This research was to develop the handbook for training conference seminar and study trip of the faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The samples were 100 officers the faculty of Home Economics Technology. Data collection were from study the regulations of the Ministry of Finance and the regulation of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon the interview and questionnaires of the appropriateness of the handbook. Descriptive statistics that are frequency percentage mean and standard deviation was used for data analysis. The result of this study found that: 1. The way of the handbook development for personnel operation in which training conference seminar and study trip of the faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon that should accelerate were the development operation handbook of the process and procedure of the participation conference seminar and study trip both participate inside and outside the department and connect with the human resource management of the university. 2. The result of the appropriateness of the handbook for the participation conference seminar and study trip was appropriateness. The user satisfied the handbook in the high level (𝑥= = 4.13 S.D. = .694) and followed with 4 categories that are the accuracy the appropriateness the possibility and the usefulness in the high level.

The purposes of research were to : 1) study basic information to allow students to practice professional skills related to Home Economics program 2) study desirable characteristics of students and 3) compare the demand level students with professional skills curriculum for the Certificate of Vocational Education in Home Economics of establishment classified by type of establishment duration of operation number of employees in establishment and the number of students practicing professional skills required. The population of this study were owner or manager passed students with Curriculum for the Certificate of Vocational Education in Home Economics 103 people. The questionnaires were used as tool for data. The statistical analysis used in data analysis by using statistical computer software for a social study were frequencies distribution percentages mean standard deviation and ANOVA. The result of this research shown that : 1) that was study basic information to allow students to practice professional skills related to Home Economics program found that establishment mostly commercial which has been in business for 5-10 years with no more than 10 employees and the establishment requires 2 students 2) that was study desirable characteristics of students found that overall the demand level students with professional skills curriculum for the Certificate of Vocational Education in Home Economics in a very high level when considering each aspect and 3) which compared the demand level students with professional skills Curriculum for the Certificate of Vocational Education in Home Economics classified by type of establishment duration of operation and number of students practicing the result were not significantly different and That were comparing them individually and individually no different statistical significantly at the .05 level.

The objectives of this research to study social attitude towards and find relation between the social attitude towards sexual diversity with students Bachelor of Education in Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamagala University of Technology Krungthep individual factors and external factors. The methodology: survey social attitude of population and sampling group had been used 233 persons (12 teachers 94 undergraduate students and 127 secondary school students).nTools are questionnaires the interview schedule and the observation and data analysis by usage of the descriptive statistics and the inferential statistic. The results of the research found that: 1) The social attitude toward that includes teachers and students is high level on the opinion and the sense but the regulation of behavior is middle level. In the other hands the social attitude toward of the student only is high level on the opinion the sense and the regulation of behavior. 2) The individual factor (ages) of undergraduates and three concepts of attitude is implicitly statistical significance (p < 0.05). The individual factors (genders and educational levels) on the attitude of regulation of behavior of the secondary school student are implicitly statistical significance (p < 0.05). The external factors of all population and samplings are implicitly statistical significance (p < 0.05)

The present research has the following objectives: 1) To examine the needs for short course training in home economics 2) To develop the short course curriculum in Home Economics in accordance to the needs of the members of Baan Pho Jaa Elderly Club and 3) To examine the satisfaction of the training in Home Economics for the members of Baan Pho Jaa Elderly Club Bang Namjuerd Muang District of Samutsakhorn Province. The samples selected for the research are the total number of 30 members of Baan Pho Jaa Elderly Club Bang Namjuerd Muang District of Samutsakhorn Province who have shown their interest in the program as well as had the capability to be trained. The research instrument is a questionnaire developed by the researcher and a training curriculum for the short course training in Home Economics. The data are analyzed in frequency and percentage. The findings are as follows: The members of Baan Pho Jaa Elderly Club showed the need to be trained in Home Economics with crispy rice noodle with spices tapioca dumpling with shiitake and salted duck egg with herbs respectively (43.33% 23.33% and 16.67%). The research developed the training curriculum accordingly using Taba’s instruction of curriculum development as consisting of 4 modules: i) an introduction to cooking ii) basic ingredients culinary instruments and cooking techniques iv) making crispy rice noodle with spices and v) package designing and calculating selling prices. The six-hour session of training took place at Baan Pho Jaa Medical Centre on Saturday – Sunday at 09.00 – 12.00 hrs and 13.00 – 16.00 hrs. The results of the training are as follows: i) the trainees showed an overall working skill at a good level ( X = 2.70) ii) the outcomes were evaluated and fell at a good level ( X = 2.83) and iii) the satisfaction of the trainees was considerably good ( X = 3.99).

The purposes of study were to needs of higher education for distance learning of bachelor’s degree in bachelor of home economics Faculty Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhom. The study was a quantitative research were collected by the Survey Research The reseach instruments use questionnaires and attach a structured curriculum Faculty of Economics and Administrative System over the Internet. The Sample of high school students in Ratchaburi Provice.Selected by random sampling is 12 districts from 27 schools with sampling 30 student / school and 2 schools/ District the total sample is 360 people the analysis by analyzing the content (Content Analysis) and then sort Frequency (Frequency) and the percentage is conclusions The results of the study were as follows: Respondents Most of the women 65 percent are studying Mathayom 6 percent to 86.25 and 66.88 percent learning science – math of and a wish to pursue undergraduate up to 95 percent. And interest learning to distance learning with the internet system in home economics Graduate Faculty of Economics and Administrative 42.19 percent unwanted 57.81 percent. As a students studying math-science they can choose to study in the field of science – math in bachelor degree. The filed of business administration of home economics receive to high School Students all plans. The most student want to study in Formal Education. But they are also ready for learning to distance learning with the Internet system. And also that the Departrment of Business Economics is in need of more enterprises. If a graduate or transfer by a parallel course should have a modern flexible and consistent with the context of the learner.
