Factors Correlates of Electric Energy Saving Behavior of Students in Rajamangala University of Technology
This research aims to study factors relating to and influencing students’ behavior of electricity Saving. The samples are students of Rajamangala University of Technology in 2007 academic year. Based on quota sampling 100 students from each of 9 universities at a total of 900 are selected. The tools used in this research include questionnaires and with rating scales. The variables are divided into 5 group : 1) Psychological traits variables; 2) situational variables; 3) psychological situtional variables; 4) electricity saving behavior variables; and 5) the general qualifications of students including sexes educational levels location GPA family income the number of family members educational level of father and educational level of mother all of which are the sub-variables in analyzing data. The data was collected during January and May 2007. Then it was analyzed by a ready-to-use program with statistecs percentage t-test Person’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis of Enter Stepwise and Hierarchical.
Students' behaviors and Goals of Using Internet in Rajamangala University of Technology
The purpose of this research were to study and compare students behaviors and goals of Internet using in Rajamangala University of Technology (RMUT). Sample were 2500 students who studied in the academic year 2005. They were selected by satisfied quota random sampling. Behaviors and goals of Internet using questionnaire with the reliability of .96 and .98. The data were analysed with means standard deviation t-test and One-way ANOVA. The result were as follows: 1. Students acquired the knowledge of Internet from friends classroom learning and by themselves which were almost equal. They largely had their own computer. They used Internet from RMUT and Internet cafe which were almost equal. Most of them used Internet with friends and alone which were almost equal. Most of students received 1000-3000 bath per month. They paid Internet expense by their own which less than 500 bath per month. Most of students had Internet experience between 2-4 years and more than 4 years which were almost equal. They used Internet 1-3 times per week and 1-3 hours per time in weekdays and between 16.01pm.-20.00 pm. 2. Students used Internet at the high level. 3. Students had objectives ofInternet using in RMUT at the moderate level. 4. Sex age education level academic programs using private computer and Internet experience shown statistical significantly different at level of .05 in students behaviors ofInternet using in RMUT. 5. Sex academic programs using private computer and Internet experience shown statistical significantly difference at .05 level in students goals ofInternet using in RMUT.
A System Dynamics Model to Analyze Behavior of Manufacturing in Supply Chain
This research offers. The system dynamics study of supply chain processes in the manufacturing industry. The production is made-up of make to order from the building stock and flow with the fourth cycle and parameters define to test the behavior by using Vensim program to simulation situation by the time 50 weeks showed that the response to increases in the order of 20% in the production process made the amplification behavior. The process resulted in levels of inventory bog down. The reduction of inventory conflicts with the desire to keep the inventory caused by delays of customer change. The organizational behavior is not balance the products backlog and made the level of order fulfillment ratio lower than 100%
Investigation of Chromium Carbide Precipitation and Corrosion Behavior on Stainless Steel AISI 304 for Welding Process Development
This research is aimed at investigating the amount of chromium carbide (Cr23C6) in stainless steel AISI 304 by electrochemical technique testing in calculating the Pa values that corresponding to sensitization stage and the corrosion behavior. The results will carry on to developing the welding process. The specimens were produced with Shielded Metal Arc Welding method. Moreover it was bending at the angle 0 90 and 180 degree and the process finished on post-heat treatment with different cool down conditions are 800ºC annealed in air cooled 1100ºC annealed in water cooled and annealed 1100ºC in air cooled respectively. The results show that: first conditional is appeared the maximum amount of Pa value (Pa > 0.4) indicating that more precipitation of Cr23C6 in heat affected zone (HAZ) of specimen. The second conditional is not found the sensitization stage because when the specimens were annealed at high temperature the chromium carbide will break up and residual stress in HAZ will decrease. At last conditional is found the less amount of Pa value; the reason of using high temperature on annealing process will decrease chromium carbide but slowly air-induced cooling must pass the critical temperature then some Cr23C6 will appear at grain boundary and cause of high corrosion rate. Concerning to the corrosion behavior the second conditional present the lowest corrosion rate corresponding to the better-quality of passive film. Whereas the first conditional shown the highest corrosion rate and low quality of passive film. Thus 1100ºC annealed with water cooled is excellent condition for developing the welding process.
Football Gambling Behavior of Undergraduate Students: The Cass Study of an Institution in Khon Kaen Province
The purpose of this study is to study the behaviors of undergraduate students in an institution in Khon Kaen province. The results showed that students began to gamble since they were at the secondary school. The causes of football gambling were not only from their desire to cheer up their favorite teams for enjoyment but also they wanted to gain more money that was highlighted as a main factor. This was because they would like to pay for their night life places or to luxurious dotain and expensive items. The main effect of the football gambling was financial problem which linked to endless problems such as stress and depression from losing the gambling pressure from paying back the debt having some mental problems and being afraid of being demanded to pay of a debt. Moreover there were some problems on the relationship among friends because they skipped the classes and some might give up their study due to a huge amount of debt.
