This project aim to develop mobile application of activity notification and queue management. The aim of this project is to alert the patient’s activities via mobile devices. Caregiver can create activities to the patient’s mobile device. Also booking a queue in advance via mobile device before seeing doctors. There are no need to book a queue at the hospital. The patients’ medical records are collected via mobile devices which will reduce the time to collect data and data loss problems. The results of performance evaluations on mobile application of activity notification and queue management showed the overall average satisfaction score was 4.63 with a very satisfied level. It can be concluded that mobile application of activity notification and queue management can be used effectively.

The study on relationship between lifestyle patterns and event marketing models of the elderly’s activity in Bangkok was aimed to explore the lifestyle patterns of the elderly marketing model of the elderly and the relationship between the lifestyle and the marketing model of the elderly’ activity in Bangkok Metropolis. The statistics used in the data analysis were descriptive statistics including mean percentage and Standard deviation Inferential statistics and multiple regression analysis. The research tool used to collect data was a questionnaire applied on a group of sample consisting of 200 people selected through non - probability sampling in Lak Si Thung Song Hong District Bangkok. Results of the study regarding personal factors of the elderly revealed that most of them were married males aged 60-70 years old without bachelors degrees earning average monthly income 5000-10000 baht mainly from their work savings and currently unemployed. The results of the study of the elderly’s lifestyles of the sample group showed that they mostly participated in social activities exercises hobbies and tourism activities respectively. The results of the event marketing model of the elderly also revealed that the sample needed marketing mix and most activities were to be more personal. Moreover the promotion should be made on the location marketing process cost and activities respectively. The hypothesis testing revealed that the lifestyles social activities and tourism activities were related to the event marketing of the elderly in Bangkok.

The study of Best Budgeting Management and Performance of Small and Medium Enterprises in Bangkok has an objective to study the best budgeting management of small and medium enterprises. A sample of this study is 250 accounting executives of small and medium food production enterprises in Min Buri district. The factors to evaluate the best budgeting management include operational planning perspective work coordination perspective work motivation perspective and operational controlling perspective. Performance factors consist of customer perspective internal process perspective learning and development perspective and financial perspective. The data are evaluated and analyzed by package program to find the percentage mean standard deviation test the difference of opinion of accounting executives who are in small and medium food production enterprises by using t-test and f-test and find the relationship of the best budgeting management toward performance with a statistical significance of 0.05. The result of this research showed that the accounting executives who had different bio-social characteristics had the level of opinion to overall performance differently. The accounting executives who had different age number of employees and operating revenues had the level of opinion to overall performance differently. The accounting executives who had different level of education operating capital number of employees and operating revenues had the level of opinion to performance in term of customer perspective differently. The accounting executives who had different age work experience number of employees and operating revenues had the level of opinion to performance in term of internal process perspective differently. The accounting executives who had different number of employees and operating revenues had the level of opinion to performance in term of learning and development perspective differently. The accounting executives who had different number of employees and operating revenues had the level of opinion to performance in term of financial perspective differently. The correlation testing of regression coefficient of best budgeting management and opinion about performance showed that there was a linear relationship with independent variables at the level of statistical significance of 0.05 and there was able to create a linear prediction. The variable that can predict performance of small and medium enterprise was the best budgeting management in term of operational planning perspective work motivation perspective and operational controlling perspective that can predict at 41.40 percent. While the unrelated variable with performance of small and medium enterprises was best budgeting management in term of work coordination perspective

This study aims to examine stress and factors in stress for employees in a public bank using questionnaire to collect data from the sample group consisting of 237 employees from a public bank. The hypothesis is analyzed by multiple linear regression. Result was: 1. Operational factors such as work description acceptance and accomplishment had positive impact on stress for the sampled bank employees. Operational factors constituted 40.30% of change in stress for the sampled group 2. Organizational factors such as work structure and relationship with colleagues likewise had positive impact on stress for the sampled bank employees. Organizational factors represented 34.30% of impact on stress for the sampled group.

This study aims at developing change management board game for executives. This study synthesized and analyzed related concepts of board game design and change management to develop the prototype of change management board game. Results indicated that the first prototype of change management board game consists 50 spaces with distinguished card that are designated a specific number. Findings indicated that the appropriate players for this board game were limited to 4-6 players with the playing time about 1-2 hours. Dice and tokens were needed to use as equipment to play this game. In addition during the game players were required to discuss the relevant situations about change in order to exchange their knowledge about change management
