The purposes of the study on service quality influencing behavioral intention of Government Housing Bank users (headquarters) were to explore opinions behavioral intentions and service quality that influenced the Government Housing Bank (Head Office) users’ behavioral intention. The samples used in this study were 222 customers who came to the Government Housing Bank from 9.00 am to 11.00 am and 1.00 pm to 3.30 pm. They were chosen by the systematic sampling method. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested with correlation coefficient (R) and regression analysis at significant level of 0.05. It was found that Government Housing Bank (headquarters) users were mostly females between 31 and 50 years old with bachelor degrees working for the state enterprise and earned the average monthly income over 30000 Baht. The level of the quality service was high revealing the service with attention trustworthiness reliability and intention. Tangible services and behavioral intentions were at a high level including the buying intention word-of-mouth behavior complaint behavior factors on price sensitivity and the service quality which influenced the behavioral intention of the government housing bank (Headquarters) users at the 0.05 level of significance.

Comparing the protection of the energy curriculum between the European Union (EU) and Thailand demonstrated that the number of curriculum to protect of the energy consumers in EU much more than Thailand 529 courses. To contribute to the analysis and find ways to improve the system to better meet the EU and the efficient train / increase knowledge of the environmental impact assessment (EIA) was higher than the other side. The purpose of this research was to study 1) Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon personnel’s opinions towards organizational change from a public to national university and 2) to analytically compare the personnel’s opinions towards the change of organization from a public university to national university. The factors were classified into types of personnel gender age educational level work tenure salary and work department. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire; the data collected were then analyzed through frequency percentage mean standard deviation t-test f-test and One-Way ANOVA. Schaeffer Method was applied in case the significant difference was found at 0.05. The results of this research revealed that Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon personnel’s opinions towards the change of organization from a public university to the national university in terms of the structure technology organizational culture and as a person in the overall was at a high level. It was also found that the personnel of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon with different educational levels demonstrated different opinions towards the change of organization from a public university to national university. Also Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon personnel from different faculties of affiliations were dissimilar in opinions towards the change of organization from a public university to national university.

The study on decision making to attend the information and communication technology (ICT) personnel development program of the Office of the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Education was aimed to study motivating factors personal factors and relationship of motivating factors and decision making factors to attend the program. The data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed by descriptive statistics frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. As for inferential statistics inferential statistics such as independent samples t-test analysis was applied to look for the difference between two groups; One-Way ANOVA for three or more and study of relationship between motivating and decision-making factors to attend the training using Pearsons Product Moment Correlative Coefficient. The study results showed that internal motivating factors concerning respect moderately affected the motivation on training. Desire for success special interest and work responsibility highly affected the motivation while external motivating factors such as the superintendent’s reliability the work progress and the organizational policies highly affected the training motivation.
