The purposes of this research were: 1) to study personal factors knowledge of selfemployed in Home Economics and reasons for decision making of self-employed in Home Economics 2 ) to study the relationship between personal factors and decision making of self-employed in Home Economics and 3) to study the relationship between knowledge of self-employed in Home Economics and decision making of self-employed in Home Economics. The sample group was 196 of the 4th year undergraduate students Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon who decided to work as self-employed person. The instrument used in the study was a questionnaire. The percentage mean standard deviation and Chi-Square values were used for statistical analysis. The results showed that: 1) most of the sample was female (72.45%) and more than a half of the sample studying in Department of Foods and Nutrition (52.55%) their cumulative GPA were between 3.01-3.50 (40.31%) followed by 2.51-3.00 (31.63%). For family information (64.80%) of their parents were entrepreneurs or self–employed the average monthly income of more than 35001 baht per family (34.18%) followed by 15001-25000 baht (30.61%) for the knowledge of self-employed in Home Economics in the overall was at a high level ( = 3.78 S.D.=0.69). Types of self-employed in Home Economics selected the most was production (50.00%) followed by distribution (26.53%) and services (23.47%). The reasons for choosing self-employed in Home Economics were freedom of work (37.25%) having to use knowledge aptitude and proficiency in work (23.47%) and having a good opportunity to being successful in work (12.25%) the expectation to have an average monthly income was between 25001-35000 baht (56.63%). 2) the relationship between personal factors and the decision making of selfemployed in Home Economics including gender field of study cumulative (GPA) parents’ occupation the average monthly of family income and work experience during study found that there was statistical significance at the level of .05 except the family self-employed. and 3) the relationship between knowledge of self-employed in Home Economics and the decision making of self-employed in Home Economics found that there was statistical significance at the level of .05

The purposes of this research are : 1) effectiveness of teaching of multimedia teaching materials Basic Subjects Inventions About Artificial Flowers for students of Home Economics Saowabha Vocational2) a study of student is satisfaction with teaching of multimedia teaching materials Basic Subjects Inventions About Artificial Flowers for students of Home Economics Saowabha Vocational and 3) the assessing is possibility and the usefulness of the medium of teaching of multimedia teaching materials Basic Subjects Inventions About Artificial Flowers for students of Home Economics Saowabha Vocational. The population of the study is that students of Home Economics Saowabha Vocational 1st year about 19. The instruments used in this research include multimedialearning assessment tests and questionnaires. The statistics used in this study include E1 / E2 average and the standard deviation. The research found that as follows: 1) students were evaluating during the study a performance fee equal to 80.68 and the assessment report. The performance was 85.74 indicating that the medium of instruction multimedia performance was in accordance with the specified criteria. 2) Student satisfaction with teaching the basics of multimedia creationThe flowers were ; 2.1) the invention of paper roses student was satisfacting the high level.The first two items in order from most to least found that the side with the highest mean score. The media was inferior to the benefits they were receiving from the media and the minimum content. 2.2) Artificial flowers from tissue paperstudent has been satisfacting the high level the first two items in order from most to least found that the side with the highest mean score. The benefits were receiving by the media followed by the media minimum and content and 3) the assessing possibility and the benefits of will have been learning the basics of multimedia creation. The Artificial Flowers Overall were experts opine that appropriate possibility and helpful the high level.

This research was to develop the handbook for training conference seminar and study trip of the faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The samples were 100 officers the faculty of Home Economics Technology. Data collection were from study the regulations of the Ministry of Finance and the regulation of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon the interview and questionnaires of the appropriateness of the handbook. Descriptive statistics that are frequency percentage mean and standard deviation was used for data analysis. The result of this study found that: 1. The way of the handbook development for personnel operation in which training conference seminar and study trip of the faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon that should accelerate were the development operation handbook of the process and procedure of the participation conference seminar and study trip both participate inside and outside the department and connect with the human resource management of the university. 2. The result of the appropriateness of the handbook for the participation conference seminar and study trip was appropriateness. The user satisfied the handbook in the high level (𝑥= = 4.13 S.D. = .694) and followed with 4 categories that are the accuracy the appropriateness the possibility and the usefulness in the high level.

The purposes of research were to : 1) study basic information to allow students to practice professional skills related to Home Economics program 2) study desirable characteristics of students and 3) compare the demand level students with professional skills curriculum for the Certificate of Vocational Education in Home Economics of establishment classified by type of establishment duration of operation number of employees in establishment and the number of students practicing professional skills required. The population of this study were owner or manager passed students with Curriculum for the Certificate of Vocational Education in Home Economics 103 people. The questionnaires were used as tool for data. The statistical analysis used in data analysis by using statistical computer software for a social study were frequencies distribution percentages mean standard deviation and ANOVA. The result of this research shown that : 1) that was study basic information to allow students to practice professional skills related to Home Economics program found that establishment mostly commercial which has been in business for 5-10 years with no more than 10 employees and the establishment requires 2 students 2) that was study desirable characteristics of students found that overall the demand level students with professional skills curriculum for the Certificate of Vocational Education in Home Economics in a very high level when considering each aspect and 3) which compared the demand level students with professional skills Curriculum for the Certificate of Vocational Education in Home Economics classified by type of establishment duration of operation and number of students practicing the result were not significantly different and That were comparing them individually and individually no different statistical significantly at the .05 level.

The objectives of this study are to 1) examine study selection Home Economics at vocational certificate and high Vocational certificate of learner in Singburi vocational college and 2) To examine the relationship between repondents’ general information and study selection Home Economics in vocational certificate and high Vocational certificate of learner at Singburi vocational college. The sample used were 200 students who is studying in vocational certificate and high vocational certificate at Singburi vocational college. The instrument used in this thesis was questionnaire. The statistics based on the data analysis include percentage frequency values average standard deviation and Chi Square. Analysis of statistical data by a computer program. The finding 1) The learners pay attention to the selection of home economics program at the Vocational Certificate and High Vocational Certificate Singburi Vocational College in general were rated at high level. When considering each side it was found that every side were rated at high level. Sorted average from most to least is career curriculum personal related image of college and the college environment and 2) the relationship between repondents’ general information and study selection Home Economics in vocational certificate and high Vocational certificate of learner at Singburi vocational college found that sex age Grade Point Average (GPA) occupation of parent revenue of parent per month that related with study selection Home Economics in vocational certificate and high Vocational certificate Singburi Vocational College is statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
