This purposes of this independent research were to 1 ) study attitudes towards saving and investment of of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon personnel as a financial retirement preparation 2) compare attitudes towards saving and investment of of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon personnel with different personal and external factors. The data collected from the university personnel of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The samples were 238 employees and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data. The study result indicated that the majority of respondents of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon were female staff 166 (69.7%) 121 (121) and 152 (63.9%). The average monthly income was 20001 - 25000 baht or 47.1 percent. Their monthly expense was 15001 - 20000 baht which accounted for 38.2 percent. The results of this study revealed that the attitudes towards saving and investment of the Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon staff were different in terms of personal factors and external factors. The attitude toward savings and investment at the overall level was high regarding Acceptance of risk acceptance expected return understanding confidence and saving and investment experiences

The purposes of this study were to study 1) personal factors affecting Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) personnel’s happiness at work 2) personal factors affecting the personne’s l work ethics and 3) relationship between the ‘s personnel happiness and ethical behavior at work. 303 samples were selected using the Taro Yamane method. A questionnaire was applied as the instrument used for data collection. Statistics used for social sciences included frequency percentage mean standard deviation t-test and one-way ANOVA. The study indicated that 1. Personal factors were highly related to RMUTP personnel’s happiness at work either in the individual aspect or in the overall. 2. Personal factors were highly related to RMUTP personnel’s work ethics behavior either in the overall or in the individual aspect. 3. Happiness at work was related to RMUTP personnel’s work ethics behavior and resulted in ethical behavior of the university personnel with an average of 65.6%.

The research on the factors influencing demand in information technology skill development for the management of Halal food database of medium and small business enterprises in Thailand was aimed (1) to study factors influencing the needs to develop skills in using information and (2) to examine the consistency of the causal model with empirical data. The variables studied included the independent variable the availability of database industry and the connection to external organizations and the dependent variable the needs to develop skills in using information for the management of Halal food database of medium and small business enterprises in Thailand. Quantitative empirical research was conducted. The research instruments were questionnaires developed to collect data from 350 sample Halal food entrepreneurs. The statistics used in this study included the frequency percentage average standard deviation structural equation model and qualitative research. It was found that the model was well consistent with the empirical data. The Chi – Square (χ) value was 198.935 at the degrees of freedom (df) of 169 with the probability p-value equal to .057 and chi - square relative (χ22/df) of 1.177. The index of harmony (GFI) was equal to 0.951 and index root mean square of the remaining standards (SRMA) was 0.039 with the accuracy in estimating the parameters (RMSEA) equal to 0.025. In addition it was also found that that the variable of the availability of database industry and the connection to external organizations had positive impact on The need to develop skills in using information technology to manage the database of Halal and medium-sized businesses in Thailand.
