The purposes of this research were : 1) the satisfaction of the training course of carved flowers and banana leaves and 2) the relationship between personal satisfaction in training courses of carved flowers and banana leaves. The samples the participants enrolled courses and spent about 80 hours in the Vocational Training Center Bangkok 10 300 engines used in the questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency percentage mean standard deviation and the Chi-Square data were analyzed using a computer program. The results showed that: 1) Satisfaction of the participants in the training courses of study and work carved banana flower overall and participants were satisfied. The purpose of this thesis were: 1) to develop skills practice sets with a Macramé plant hanger for students with learning disabilities. 2) to examine the effect of using a Macramé skills practice Kits to make the Macramé plant hanger for students with learning disabilities. The sample group were 3 students with learning disabilities in home economics department Saowabha Vocational College. The instruments used in this research were student behavior observation forms Expert interview and Macramé skills evaluation forms. The findings revealed that: 1) Practice sets for Macramé work with Macramé plant hanger for students with learning disabilities had 2 sets with 8-10 patterns. Which skill training set A consists of Macramé methods handouts and the skill training set B consists of Macramé methods video. 2) The results of the study were the 1st student can be used the both sets. Which they were finished their works in time and had a good quality Macramé work pieces. And the 2nd and 3rd students can be used the skill training set B to be made work pieces with correct pattern more than the skill training set A set.

This research aimed to (1) study pattern from ancient fabrics (2) to study design of women’s apparel by digital printing techniques and (3) study the satisfaction women’s apparel in 3 designs consisting of printed fabric with four-petaled diamond design in a trellis pattern Printed fabric with design in a puttern pattern. The population was 100 assessors within the age range 35 - 40 yearn in Phra Nakhon Bangkok. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data were statistically analyzed for Percentage Mean and Standard Deviation. Results showed that most respondents ages 31 - 35 years being single earning from 15000 - 25000 bath. The objectives of this study were 1) to study factors of curriculum staff school image career path and environment of Chitralada School (Vocational Programme) and 2) to compare those factors affecting to study in a vocational certificate level of students at Chitralada School (Vocational Programme). The participants consisted of 324 vocational certificate level students from year 1 to year 3 in Academic Year 2018. The research instrument was a questionnaire. To analyze the questionnaire data the researcher employed percentages mean and standard deviation. The hypothesis was compared by F-test. The Fisher’s Least-Significant Difference (LSD) was utilized to determine the significant differences at .05 level. The findings in this study revealed that most students were male whose ages were 17 years old. Their Grade Point Average (GPA) was 2.51-3.00. Their guardians were government officials and their incomes were 20001-30000 baht. The results were 1) To study five factors of the students at Chitralada School (Vocational Programme) it was found that the students had opinions towards each factor at high level on career path curriculum school image school environment and staff respectively.2) To compare those five factors affecting to study it was found that the students with different majors and guardians from different careers had different opinions in terms of curriculum school image and career path. In addition the students who had guardians with different incomes had different opinions in terms of staff.

The objective of this thesis is to study 1) To study the selection of standard formulas for recipes of Gub Dessert 2) to study the amount of stevia that used to replace some white sugar in the Gub Dessert products 3) to study physical properties. Carbohydrate content and sweetness in the product of sweets that use stevia water in the replacement of some white sugar and 4) to study the consumer acceptance of Gub which uses stevia instead of some white sugar By using the original recipe of Gub 2 recipes then the recipes derived from the study of the original Gub pastry was used to use stevia water to replace some 4 levels of sugar: 45:55 50:50 55:45 and 60:40 Accepting tests by sensory testers 45 food and nutrition experts sensory evaluation results showed that the use of stevia water to sugar in the ratio of 60:40 was the most accepted. With a significant difference (p≤.05) using the original formula and the modified formula to test the carbohydrate and sweetness values. It was found that the carbohydrate values in the basic formulas were 60.84 grams higher than the modified formula. The sweetness of the basic formula is 92 brix which is higher than the formula and the formula 4 ratio 60:40 which is the most accepted. Going to test the acceptance of 100 consumers with the 9-Point Hedonic Scale preference rating method. Most consumers had a high liking. 2 aspects. The following aspects are the texture and the taste and are at the acceptable level like moderate 4 aspects namely the composition in the mixture.
