holiday at least once a week. 3. Most students were aware of the right to sick leave and to go for private business. If their leaves were 3 or more a medical certificate was required. 4. All students were aware of the wages paid to employees were not less than the legal minimum wage. Most students were aware of the payroll calculation that can be calculated by the length of the work and paid per hourly daily or weekly wages. 5. Most students were aware of the need for employers to provide welfare benefits as required by law. It is legal to place an announcement at the workplace of the employees. 6. Most students lacked awareness of the right to compensation in all cases; definition and conditions of compensation to be paid by the employer to the employee in case of termination of employment without offense under Section 119 other than that of other types of payers paid by the employer to the employee. Including normal and special compensation rates. 7. Guidelines to promote labor right awareness were through various media of universities faculties and branches such as websites announcement and including teaching on labor right in relevant fields.

This research intends to study the English language learning strategies of students in the faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon and to compare the learning strategies among gender three fields of study and English language achievement. The population group is 215 second-year Liberal Arts students in the second semester of the academic year 2016. The instrument was the Strategy Inventory for Language Learning (SILL) questionnaire. The obtained data were analyzed to find percentage mean and standard deviation. The study findings revealed that the overall use of English language learning strategies was at the medium level (=3.19). When considering each strategy the highly used learning strategy was compensation learning strategies (=3.46) and followed by affective learning strategies (=3.36) metacognitive strategies (=3.15) social strategies (=3.13) memory strategies (=3.03) and cognitive strategies (=3.01) respectively. The result also indicated that the learners’ fields of study and English language achievement significantly affected the overall learning strategies but gender did not show significant differences.
