The objectives of this research are to select basic recipe for bread sticks fine proper amount of raw salted egg white to add to bread sticks study acceptance of bread sticks enriched with raw salted egg white and to study the change in amounts of protein in basic recipe of bread sticks and the raw salted egg white added one. The products were evaluated by sensory method regarding color odor taste texture and overall acceptability using 9-poin Hedonic scale. These bread sticks enriched with raw salted egg white used the egg white left over from the egg yolks used in the making of Chinese pastry (Kanom Pia) This research found the recipe to be best accepted. The study of proper amount of raw salted egg white at 5 10 and 15 percent added to the basic recipe found that 10 percent of raw salted egg white received the highest acceptance. Consumers accepted 10 percent raw salted egg white enriched bread sticks at the highest level of 37.5 percent. The Improvementof Nutritional Value ofKhanomBunga budaby usingEgg White Powder.The purpose To study the basic recipeof KhanomBunga buda by selecting 3 recipes to determine the acceptability of the teste. Which use Egg White Powderin 3 levels that are 4 6 and 8 percent of weight coconut. The experiment is analyzed by Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) to evaluate the sensory quality in appearance color flavor teste texture and overall preference. The sensory in evaluation is tasted by 9 – Point Hedonic Scale from 80 persons. The instructors and student of the Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. After that the analyzed by analysis of variance (ANOVA) and of Least Significant Difference (LSD) statistically significant level 0.05The research shows that 8 percent of Egg White Powder in the best substituted amount as an ingredient of KhanomBunga buda by the appearance color flavor teste texture and overall the average points are 7.86 7.84 7.797.72 7.76 and7.93respectively. This research has the following objectives: 1) To study the basic data of freshman orientation activities. 2) To determine conditions and problems of organizing freshman orientation activities within the Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. 3) To find guidelines for organizing creative freshman orientation activities within the Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The sample were students in the Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon who were studying in 1st–4th year of a Bachelors degree academic year 2020. The sample were calculated based on the Taro Yamane method and selected by stratified sampling obtained a total of 305 students. The research tool was a questionnaire. The statistics used in the study were frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. The statistical data was analyzed by using a computer program. The research results indicated the basic data from general information as follows: 1) The word of command by the Head of The National Council for Peace and Order on measures to prevent and solve the problems of quarrels among students 2) the announcement of the Office of the Higher Education Commission on organizing freshman orientation activities and cheer meetings in higher education institutions 3) student manuals rules regulations and announcements of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakorn related for the use as the basic data for researching were found that both government policies and university policies focus on supervising the organization of freshman orientation activities to be in good order and legally in the scope of Thai morals and manners. The overall condition of organizing freshman orientation activities within the Faculty of Home Economics Technology was at a high level. The overall problems of organizing freshman orientation activities within the Faculty of Home Economics Technology were at a low level. For the model of organizing creative freshman orientation activities within the Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon it should be proceeded as follows: 1) Operational planning – There should be student activities planning in every academic year and a manual for organizing freshman orientation activities. 2) The process of organizing freshman orientation activities: The implementation results should be reviewed mutually with students of all programs. 3) Organizers: Organizers should be supervised in proper dressing / personality / attitudes for organizing freshman orientation activities. 4) Facilities for organizing activities: There should be adequate facilities for all participants to be able to access convenience and useful services. 5) Quality of organizing freshman orientation activities: Activities organized should be consistent with the objectives of freshman orientation activities.

Nowadays Eye tracking technology is the next challenges of human computer interaction (HCI). This technology can help people all over the worldaccess computers through systems that use gaze control and especially important for people with physical disability. This research presents a system of assistive technology base on an eye-tracking interface while supported the communication system for independent living of persons with disabilities usability. The primary method of this system consists of a selection of pictogram buttons on three websites which used a low-cost eye-tracking device. The evaluation used the throughput of standards for computer pointing devices as a measurement of user performance to look at an on-screen target and dwell on it for 500ms for selection. The results showed that ten participants with a disability can be pointing and selection their overall mean throughput was 1.08 bits/s. Moreover the overall users of respondents were rather satisfied with the system. Consequently eye tracking technology is a great tool for interaction in the web application for a user with a disability.

This research is the development of the knowledge base on local textiles of northern Thailand by using multimedia for lifelong learning. The aim is to study compile and gather information of local cloths in northern Thailand. Develop a knowledge base by using multimedia on the local textiles of northern Thailand for lifelong learning and transferring knowledge and disseminating the knowledge base on northern Thai fabric by using multimedia for lifelong learning to the community. The research team proceeded to gather primary knowledge from the roots of the researchers who are interested in the local woven fabric. Therefore proceeding further knowledge in the upper reaches from literature reviews Including from field trips for data collection through in-depth interviews with important people Interviewing people who have knowledge about social context community local weaving characteristics weaving characteristics name of pattern type of fabric weaving technique of local textiles in northern Thailand in 9 provinces as well as studying primary data from textbooks textbooks and technical documents and in the internet. Thus the research shown that into 3 parts which are 1. Ethnic groups of Northern Thailand 2. Local woven fabric in northern Thailand and 3. Woven process and pattern. After that the knowledge library was developed by using multimedia on the local textiles of Northern Thailand for lifelong learning. This research can summarize the results in the form of a written description showing that the northern region of Thailand in the past was the Lanna Kingdom area.
