This is a survey research. Its aim is an attempt to study and present the problems and Utilization of Instruction Innovations of Faculty of Industrial Education’s lecturesRajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The data collections were selected from population sampling of the Faculty of Industrial Education which consist of four departments with 38 lecture samples by using the purposive sampling. Research Methodology To study the problems and utilization of instruction innovations of the Faculty of Industrial Education’s lecture questionnaires were provided to collect data by using the average percentage value of standard deviation T-test and F-test technique. The following research results are : 1. The sexual differences of lectures has no any problems in using instruction innovation. 2. The different age levels of lecture have no problems in using instruction innovation. 3. For the lecture’s educational background there are no any problems in using instruction innovation. 4. Lectures in different departments of Faculty of Industrial Education have no any problems in using instruction innovation. 5. Lectures of Faculty of Industrial Education have a problem in using instruction innovation is at the moderate level. 6. According to the research results the most internal important problematic factor is the attitude’s lecture toward the necessary of instruction innovation. 7. The most external important problematic factor is the lack of financial supporting on production instruction innovation. 8. Lectures under the Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering department have problems in difficulty of using instruction innovation more than Electrical Engineering’s lecturers.

The objectives of this research were to 1) study current situation perceived problems and developmental method of Learner-Centered Teaching-Learning Approach of instructors of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon 2) compare the current situation of Learner-Centered Teaching-Learning Approach of instructors classified by faculties and 3) propose developmental method of Learner-Centered Teaching-Learning Approach of instructors of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon The sample studied were 257 instructors from all faculties who returned the complete questionnaires to researcher and 2.412 students selected by stratified sampling. The data was collected through questionnaires constructed by researcher. The statistics used for data analysis were mean standard deviation one way analysis of variance and Schffes multiple comparison method. The results were as follows: 1. Learner-centered Teachng-Learning Appoach of instructors of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon was at high level (= 3.36). Regarding problems affected learner-Centered Teaching-Learning Approach of instructors it was found that instructors positive attitude toward Learner-Centered Teaching-Learning Approach was at intermedate level and instructors knowledge concerning the Approach was also at intemediate level. moreover it was found that instruclors possessed problems in relation to facilitate faclors of Learner-centered Teaching-learning Approach at intermediate level. 2. Instructors from different facuities had statistically difference of Learner-Centered Teaching-Learning Approach with a level of .01 significarce. 3. The significance of Learrer-Centered Teaching-Learning Approach should be stressed. In additon the better understanding of Learner-Centered Teaching-Leaming techiques should be trained to all instructors Besides the students should be encouraged to study from outside resources more and more.

The purpose to this research was to assessment the graduate Diploma Program of Teaching Profession at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Faculty of Industrial Education of the curriculum used. Research population consisted of graduate students diploma degree graduate their superiors and instructors. Simple random sampling gave the sample size of 549 people were selected from purposive sampling. The research tools were a questionnaire and a focus group discussion recording form. Data analysis employed basic statistics of frequency mean and percentage including content analysis for qualitative data. The findings of this research were as follows: 1) Primary components of the curriculum were suitable at high level. 2) Course structure and content was suitable at high level. 3) Characteristics of lecturers were suitable at high level.4) Instructional and evaluation activities were suitable at high level. 5) Factors contributing to the teaching of the course were also found suitable at high level. On the contrary Journals related to inadequate service and problems of withdrawal teaching materials. However the curriculum development should be updated to suit the needs of society and science is always developing.

Purposes of the research were to design and develop Computer Instruction Package on Principle of Object-Oriented Programming and to find out efficiencies effectiveness and leamers satisfaction towards the package. The research tools were: 1) The Computer Instruction Package on Principle of Object-Orientes programming 2) Achievement tests 3) Quality assessment and evaluation form for multimedia software and 4) questionnaire of leamers satisfaction. sampling groups composed of 30 Bachelor first year students from Faculty of Business Administration Program Computer Infomation-Business Computer Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. Research results revealed that the efticiency of the Computer Instruction Package was at 81.08/81.05 corresponding with 80/80 criteria. Analysis of pre-test and post-test scores found that the effectiveness aftce the process (E) was at 81.08 it was higher than before the proecss (E) which was at 18.25. Therefore the Computer Instruction Package on Program Design and Development could increase the students learning effectiveness up to 62.83 corresponding with 60 criteria. Mean of satisfaction of the sampling groups was rathe at a high level (4.31). It could be concluded that the Computer Instruction Package on Principle of Object-Oriented Programming had the efficiency that could used for self study.

The purposes of the research were to study satisfaction and expectation level and to compare satisfaction and expectation of enterprises toward the communication skills of undergraduate students of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The random sample consisted of 145 enterprises. The tool used in this research was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by a percentage means and independent samples t-test. The result revealed that the level of satisfaction and expectation of enterprises toward the communication skills of the undergraduates was highly rated at 3.71 and 4.30 respectively. Concerning the satisfaction the use of polite spoken language with other people time and situation reached the highest level (4.06) but the lowest level (3.26) was the correct pronunciation of words. In addition although there was a significant difference in the employers’ sex their expectation was not different except the satisfaction.
