Nowadays it is rapid technology advancement. The faculty of engineering Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon needs to update the bachelor degree programs and produces graduates that meet the requirements of the target markets. Work integrated learning education is one of the most effective education that is suitable for this situation and the future. This research is a study of faculty of engineering’s strategy base on work integrated learning for professional graduate production. The research results acknowledge the work integrated learning education type that is implemented in the faculty of engineering Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. In addition the results can be applied to the modification of the engineering curriculum or the new engineering curriculum design.

Since the industries are developing to Industry 4.0 in the near future. Therefore a study of faculty of engineering Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon target market with Industry 4.0 for sustainability is the necessity. In order to collect the data build the knowledge about the target market in the Industry 4.0 era. Moreover a survey of the requirement of graduates’ characteristic that can support the revolution from Industry 3.0 to Industry 4.0 is very important. Therefore the faculty of engineering Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon can well prepare the graduates production for supporting the Industry 4.0 for sustainability.

This study was aimed to study work stress of the personnel of the Faculty of Engineering at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. 187 employees were asked to respond to the questionnaire used as the research instrument. The questionnaire was divided into three parts. Part I included six items part II 35 items and part III 10 items. The data analysis applied frequency percentage mean standard deviation and multiple regression analysis. The results revealed the personal factors classified by gender and marital status that disclosed insignificant differences in terms of the personnel’s work stress. Their personal factors classified by age education level monthly income and types of personnel showed different effects of the stress. The factors regarding work performance work experience relationships among colleagues supervisors and work regulations had the influence on the personnel’s work stress at the significant statistical level of 0.05. As for the factors regarding the roles responsibilities and environment did not affect the work stress of the personnel of of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon

This independent study aimed to 1) study the level of the work satisfaction and the organization commitment of the employees in the Faculty of engineering Rajamangala University of technology Phra Nakhon; 2) study the relationship between the work satisfaction and the organization commitment of the employees in the Faculty of engineering Rajamangala University of technology Phra Nakhon The samples used in this study were 154 Staffs who worked at The Faculty of Engineering Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The study instrument was the questionnaire used to collect data. The results showed that 1) the level of the work satisfaction and the organization commitment of the employees was positively at a high level. 2) The relationship between the work satisfaction and the organization commitment of the employees was found to be significant at the .01 level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพชุดเรียนปฏิบัติการสำเร็จรูป 2) เพื่อ หาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยชุดเรียนปฏิบัติการสำเร็จรูป และ 3) เพื่อศึกษา ความคงทนในการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยชุดเรียนปฏิบัติการสำเร็จรูปสำหรับการเรียนการ สอนทางด้านวิศวกรรมโทรคมนาคมตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ใน การวิจัย ได้แก่ นักเรียนระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 4 แขนงวิชา วิศวกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และ โทรคมนาคม สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียน รายวิชาวิศวกรรมสายอากาศ ภาคการเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 15 คน ทำการสุ่มกลุ่ม ตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ชุดเรียนปฏิบัติการสำเร็จรูป เรื่อง การวิเคราะห์ คุณสมบัติและออกแบบสายอากาศแบบไดโพล และแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรายวิชา วิศวกรรมสายอากาศ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน ค่าสถิติ t-test และค่าความคงทนในการเรียนรู้ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการหาประสิทธิภาพชุดเรียนปฏิบัติการสำเร็จรูปสำหรับการเรียนการสอนทางด้าน วิศวกรรมโทรคมนาคมตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษา พบว่า ผลการหาประสิทธิภาพชุด เรียนปฏิบัติการสำเร็จรูปที่พัฒนาขึ้น พบว่า นักศึกษาทำคะแนนระหว่างเรียนได้เฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 256 คิด เป็นร้อยละ 85.33 และคะแนนหลังเรียนได้คะแนนเท่ากับ 393 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 87.33 แสดงให้เห็นว่า ชุดเรียนปฏิบัติการสำเร็จรูป เรื่อง การวิเคราะห์คุณสมบัติและออกแบบสายอากาศแบบไดโพล มี ประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 85.33/87.33 สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ 80/80 2. ผลการหาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยชุดเรียนปฏิบัติการสำเร็จรูป สำหรับการเรียนการสอนทางด้านวิศวกรรมโทรคมนาคมตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษา พบว่า การเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน มี คะแนนเฉลี่ยก่อนเรียนมีค่าเท่ากับ 10.20 และคะแนนเฉลี่ยหลังเรียนมีค่าเท่ากับ 26.20 และเมื่อทำ การทดสอบค่า t-test มีค่าเท่ากับ 1.70 แสดงให้เห็นว่า คะแนนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 3. ผลการศึกษาความคงทนในการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยชุดเรียนปฏิบัติการ สำเร็จรูปสำ หรับการเรียนการสอนทางด้านวิศวกรรมโทรคมนาคมตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิ ระดับอุดมศึกษา พบว่า ร้อยละของความคงทนในการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยชุดเรียน ปฏิบัติการสำเร็จรูป เรื่อง การวิเคราะห์คุณสมบัติและออกแบบสายอากาศแบบไดโพลหลังเรียนเป็น เวลา 7 วัน และ 30 วัน มีความคงทนในการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยชุดเรียนปฏิบัติสำเร็จรูป หลังเรียนแล้ว 7 วัน มีค่าเท่ากับ 90.08 และความคงทนในการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยชุด เรียนปฏิบัติสำเร็จรูปหลังเรียนแล้ว 30 วัน มีค่าเท่ากับ 77.10 แสดงให้เห็นว่า ชุดเรียนปฏิบัติการ สำเร็จรูปที่พัฒนาขึ้น ทำให้นักศึกษามีความคงทนในการเรียนรู้ตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้
