The objectives of this survey research were to study the problems and students requirements to the faculty of Industrial Education in educational management The classifications were problems and requirements of instructors subject description instruction measurement and evaluation educational management buildings and audiovisual aids and service. The samplings of students in three fields which composed of 256 full time students and 100 part time students total of students were 356 were randomized by Krejcie and Morgan method. The tools used in this stuby were the questionnaire about the problems and students requirements to the faculty of Industrial Education in educational management. Data were analyzed by Percentage Mean standard deviation Heat and F-test.

The purposes of this study were to investigate students problems of Rajamangala Institute of Technology Bangkok Commercial Campus in three aspects ; educational social and economic problem. The subjects were comprised of 1000 students in the 2002 academic year. Data were collected by questionnaires and analyzed by SPSS -PC program. Various statistic methods were used for data analyzing such as percentage means standard diviation t -test and F -test. Research results were as follows: 1. The students problems had significance lower than criteria (3.00) in educational social and economic problems at 0.05 significant statistical level. 2. The comparing of students problems in educational and economic aspects was found that there was no significant difference at 0.05 statistical level. 3. The purposes ofthis research were to study and compare the need of the lecturers welfare and benefit organizing in Rajamangala University ofTechnology Phra Nakhon under the Teacher Reforms of the Ministry ofEducation in four aspects namely lecturers life-quality improvement moral and mental supports profession stability and salary and other fringe benefits improvement. The sample consisted of lecturers of Rajamangala University ofTechnology Phra Nakhon employed during the academic year 2008 selected by stratified random sampling technique; and the sample size of228 lecturers was chosen according to Krejcie and Morgans tables (Krejcie and Morgan 1970 : 607-910). The tool used for collecting data was Likert 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used in this research were percentage arithmetic mean standard deviation t-test one-way ANOVA and Tukey-Kramer test. The research revealed as follows. 1.The lecturers needed high level of welfare and benefit organizing in the overall aspects and in each aspect namely lecturers life-quality improvement moral and mental supports profession stability and salary and other fringe benefits improvement. 2.The lecturers who had different sexes ages and marital status also had different needs in overall and each aspects without significant difference. On the contrary the lecturers with different educational qualifications had different needs in overall and each aspects with significant difference at the level of .05. The lecturers who had different working experiences also had different needs in overall aspects with significant difference at the level of .05. When considering each aspect it was found that the lecturers needed their life-quality improvement compared to moral and mental supports differently with significant level at .05. When doing pairwise comparison it was found that the lecturers with under Io-Year-working experience had higher needs than and had different needs from those with 10 to 20-year-working experience.

The objective of this research is to study the goal and direction of creating students at a bachelor degree level to blend in and go along with the planned strategy of the Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon as well as the national plan and national education plan. To research the managing problems at the present time. This research is both a quality and quantity research (Triangulation) Using the Content Analysis method and the Survey Research method. The sample groups are part of the planned strategy of the Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (2005-2010) and the University staff which consists of 324. Results present in the form of a bar graph a descriptive percentage and chi-square table using SPSS program to compile. The level of significance is .05.

Objectives: The research purposes are as follows: To study the social and economic status of the loaned and unloaned student family; To compare the social and economic status personal and living status of the loaned and unloaned student; To study the problems and other difficu!ties of the staff involving the administration of the educational loan. To study the belief and social value of the loaned student toward the procedure of the educationa: loan. Procedures: The sample population is the student from Business Administration Faculty. The groups are separated into loaned unloaded group and opflration officers. The questionnaire is used as the data collection method. For the student groups the questionnaire has two different versions as follows: 280 copies for the loaned students; 263 copies for the unloaned students. The information from the four operation officers has collected through the interview process. The statistical analysis is using percentage mean standard deviation Tdistribution and Chi-square. Findings: The results are as follows: Economic and social status of the loaned students families and unloaned student are significantly different at 95% level. Personal and living status of the loaned student and unloaned student are significantly different at 95% level. In the loaned student opinion there is no problem or hindrance to the procedure of loangiving at faculty level. In genera! the procedure is fairly good (Mean= 3.35 s.d = 0.79). Basic social value is ranged from responsibility non-selfish and sacrifice respectively. In operation officers opinion the most important problem is that the loaned students do not come and contact on time.
