This Research is to Study the Development of 6k White Gold Alloys for Jewelry Production. By Studying the Influence of 6k White Gold Alloys on Physical Properties for Jewelry Molding Process. Of 6k Gold Alloys at Various Compound Rates. The Results of the Experiments Show that the Chemical Composition of 6k White Gold Alloys is Slightly Different when Compared with the XRF (X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometers). Compare the pre and Post-Melting Quantities. The Result of the Compounding Test with the Color Level of 6k White Gold at the Compound Rate 25%Au+54%Ag+0%Cu+3%Zn+18%Pd The Lowest Color Level was L * = 82.14 a * = -0.16 b * = 7.71 and the Lowest Color Difference was 21.07. With other Ingredients It Shows that the Test Specimen of 6k White Gold has a Rather Greenish Color and is Slightly Yellowish Compared to the Blue Line that Approaches the Standard line. These Properties are the Physical Properties Required to Produce a 6k White Gold Jewelry Body.

This Research is to Study the Development of 6k White Gold Alloys for Jewelry Production. The Optimum Conditions for Casting Jewelry and Jewelry were Investigated. The Results of the Experiments Show that the Chemical Composition of the 6k White Gold Alloys is Slightly Different when Compared with XRF (X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometers) Pre-and Post-Melting Quantities The Heat of the Test Specimen was found to be 5%Au+42%Ag+12%Cu+3%Zn+18%Pd 25%Au+46%Ag+8%Cu+3%Zn+ 18%Pd 25%Au+50%Ag+4% Cu+3% Zn+18% Pd and 25%Au+54%Ag+0%Cu+3%Zn+ 18%Pd It is Found that the Heat from the Beginning to the Level of Change before the Liquid is used the Average Temperature of 702.3 - 636.7 Degrees Celsius Respectively 25%Au+54%Ag+0%Cu+3%Zn+18%Pd It is the Formula that Gives the Lowest Value of Liquid State Change from 636.7 Degrees Celsius to the Best Value of this Experiment. Suitable for use in the Manufacture of Jewelry due to its Melting Ability for Molding. Melting for Molding and Formed by Hand. The Amount of Zinc(Zn) may be an Important Factor in the Variation which is Directly Proportional to the Maximum Increase in the Final order of 3.58 Percent.
การศึกษาพัฒนาส่วนผสมโลหะทองขาว 6k สำหรับการผลิตตัวเรือนเครื่องประดับ
This Research is to Study the Development of 6k White Gold Alloys for Jewelry Production. The Influence of Admixtures on Mechanical Properties was Investigated (Tensile Strength and Hardness) of 6k White Gold Alloys at Various Composite Ratios. The Results of the Experiments Show that the Chemical Composition of 6k White Gold Alloys is Slightly Different when Compared with the XRF (X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometers). Compare the pre and Post-Melting Quantities. Test results of Mechanical Properties of Test Pieces. The Tensile Strength of the 6k Gold Alloy is 25% Au+46%Ag+8%Cu+3%Zn+18%Pd The Highest Value was 1.14 kN / mm2 the Lowest Percentage was 64% and the Hardness was 259.87HV. The Result of this Test is that the Mechanical Properties of the Material are Brittle Material. When the Mold is Formed the Fracture and Forming will be Difficult. 25%Au+42%Ag+12%Cu+3%Zn+ 18%Pd 25%Au+50%Ag+4%Cu+3%Zn+18%Pd and 25%Au+54%Ag+0%Cu+3%Zn+ 18%Pd Tensile Strength in the Range of 0.66-0.70 kN / mm2 Percentage of Elongation in the Range of 84-90% and Hardness of 277.60 244.60 and 186.73HV Respectively. The Mechanics will Show that the Alloys of White Gold 6k 25%Au+54%Ag+0%Cu+3% Zn+18%Pd Have Similar Tensile Strength. The Maximum Percentage of Elongation is 90% and the Minimum Hardness is 186.73HV. It is Suitable for Forming because it has Ductile Material. This is a Good Mechanical Property in the Metal Forming Machine.

Study of Natural Dye from Golden Shower Pod for Development of UV Protection on Textile Product aimed to examine natural dyes obtained from Golden Shower Pod to produce naturally dyed fabrics as products. According to the research it was found that cationic additives which were soaked in a ratio of 20 grams per liter and boiled at 100 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes could help enhance the intensity of fabric dyes and the mordant used in this research which was soaked after dying was copper (ll) sulfate at concentration of 10 grams per liter for 30 minutes. According to appropriate tests the value of ultraviolet rays was excellent the dye fastness to artificial sunlight was moderate the abrasion was very good the dye fastness to acidic perspiration was good the dye fastness to alkaline perspiration was less and the dye fastness to water was good. According to the questionnaires returned it was found that the sample was interested in knitted apparel products most demands in the shade were darker tones and the apparel design concept chosen was mini dress with 1960s vintage style by matching dark and light brown of natural dyes of Koon pods. According to the assessment of satisfaction towards the products made from UV-resistant fabrics it was found that the form of products that are suitable to wear everyday was highest (58 percent) the form of the products that are appropriate for women in the age range 20-30 years was highest (66 percent) the arrangement of light - dark dyes of fabrics was highest (42 percent) the appropriateness of colors of embroidery threads was highest (58 percent) the appropriate relationship between patterns colors of embroidery threads and colors of fabrics was highest (76 percent) the appropriate placement of patterns was highest (40 percent) the appropriate size of patterns was highest (48 percent) the appropriate rhythm and continuity of patterns was highest (36 percent) the overall usability of products made from natural dyes that can block ultraviolet radiation was highest (82 percent) the appropriate relationship between embroidery patterns materials and fabrics was highest (12 percent) and the products (apparel) that can be worn at any occasion was highest (52 percent).

The damaged propeller shafts caused by the fatigue failure will be repaired by shield metal arc welding process. The service life dependeds on fatigue endurance limit of welding surface. This study was aimed to compare the fatigue resistance of two types of hard facing electrodes using the same arc welding repair process. The investigation of fatigue stress at 517 MPa in failure criteria showed that the propeller shafts repair by Flux core arc welding Process using electrode grade E110T5-K4H4 provided the approximate same service life as that using electrode grade X111-T5-K4 but lowered the repair costs up to thirty-five bath per kilogram electrode. As a result the total maintenance cost decrease 68250 baht per year.
