Today used of smartphone or mobile phone are popular for users who eager in new technology. Smartphone are similar to a small notebook that have many kinds of functions of mobile phone. Android is the popular operation that used in smartphone and mobile phone because it can be used to increase abilities with many applications that suitable with phones.

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการศึกษาเรื่อง การเตรียมความพร้อมด้านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อรองรับประชาคม อาเซียนของสถานประกอบการในเขต 1. ควรมีการศึกษาในส่วนของนักศึกษาในสถาบันการศึกษาอื่น ๆ ทั้งในกรุงเทพมหานครและ ต่างจังหวัด เพื่อทราบถึงการเตรียมความพร้อมของนักศึกษา แล้วนาข้อมูลนี้ไปวิเคราะห์และเปรียบเทียบ เพื่อให้ผู้เกี่ยวข้องได้ทราบและส่งเสริมสนับสนุนให้ผู้นักศึกษาบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ ในการเตรียมความพร้อม ทางด้านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อก้าวเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน ในการศึกษาครั้งต่อไปอาจเลือกปัจจัย และวิธีการทาง สถิติอื่นๆ ที่แตกต่างจากการศึกษาในครั้งนี้ เพื่อให้ผลการศึกษามีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น 2. การวิจัยครั้งต่อไป ควรศึกษาถึงการเตรียมความพร้อมทางด้านภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อก้าวเข้าสู่ ประชาคมอาเซียนในมุมมองของผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และเจ้าหน้าที่สายสนับสนุนของสถาบันการศึกษา เพื่อให้ สถาบันการศึกษาที่เปิดหลักสูตรผลิตบัณฑิต สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของสถานประกอบการในกลุ่ม ประชาคมเขตเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนได้

The objective of this study is to examine Banking Sector’s anomaly in the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET): The influence of Market Capitalization and P/E ratio. The study focuses on 11 stocks in banking sector from January 2012-December 2016 to tally 26840 samples. The factors of this study are the return of these stocks the return of SET the market capitalization and P/E ratio of banking sector in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The study classifies these stocks into 4 groups as following - Low market capitalization group - High market capitalization group - Low P/E ratio group - High P/E ratio group The multiple linear regressions with Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) are used in analysis at the statistically significant level of 0.1. The result shows that all 4 groups do not have statistical relationship with the return of banking sector in SET. The conclusion of this study is that there is no anomaly of banking sector from the influences of market capitalization and P/E ratio.

The objectives of this research were to study: 1) the participative educational administration of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 2) the academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 3) the relationship between participative educational administration and academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1. The sample were 315 administrators and teachers under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 by system random sampling method. The instrument was a questionnaire asking about participative educational administration and academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools. The statistics for data analysis were frequency percentage mean standard deviation and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The research results revealed that: 1) the participative educational administration of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 as a whole was at moderate level. Considering by aspects found that they were at moderate level; 2) academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 as a whole was at moderate level; 3. the relationship between participative educational administration and academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office Samut Prakarn Area 1 as a whole and by aspects were positive at .01 level of significance.

The research instrument was a questionnaire asking about the teaching learning activity management to reinforce the 12 Thai main core values according to the policy of the National Council for Peace and Order. Data were collected from 320 teachers of secondary schools under Secondary Educational Service Office Area 6 Samut Prakarn Province by simple random sampling method. Statistics for data analysis were frequency percentage mean standard deviation and mean difference were tested by ANOVA statistics. The research results revealed that : 1. The management of teaching learning activity to reinforce the 12 Thai main core values of Secondary Schools Samut Prakarn Province classified by status as a whole revealed that the administrators rating was at moderate level and teachers rating was at moderate level ; classified by school sizes as a whole small schools medium schools large schools and extra-large schools rating were at moderate level. 2. The Comparisons of teaching learning activity management to reinforce the 12 Thai main core values of Secondary Schools Samut Prakarn Province classified by school sizes revealed that as a whole of all aspects were not different which was not in agreement with the hypothesis.
