The objectives of this research are 1) to study usage behavior and satisfaction in the information technology of personnel in the Ministry of Culture. 2) To study the relationship of usage behavior and satisfaction of personnel in the Ministry of Culture towards the information technology. 3) To compare behavior of personnel in the Ministry of Culture in using information technology which different in demographic characteristics. 4) To compare the satisfaction towards information technology of personnel in the Ministry of Culture which different in demographic characteristics. The representative sample of this research is 250 personnel in the Ministry of Culture. In addition for this research questionnaire has been used as a statistical methodology. The result of this research implies that most of the personnel in the Ministry of Culture are female 74.4 % of them use and exposure into the information technology by using desktop computer and most of these people are greatly satisfied in the information technology. Moreover regarding the effective and fast intercommunication it has been found from the statistical hypothesis testing that the demographic characteristics differences such as gender age marital status education and average income per month have the differences in the usage behavior and satisfaction of the information technology and the usage behavior of the information technology has a relationship with satisfaction in using information technology of personnel in the Ministry of Culture.

The purposes of the study were to study the need competency and to develop the competency in information and communications technologies of teachers. The samples were 363 teachers of Rajamangala University of Technology Isan and 70 trainees of experimental group. There were 4 stages of methodology: 1) Study the basic information in order to analyze the need 2) Study the competency of ICT to analyze 3 parts of competency which were knowledge skills and features needed 3) Development preparation and 4) Training course development. The Tools were the questionnaire the achievement assessments of pre and post trainings and the evaluation of the training. The results revealed as follows: The need in information and communication technologies of teachers in 9 aspects was at the high level. The teachers training achievement is significantly different at the level of 0.05. After training the achievement is higher than before regarding the training course expectation teachers are satisfied with this workshop training at the high level. For the suggestion it should be follow-up continuously after training.

This research aims at developing an integrated system for the study of the graduates in the computing needs of professional establishments. By ICT which was developed for use as a tool to get their opinions and needs of workers and enterprises and the characteristics of graduates with skills five areas: ethics knowledge skills and intellectual relationships and responsibilities and numerical analysis of the communications and information technology. According to the National Qualifications Framework for Higher Education 2552. The sample comprises establishments and practitioners in the computer profession 60. The objectives of this research are to study manpower demand characteristics of software personnel and the development trend of software industry. Both quantitative and qualitative approaches are applied by using questionnaire and in-depth interview for data collection. The research sample is 85 software industries. Descriptive and inference statistics are used; frequency percentage arithmetic mean and standard deviation The results showed that many of software personnel in software industry who operate in the position of Programmer/Software Developer/Tester. In the year 2011 and 2012 the software industry require software personnel in the position of Software Engineer and Graphic Designer the most. In addition the required qualification of such software personnel in the year 2011-2015 is the person with bachelor degree and experienced. Features of the software personnel who the software industry recognizes the importance of the top three include knowledge moral and ethics and relations and responsibilities between people. The development trend of software personnel in Thailand are the following: The development of teaching and learning curriculum in cooperation with enterprises and educational institutes teaching and learning process arrangement should be emphasis on practicing part establishing obvious intern plans and cooperative education plans. Also the software personnel should be trained concerning business administration management and presentation. Government sector should encourage the software personnel development in Thailand with regard to education and fund.

The purposes of this research were 1) to examine abilities and skills in information technology of teachers and staff of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon and 2) to compare abilities and skills in information technology of teachers and staff of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon based on genders age educational levels fields of study positions posts workplaces and work experiences. Samples of 285 people included teachers and staff of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The research tool used for data collection was a questionnaire. The questionnaire was divided into three sections; background and personal information information technology skills and suggestion on abilities and skills in information technology. The data were analyzed by percentage mean standard deviation (S.D.) t-test and variance. The findings indicated that the abilities and skills in information technology classified into 4 categories; using office program using search engine using electronic communications and using security system of teachers and staff of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon were at moderate level. The comparison among the samples revealed that people with different genders age educational levels workplaces and work experiences had different abilities and skills in information technology with statistical significance at 0.05 levels. People with different fields of study and posts had no differences of abilities and skills in information technology.
