The objective of this research is to study the development of eco cars using power-cutting mechanism technique of Transmission System. Two eco cars had been studied. The first car was conducted with the aim of developing transmission system and clutch system by changing from gear drive transmission system and chain drive mechanical clutch to belt and pulley transmission system by new designing the belt and pulley transmission system to have propeller shaft as the device to transmit power from the right to the left side with bearings to help reduce friction. Pulley system and clutch lever were installed in which the newly built clutch can be controlled by driver. The new model of transmission system is weight 0.7 kg which is lighter than the previous weight of 0.8 kg. Based on the first testing by participating in the 22nd Honda Eco Mileage Challenge at Chang International Circuit it was found that the system with belt tension at 1 kN resulted in good performance of transmission system and clutch system with fuel efficiency value at 626.157 km/L. After that the belt tension was adjusted and set up at 1.1 kN for 3 tests at Solar Track Thailand and it was found that the maximum fuel efficiency value was 1061.18 km/L at the speed of 34 km/hr. The second car was improved in transmission system suspension system steering system and also engine. The first trial was experimented on the 22nd racing event at the Chang International Circuit where this fuel efficient prototype car could run at 18 km. The result showed that it could have good mileage which was 275 km/L. After improvement the car was tested again for three times at the Solar Track Thailand circuit where it ran at 16 kilometers. The result revealed that the best saving was equivalent to 613 km/L at the speed of 30.6 km/hr.
การทดสอบความล้าของเหล็กกล้า S45C แบบหมุนดัดปลาย
This research is to test the fatigue endurance of the material by using end bending of specimen. The testing material is S45C steel and forming to the standard size for testing. The specimens with a diameter of 8 mm required a different bending moment. It was found that the large bending moment affects the fatigue of the specimen. The specimen quickly damaged due to the high bending stress and there were a small number of load cycles. If the bending moment acting on the specimen was reduced to the bending stress decreased and the number of load cycles increasing. It was shown that the bending stress and the magnitude of the bending moment affected the fatigue of the material. Also the appearance of damage marks of the specimen will have a flaw around the fracture surface. Then the flaw will be enlarged until the specimen will be damaged by fracture.

This research aimed to study students opinions towards the Cheer and Admission Conference and present a creative recruitment model for students of the Faculty of Science and Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The sample group was undergraduate students of The Faculty of Science and Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon with 376 students studying in 2019. The data collection tools were questionnaires of students opinions on the activities. Cronbachs alpha coefficient was used to examine the whole questionnaires reliability yielding a value of 0.83. A statistical package for analyzing data collected from January to February 2020 was used with the statistics mean standard deviation t-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The research results found that: 1. The Pros and Cons of students’ opinions on the freshman orientation activities and cheer meetings were that freshmen get to know friends and seniors; freshmen are afraid of juniors and seniors. 2. Male and female students had different opinions about organizing activities for freshman recruiting and cheered meeting. 3. Students studying in different disciplines had no different opinions on organizing new freshman activities and cheer meeting. 4. Students studying in different year levels had the same opinion on organizing new recruiting activities and cheer meeting. 5. Features of the creative recruiting activities format are as follows: 5.1 It is an activity that gives importance to safety and respect for personal freedom. 5.2 It is the responsibility of the Faculty to closely watch this field of study 5.3 It is an activity that promotes pride in being a student at the university. 5.4 It is an activity that helps students to adjust to university life and aims to foster a good relationship between students seniors and juniors. 5.5 An outside activity must be an event organized by a faculty or university department only.

This research is about the management of innovation and wisdom: transitions of community financial institutions in the lower central region. The objective is to study solutions to financial problems for members of financial institutions by recommending the knowledge of the _risk of incomes knowledge of credits arising from financial corporation loans and analyses of financial security conditions. It studies the process of hedging the income risks against the returns from credit or loan services. This is to be guidelines for developing and solving the financial problems of financial institutions in line with the lifestyle of financial organization members in the lower central region; Phetchaburi Kanchanaburi and Ratchaburi provinces. This research is mixed methods; both quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative data includes descriptive statistics to describe the status of household members in the lower central region classified by the nature of the information in terms of economy society households and infrastructure conditions. The total value percentage and mean are analyzed by logistic regression to determine the relationship of the variables. Qualitative data come from interview methods and focus groups as well as applications of participatory action research. The research results showed that: 1.The majority of the farmers was female (63.7 percent) and were in the age range of 51-55 years old (38.8%). There were farmers with marriage-marital status (55.3%) secondary-school-level education (34.25%)1-3 household members (51.2%) farmers with incomes ranging from 10001 -20000 baht (39%) and farmers with expenses from 5001 - 10000 baht (28.7%). There were the need to increase knowledge of risks from training. Knowledge of financial transactions showed that farmers have the need for training (78.8%) and the need of training about proper financial planning showed that farmers have 100 percent of training needs. 2.The causes of indebtedness for the farmers in the lower central region include new debts to repay existing debts (21.4%) housing debts (20.8%) consumption debts (19.6%) childrens education loans (18.8%) investment in agriculture (17.1 %) the impulse side of access to government policies (2.3%) as well as health problems. This also includes the ability to improve and modify operations to be successful during operational processes as well as development processes ranging from thinking decision-making planning its implementation and evaluation. Hedging against debt risks is essential for members to be educated. In financial management risk analysis is related to financial obligations. Financial knowledge will bring benefits to the public and will strengthen financial management capabilities leading to an increase of incomes. The learning process through practice has the following important steps of operational processes and practices. 1. Planning. It is a participatory process between the researchers and the target groups to solve financial problems as well as hedging financial risks of the target groups. It starts with a suNey of current conditions an exploration of the problems of the targets and data analyses as the main mechanism for participation. It also includes the process of using tools for recording incomes and expenses and the analyses of those data for solving problems at the household levels. 2. Making-it-real practice. It is about the method of credit analysis to implement the plan and about its improvement. It uses data from recording incomes and expenses of members. 3. Conclusion and reflection. It is the 3rd stage component of learning from practice to solving financial problems. It works through learning activities with the method of training-based education as well as the follow-up and evaluation of results leading to support the processes for the prevention of financial and debt problems. Especially providing knowledge on the recording of incomes expenditure savings risk management and personal finance management are needed to take into consideration in terms of their importance. 4. Exchange of knowledge. There are activities such as summarizing lessons and exchanging knowledge continuously. This is considered as an important element that will lead to the integrated solutions of the debt problems. It is the consequence of having the opportunity to summarize lessons on their own and then yielding personal development.
