The result of testing our hypothesis discovers that different ages marital status occupations and incomes among various customers will have different level of satisfaction to the Chao Phraya Express Boat s service with statistically significance (p=0.05). However there is no statistical significance (p=0.05) in the result of testing the hypothesis of different genders.
In-depth Accident Investigation : A Case Study Bus Accident on Petkasem Road, Prachuapkhirikhan Province
The objective of the study is to investigate the cause of double-decker accident by in-depth accident investigation method. The method could describe the critical conditions of the accident which include pre-crash during-crash and post-crash. Moreover the influencing factors of the accident can also be best explained by the method. In this study the rollover of double-decker accident is selected as a case study. The main reason is that in Thailand the double-deckers are usually used for sight-seeing purpose and there are also many reported severe accidents. In this study it is found that the factors of the accident consist of speed dimension of double-decker road condition and geometry of the accident place.
Energy Conservation by the Application of Engineering Principles in a Large Industrial Plant
This article presents the energy conservation of the wood furniture factory in Samutprakarn province by using engineering management technique. The electrical energy of 7408000 kWh per year or 25988055 Bath per year is mainly used in the processes including a heating energy system that is derived from wood scrap. After detailed audit it was found that 8 measures have a potential to improve energy efficiency. 7 measures for electrical energy can reduce the energy of 479837.60 kWh per year and the rest decreases heating energy of 120297.15 MJ/Year or saving the scrap of 9.4 tons per year. In order to assess economic possibility all measure also were considered. The result showed that it was worth to investment. In addition specific energy consumption (SEC) can be improved from 0.57 kWh/ft3 to 0.54 kWh/ft3 or diminishing of 5.26 %
The Development of Learning Package for Enhancing Understanding of Process Status
The purpose of this research is to develop learning package for an operating system course on process status for undergraduate students majoring in computer engineering. The technique of creating the cartoon story for difficult content is used to compare the process status and the steps of buying meals to enhance students’ understanding of process management. The participants are divided into two groups; the control group learning with the traditional method the experiment group learning with the learning package. The research result was that the achievement of the experimental group was higher than the control group. In addition the students were interested in learning and the students’ satisfaction is at the high level.
