The aim of this paper is to study 1) personal factors 2) food consumption style and 3 ) correlation between personal factors and food consumption style of students at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. This experiment was constructed with 3 8 5 participants who are undergraduate students at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon using questionnaires. The participants were stratified random sampling. The result was analyzed using statistics in frequency percentage and chi-square value. The result demonstrated that 1) the major personal factors were 20 year old female sophomore and studied business management. The daily income was less than 2 0 0 baht per day. 2 ) according to the study of food consumption style of students at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon it revealed that the main reason to choose lunch was an inexpensive price. Most of participants preferred one dish meals such as stir-fried basil soup fried pork and noodles. On the other hand they chose sausage for fast food and papaya salad for snack. Most of the participants prefered drinking water. The average price was about 51-100 baht each meal. The participants often had lunch at a cafeteria or restaurant in the university. Moreover friends got involved in making decisions regarding meal choices. The main ingredients in the chosen foods were meat and products from meat. 3 ) the correlation between personal factors and food consumption style of students at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon proved that the level of education related to frequent chosen lunch menus. The faculty also involved in frequent chosen lunch menus the cost and the location. The daily income correlated to frequent chosen lunch menus and the cost of meal which was statistically significant (P-Value?0.05)

This research was to develop the handbook for training conference seminar and study trip of the faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The samples were 100 officers the faculty of Home Economics Technology. Data collection were from study the regulations of the Ministry of Finance and the regulation of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon the interview and questionnaires of the appropriateness of the handbook. Descriptive statistics that are frequency percentage mean and standard deviation was used for data analysis. The result of this study found that: 1. The way of the handbook development for personnel operation in which training conference seminar and study trip of the faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon that should accelerate were the development operation handbook of the process and procedure of the participation conference seminar and study trip both participate inside and outside the department and connect with the human resource management of the university. 2. The result of the appropriateness of the handbook for the participation conference seminar and study trip was appropriateness. The user satisfied the handbook in the high level (𝑥= = 4.13 S.D. = .694) and followed with 4 categories that are the accuracy the appropriateness the possibility and the usefulness in the high level.

The study was destined to investigate the Relationship between big 5 personality traits and information security behavior of employees at information and communication technology of a selected public organization. The population used in this study was 65 employees working in Information and Communication Technology center who responded to the questionnaire for the data collection. The statistics used for the data analysis included frequency percentage mean and standard deviations. The results of the data analysis showed that most of the respondents were females aged between 20 and 30 years old holding bachelors degrees. They had experience working government officers for five years but had been in the position for less than five years. Their highest average income was 20001 baht or more. Concerning the five personality elements the overall respondents had the highest mean of the Conscientiousness personality. Openness Agreeableness and Extraversion personality had high level of mean scores while Neuroticism personality was in moderate level. The analysis of IT use behavior showed that average password usage behavior was the highest in telling others their passwords. In case of the behavior using unwanted software programs the highest mean was relevant to the installation of antivirus firewall and protection programs used to monitor the computer usage. Regarding the deception behavior it can be found that employees were at the highest confident that they were not victims of fraud for they were only general not the targeted ones. As for social engineering attacks the highest mean fell onto the willingness to comply with the requirements or regulations set by the person with authority. Finally the behavior of being deceived online which bore the highest mean score on trusting online strangers while the relationship between the five elements of personality and the safely use of information technology. The Openness personality was correlated with unwanted software usage behavior and the Agreeable personalities as well as the Conscientiousness personality were associated with being deceived behavior.

This study aims to determine the management approach for organization greenhouse gas emissions reduction and decreased them from the production per unit in a case study of food and beverage company. Due to the cleaner technology was applied for greenhouse gas emissions reduction within scope 1 (Fuel Oil) and scope 2 (Electric Power). Greenhouse gas emissions shows a positive prospect with downward trend from 1.73 TonCO2e/unit in year 2016 to 1.44 TonCO2e/unit in year 2017 (16.8%). In addition it less than greenhouse gas emitted in year 2015 (1.59 TonCO2e/unit or 9.4%). These Results reveal that cleaner technology is an appropriated method for greenhouse gas emissions reduction in Food And Beverage Company.

This study was aimed to study work stress of the personnel of the Faculty of Engineering at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. 187 employees were asked to respond to the questionnaire used as the research instrument. The questionnaire was divided into three parts. Part I included six items part II 35 items and part III 10 items. The data analysis applied frequency percentage mean standard deviation and multiple regression analysis. The results revealed the personal factors classified by gender and marital status that disclosed insignificant differences in terms of the personnel’s work stress. Their personal factors classified by age education level monthly income and types of personnel showed different effects of the stress. The factors regarding work performance work experience relationships among colleagues supervisors and work regulations had the influence on the personnel’s work stress at the significant statistical level of 0.05. As for the factors regarding the roles responsibilities and environment did not affect the work stress of the personnel of of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon
