The study of needs for graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for establishment in Bangkok was aimed at studying 1) needs for graduates from Rajamangala university of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for establishment 2) desirable qualifications of graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon needed by establishment and 3) casual relationship of establishment’s general information desirable qualifications of graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon needed by establishment and needs for graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for establishment in Bangkok. The questionnaires were constructed with content validity and reliability as a tool for collecting data from 306 establishment where graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon have worked for. The statistics used for analysis were frequencies distribution percentage mean standard deviation and structural equation model analysis: SEM. The research finding indicated that most of the establishment in the sample group were limited companies running on industrial business with a starting capital of 1-5 million baht. The 21-50 employees with diploma vocational and high vocational education have been working there. Each shareholder of these establishment is completely Thai and the target clients are both in and out of Thailand. In most establishment there are more Bachelors degree graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon than Masters degrees. The trend of demand for graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for establishment in 2011 -2013 is the ones who graduated Bechelors degree in Engineering faculty and Masters degree in Administration Business. In general desirable qualifications of Bechelors degree and Masters degree graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon were needed at high level. The establishments general information correlated with needs for Bachelors degree and Masters degree graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for establishment at the statistical significance of 0.05%. Moreover d irable qualifications of graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon needed by establishment correlated with needs for Bachelors degree and Masters degree graduates from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to work for establishment at the statistical significance of 0.05%

The purpose of this study was to study and compare executives satisfaction on the characteristics of graduates in faculty of business administration at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in 3 aspects: Academic Ethics and Professional Characteristics. The executives were classified by gender age type of enterprises type of business size of enterprises and major subjects of graduates. The samples in this research were 290 executives. The study participates selected by Stratified Random sampling. The 40 item questionnaires of Likerts rating scales was used as the research instrument. Percentage mean standard deviation t -test for dependent sample t -test for independent sample F -test and LSD analysis were statistical method to analyze data.

Considered in each aspect it was found that there was significant difference in executives satisfaction with Academic at the 0.05 level among executives in different age. 5. Considered in each aspect it was found that there was significant difference in executives satisfaction with Ethics at the 0.05 level among executives in different type of enterprises. 6.There was no significant difference for executives satisfaction on the characteristics of graduates in each aspect and all aspects in different type of business. 7.There was significant difference for executives satisfaction on the characteristics of graduates in Professional Characteristics and all aspects at the 0.05 level among executives in different size of enterprises. 8.There was no significant difference for executives satisfaction on the characteristics of graduates in all aspects. Considered in each aspect it was found that there was significant difference in executives satisfaction with Academic at the 0.05 level among executives in different major subjects of graduates.
