The purpose of this research was to develop a short vocational training course on household chemical products and to develop a training course for shortterm vocational training in the production of household chemicals. Population groups Is a general public in Bangkok and metropolitan area by using the voluntary selection as follows. Trial of a short course on the production of household chemicals 10 participants. Evaluation of short courses in household chemical production 10 participants. Technology transfer the short-term training course on household chemical production 20 participants and five speakers. The tools used in the research are as follows: 1. Demand questionnaire 2. Short-term vocational training course 3. Satisfaction assessment. Data analysis using statistical software packages. The statistics used were mean ( X ) standard deviation (SD) and t-test. The research found that 1. The objective of this research were to Study the training needs of the general public and entrepreneur groups. Professional service groups in Bangkok and suburbs Include Nonthaburi Province Samutprakarn province and Pathumthani province that operates in the workplace the study method used data collection by questionnaire construction and collecting information for meetings on various occasions the population and sample used in this study are General public and entrepreneurs In the BMA The sample consisted of 400 people selected by random sampling. The tools used for data collection were questionnaires for short training courses. This questionnaire consists of 5 parts. Part 1 was general information for respondents. Part 2 was information that needs short training for the general public. Part 3 was a topic of other interest. Part 4 was information about obstacles and problems that were not. The study indicated that most respondents responded that there was a level of need for short-term training at the highest level. The results of the study revealed that most respondents responded that there was 21 levels of interest in short-term training courses namely 1.6 points 44.6% were interested in training topics in the new social science research method. Training topics 34 .1 % of the potential for international chef development item 3 . 3 are interested in training topics 31.4% knowledge management courses community 3.5 are interested Tip interdisciplinary curriculum development community. The results of the study revealed the most respondents responded that there was 1 level of interest in the short-term training courses at moderate level namely 2.5 points 21.1% were interested in the ASEAN language for communication course. The purposes of this research were 1) to develop the model of group process Learning. 2) to compare the learning achievement between before and after learning from the group process Learning 3) to study the satisfaction of students of group process Learning in Thai for Presentation Course of the Students at Rajamangala University of Technology Pha Nakhon. This is an experimental research. The sample is 30 students in 1st year undergraduate in tourism major by purposive sampling who studied Thai for Presentation Course in the first semester (2019) at faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Pha Nakhon. The research instruments used in the experiment were 4 sets of group process learning management plan 1 set of achievement test used before and after learning and 1 set of student satisfaction questionnaire for group process Learning. The results were as follows : 1. The development of The group process learning using 4 sets which included small group process learning brainstorming group process learning discussion group process learning and the presenting group process learning was developed and applied in teaching and learning Thai for presentation course After the application the program was evaluated and it was found that the Index of Item Objective Congruence (IOC) of the evaluation of the quality of the group process management learning reached at 0.67. The Index of Item Objective Congruence (IOC) of achievement test reached at 1.00. And the Index of Item Objective Congruence (IOC) of the satisfaction reached at 1.00.

The present research has the following objectives: 1) To examine the needs for short course training in home economics 2) To develop the short course curriculum in Home Economics in accordance to the needs of the members of Baan Pho Jaa Elderly Club and 3) To examine the satisfaction of the training in Home Economics for the members of Baan Pho Jaa Elderly Club Bang Namjuerd Muang District of Samutsakhorn Province. The samples selected for the research are the total number of 30 members of Baan Pho Jaa Elderly Club Bang Namjuerd Muang District of Samutsakhorn Province who have shown their interest in the program as well as had the capability to be trained. The research instrument is a questionnaire developed by the researcher and a training curriculum for the short course training in Home Economics. The data are analyzed in frequency and percentage. The findings are as follows: The members of Baan Pho Jaa Elderly Club showed the need to be trained in Home Economics with crispy rice noodle with spices tapioca dumpling with shiitake and salted duck egg with herbs respectively (43.33% 23.33% and 16.67%). The research developed the training curriculum accordingly using Taba’s instruction of curriculum development as consisting of 4 modules: i) an introduction to cooking ii) basic ingredients culinary instruments and cooking techniques iv) making crispy rice noodle with spices and v) package designing and calculating selling prices. The six-hour session of training took place at Baan Pho Jaa Medical Centre on Saturday – Sunday at 09.00 – 12.00 hrs and 13.00 – 16.00 hrs. The results of the training are as follows: i) the trainees showed an overall working skill at a good level ( X = 2.70) ii) the outcomes were evaluated and fell at a good level ( X = 2.83) and iii) the satisfaction of the trainees was considerably good ( X = 3.99).

The purpose of this research was to study the satisfactions of the trainees towards the services of Good Government official course of Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. The research aims to 1) study the satisfaction of trainees for service of fiscal year 2015 2) compare to the basic factors of trainees for service. The 350 questionnaires were distributed to the trainees. It found that 346 questionnaires (98.85%) were returned. To analyze the data mean standard deviation t-test and one-way ANOVA were employed. The results of the study showed that satisfaction of trainees in training service in 5 aspects at the high level. In term of genders and sectors found that are male and female had different satisfaction in the confidence level of 0.05 But in term of lecturer and teaching technique there are no satisfactions satisfaction difference between male and female. And there are no difference in each sector at the 0.05 level but the training and the lecturer and teaching had different satisfaction.
