The objective of this research is to study the factors of resource and investment affecting to the number of post graduate students of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakorn. The samples of this research are to survey the group of lecturers from 9 faculties by answering the questionnaires.

The objectives of this research are to study the direction and goal of producing under Graduate students and to study the congruity between the planned strategy of the Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon and the national development plan and educational plan. Moreover to survey the managing problems at the present time the planned strategy of the Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (2005-2010) were studied by the Content Analysis method and the Survey Research method and 400 University staff members questionnaires on administrative information were analyzed. The results of the research revealed as follows: the university focuced on producing more students the in science and technology students. The planned strategy of the University was congruent with the national development plan and educational plan. The administrative problems faced by the University included human resource management workforce deficiency lack of planning lack of qualified personnel working in certain positions poor welfare management and little incentive.

The aim of this research was to study the status in using information technology in education of level 3-4 teachers in schools of the Office of Bangkok Education region 3 academic year 2004. The sample were 362 teachers. The instrument used in this research was the questionnaire. The data were analyzed by Percentage frequency means standard Deviation and analysis of variance. The results of this research were as the following: the status in using Information technology in education in all seven dimensions: CAI distance learning internet education network classroom laboratory and software application of teachers was at the medium level.

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the personal student factors of a vocational certificate type of Home Economics Phetchaburi Vocational College 2) to study the importance and the decision to study for a vocational certificate type of Home Economics Phetchaburi Vocational College 3) to study relationship between the personal factors and the importance of the decision to study for a vocational certificate type of Home Economics Phetchaburi Vocational College. The sample used were 148 students who are studying in vocational certificate type of Home Economics Phetchaburi Vocational College. The instrument used in this thesis was questionnaire. The statistics based on the data analysis include percentage frequency values average standard deviation and Chi Square. Analysis of statistical data by a computer program. The results showed that 1) the personal student factors of a vocational certificate type of Home Economics Phetchaburi Vocational College were no effect for the decision to study in general. 2) the learners pay 7 sides attention to the study for a vocational certificate type of Home Economics Phetchaburi Vocational College in general were rated at high level. When considering each side it was found that every side was rated at high level. Shortage average form most to least is career the college environment learner development activities teachers curriculum and media materials and equipment that support teaching. 3) the relationship between respondents’ general information and decision to study for a vocational certificate type of Home Economics Phetchaburi Vocational College found that gender related with media materials and equipment that support teaching age related with college environment and field of study related with image of college is statistically significant at the 0.05 level. The relationship of grade point average (GPA) and revenue of learners per month didn’t relate 7 sides with the decision to study for a vocational certificate type of Home Economics Phetchaburi Vocational College is statistically significant at the 0.05 level.

Faculty of Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Data collection tools include target audience satisfaction questionnaires. Analyze data using phonological statistics. The study found that Target audience 58 support personnel The Faculty of Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Phasat found that the majority of them are females aged 20-40 years. Personnel pay attention to operational factors. Overall there is a high level of satisfaction with the operational environment. Administration Operational progress and compensation and benefits Personnel pay attention to the level of performance. Overall there is a high level of operational satisfaction fairness transparency and operational compliance with the rules and regulations and the aspect of being able to successfully carry out the tasks assigned to them. The field is able to perform the assigned tasks with quality and efficiency. The side is able to perform the task correctly as assigned and the side has an understanding and can determine the guidelines for the operation.
