The questionnaires were constructed with content validity and reliability as a tool for collecting data from 306 establishment where graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon have worked for. The statistics used for analysis were frequencies distribution percentage mean standard deviation and structural equation model analysis: SEM. The research finding indicated that most of the establishment in the sample group were limited companies running on industrial business with a starting capital of 1-5 million baht.
