The purpose of this research was to explore the organizational commitment and compare factors affecting the organizational commitment as well as study the relationship of the factors affecting the organizational commitment of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon personnel. 303 samples were asked to respond to a questionnaire which was used as a research tool. Statistics used for the data analysis were percentage mean One-Way ANOVA and significance level at 0.05. The results of this research revealed that the overall personnel of Rajamangala University of Technology Phranakhon were organizationally committed in good level as well as their work life quality. In addition the level of organizational commitment of the personnel with dissimilarities in terms of the age marital status educational level work experience were 0.05 statistically different. In addition to that the overall job characteristics were positively correlated with overall organizational commitment and work experience. In the Operate overall this was positively associated with the overall organizational commitment.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of job satisfaction concerning the work performance of Ayudhya Capital Auto Lease Public Company Limited (Krungsri Auto) employees after the merger. The sample consisted of 2468 employees of Ayudhya Capital Auto Lease Public Company Limited (Krungsri Auto Personnel Department 2016). According to Krejcie and Morgan (1970) the samples used in the study were 331 who were asked to provide data through a questionnaire developed by the researcher. Its reliability regarding the Alpha value was .939 and the analysis of the respondents’ data frequency and percentage mean and standard deviation were applied. The analysis of data on the job satisfaction and Krungsri Auto employees’ performance relied on the inferential statistics while the hypothesis was tested by using multiple regression analysis and the results were as follows. The analysis of general education data of the population showed that most respondents were females between 31-40 years old with bachelors’ degrees and were in the entry-level positions for 1-5 years earning 15000 – 30000 Baht. It was found that Krungsri Auto employees’ the work motivation in the overall staff was very high. The highest was the aspect of the work characteristics followed by work success work responsibility work atmosphere salary and welfare and good governance which were all in high levels. However the acceptance aspect was in the moderate level. As for Krungsri Auto employees’ job satisfaction it was found that the satisfaction of employees in terms of the career security work atmosphere good governance salary and welfare were at high level. The job satisfaction on the policy and administration (X6) leadership (X11) opportunities and advancement (X4) relationships with colleagues (X8) and personnel acceptance (X5) could be written as raw score (B) and standard score (Bata) of the multiple regression equation used to predict the satisfaction of the personnel performance that influences the performance of the employees. After the merger Bank of Ayudhya was selected by using the predictive equation as the following raw score. = (Y) 1.138+.201 (X6)+.155 (X11)+.106 (X4)+.142 (X8) + .087 (X5) Suggestions for further research are as follows. 1. Executives should have a clear salary management policy adequate to ensure a stable working atmosphere and organizational commitment. 2. The organization should foster the motivation for better work performance. 3. The organization should ensure the employees’ confidence that after the business merging the employees will also have the same work stability recognized good working conditions and appropriate welfare for the performance.

This research aims to study the readiness of graduates to match the labor market and the development of graduates to adapt and develop themselves to meet the policy of Thailand 4.0 by quantitative study. The quantitative method was used by the Faculty of Business Administration. Establishment A total of 20 establishments. The statistics used for data analysis were Frequency Percentage Mean. The research found that the surveyed enterprises were divided into private government and state enterprises. There are 7 government agencies 33.3% 11 enterprises 52.4% and 14.3% of state enterprises. There are 61.90476 and the duration of the establishment is 0-11 years. The availability of students for cooperative education is 3.4762 at the moderate level. The average score of 3.5218 was moderate. The overall composition of computer languages and programs is also the current popular SQL and Photoshop languages of the establishments. Findings from research on the readiness of graduate production. Of the Faculty of Business Administration Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to support the move to Thailand 4.0 the current technology has changed dramatically. The curriculum and the academic development should be in line with the changes. Students should always develop themselves.

This study is to investigate the relationship between strategic management accounting implementation and managerial performance by collecting data from 87 managers of autoparts manufacturing in Thailand by using a questionnaire as an instrument. Using simple regression as analytical method The results of this study indicated strategic management accounting implementation had positive relationships with managerial performance. Meanwhile self efficacy and information literacy positively declined the relationship between strategic management accounting implementation and managerial performance. In summary strategic management accounting implementation had positive impact on managerial performance. Therefore manager should give priority and use the data from management accounting to plan controlling and decision in process for success in managerial performance.

This research aims to study the Mirai Botnet working process which made high bandwidth impacted to Internet system. From 90000 clients of Deutsche Telekom cannot access to Internet that overall bandwidth growth nearly 1 TB per second in the history DDoS attacking behavior. As Mirai exaggerated attacking to ISPs and may be involved UniNet as a big umbrella which RMUTP network interconnected as well. The author would like to study in depth to several weak points of the end devices or IoT on Internet. In the Mirai code used the IoT devices such as the Internet cameras the CPUs based on ARM ARM7 Motorola 6800 SPC PowerPC X86 and SuperH (SH4). As the results of valuable attacking code studied based-on IPV4 attack without IPV6. The source code has more than 5500 lines with 16 files and 138 functions included 62 set of user accounts and passwords. Usage the 9 flooding techniques for port attacking via 22 23 and 80 with the IP scanning exceptions for DoD IANA GE and HP IP addresses. The Internet camera devices have to disable 22 23 and 80 ports or doing suitable usability techniques to manage for several flooding protection from system harmfully.
