This research is a survey study. And analyze the waste composition And guidelines for the use of seafood waste in the Thai seafood market Samut Sakhon Province According to the survey 96.27 percent of the waste comes from restaurants. This is because Most fresh seafood restaurants Will feed the seafood whole Therefore there is no garbage such as shrimp if it is a restaurant the customers will have left shrimps on the head. But the fresh restaurants give away the shrimp and crab so the garbage from the fresh restaurant only has fishbone which is very small. Because most customers accept the whole fish There were also some places where the vendors cut the fish and left their bones. But when analyzed by type of waste it found that shell waste was the highest. Which is up to 55.29 percent. Followed by shrimp shells fish bone and fish heads and crab shells the study found that seafood debris had material properties with low moisture content. It also contains calcium as the main component. For example shellfish contain calcium as the main component which is found in approximately 98.50 percent. The objective of the study was to investigate the training needs of the general public and entrepreneurs including those who worked in professional services in Bangkok and suburbs such as Nonthaburi Samutprakan and Pathumthani that operated in workplace.The method used in this study was using questionnaire to gather information about meetings on various occasions.The participants and the sample were general public and entrepreneurs in the Bangkok and suburb areas. The sample of respondents was selected by random sampling consisting of 400 respondents.The instrument used for data collection was questionnaire related to short training courses. This questionnaire contains five parts as follows: Part 1-general information of respondents; Part 2-needs for short training of general public; Part 3-other interesting topics; Part 4- obstacles and problems for those who did not receive short training; Part 5-recommendations. The analyzed data were calculated by using descriptive statistics: percentage mean standard deviation. The results in the study can be summarized as follows: 1. Most of respondents were female whose age was over than 50 years old. Their education level was lower than bachelor’s degree. They worked as general officers with at least five years working experience. 2. The respondents reported their needs for short-training requirements provided by Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The questions asking the training program requirements include 24 items with 5 rating scales: 1. The least 2. Less 3. Moderate 4. High and 5. The highest. The results show that most respondents needed to participate in short-training programs especially in the highest need on item 3.4 Research and the Development of the Community Innovation (x̄ = 4.7649). The results also report that most respondents were highly interested in participating short training program on 21 categories for example Item 1.6 Innovative Social Science Research Methodologies (44.6%) Item 1.1 The Development of Managing International Culinary Training (34.1%) Item 3.3 Knowledge Management in Community of Practice (31.4%) and Item 3.5 Multidisciplinary Community Development. The results of the study reveal that the respondents with moderately needs were interested in Item 2.5 ASEAN Languages for communication (21.1%) The data analysis of readiness show that the faculty of arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon was capable of organizing these short-training programs on various topics so as to promote learning and to develop a guideline on academic service for society effectively and to prepare the readiness of places staff experts learning resources as well as collaboration network.

he monthly rainfall forecasts are very important in Thailand because the most of people has a career in agriculture. The monthly rainfall forecasts can be analyzed for manage water resources. In addition the monthly rainfall forecasting is used to manage water for consume in Thailand. This research is forecasting monthly rainfall under the global warming using a multilayer neural network. It is a network with one hidden layer. The data from the Meteorological Department is use. Imported variables include temperature humidity and wind. The forecast from January to December 2018. The mean square error (MSE) to measure forecasting accurate and found that the value is suitable error (10.25). The neural network can provide accurate monthly rainfall forecasts from January to December. It was found that the southern region had the highest rainfall and the eastern region northeastern region northern region central and western regions respectively. Therefore neural networks can be forecast rainfall accurately and efficiently. It can be used to analyze and manage water resources effective.

In spite of the copyright law in Thailand where distributing or obtaining a copyrighted work without the permission of the copyright holder is against the law illegal streaming and downloading of music is dramatically increasing. This changing behaviour of consumers has an incredible impact on the music industry as a whole. Our paper analyses the influence of intellectual property infringement on Thailand’s music industry income. The research tools employed in this study are a questionnaire and an in-depth interview to enable analysis. We found that after the evolution of musical technology in the 1990s internet-based music consumption has become significantly more popular and increasingly consumers are streaming sharing and discovering digital music all across the globe including in Thailand. With this new development of digital music the dynamics of the music industry have been affected significantly both in terms of income and number of entrepreneurs. Multiple regression analysis results show that the amount of unauthorized downloading of copyrighted music has a negative effect on Thailand’s music industry income. In contrast the number of property disputes from illegal downloading of copyrighted music has a positive effect on this industry income. The results suggest that entrepreneurs should pay attention to warranty information on products and prices and security of financial transactions in order to encourage consumer authorized online purchasing. In addition law enforcement can help achieve the goal of decreasing online music piracy.
