This article discusses the offense of citizen journalists in presenting content through online media. The current form of communication in the online media changed from one-way communication to two-way communication. Recipients also change roles from news receptors only to simultaneously become a messenger. The change in communication patterns has resulted in citizen journalists who are responsible for presenting news around them. These journalists however generally preformed their jobs to a particular group of people through ออนไลน์ media such as blogs web sites and social media sites. Without the training in journalism. For the dissemination of content through online media citizen journalists have a great variety of contents and present them in the formats of messages pictures videos live broadcasts via many important social media such as Facebook Twitter etc. and the created websites. The content is published in either legal or illegal manner. The nature of the offense of the citizen journalists appearing in the online media can be identified as follows: 1) presenting false news in the online world 2) presenting political violence content 3) presenting erotic content 4) sexual and obscene 5) serious language expression 6) cyber bullying and cybercrimes: youth falling victim to cyber bullying; being threatened to the verge of scary annoyance and anger; being sexually harassed or abusive with obscenity 7) providing defamatory content and 8) providing offensive materials. In addition this article aims to present the ethics related to the offense of citizen journalists. The laws relating to the offense of four citizen journalists are the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand BE 2560 The Criminal Code Act BE 2496 the Act that shall apply the provisions of Part 1 of the Civil and Commercial Code 1992 and the Act on Offenses Against Computer (No. 2) BE 2560; and City Reduces Offender Law.

This Thesis presents an analysis of wind turbines in a power distribution system that has a wind power source. By comparing the wind turbine with 3 blades and 4 wind turbines while there is no distribution in the distribution system. And the load is distributed in the distribution system To analyze the differences of these 2 wind turbines analyze the pressure values The power quality in the distribution system that occurs. And able to apply wind turbine energy for sustainability And practices to support the correct power supply In the distribution system and able to provide electricity with efficiency and reliability Wind turbine when connecting to the electricity distribution system There is a significant impact on the power distribution system such as the impact on the power loss. Pressure impact etc. It can be seen that the wind turbine with 3 blades works less than the wind turbine with 4 blades not so much. Therefore the test shows that the analysis of the electricity quality in this distribution system for use as a case study And continue to improve the production of wind turbines in the electricity distribution system.

This paper presents an efficient algorithm for optimization of radial distribution systems by a feeder reconfiguration to balance feeder loads and eliminate overload conditions. The system load-balancing index is used to determine the loading conditions of the system and maximum system loading capacity. The index value has to be minimum in the optimal feeder reconfiguration of load balancing. A method based on Tabu search algorithm The Tabu search algorithm is employed to search for the optimal feeder reconfiguration. Simulation results for a radial 69-bus system with reconfiguration and capacitors placement. The study results show that the distribution system with capacitor placement and optimal on/off patterns of the switches feeders reconfiguration can be load balancing in distribution systems.

This research presents an Analysis of Voltage Sags on the Installation of Distributed Generation in the Distribution System. The computer program PSCAD/EMTDC (Power Systems Computer Aided Design / Electromagnetic Transient in DC system) version 4.2 is applied to provide electrical parameters for the modeling and simulation and to analyze the fault occurred which resulted in voltage sag. Test results from PSCAD/EMTDC show the values of voltage sag when 5 types of fault are occurred (Single Line to Ground Fault Double Line to Ground Fault Three Phase to Ground Fault Line to Line Fault and Three Phase Fault). For all cases the value of root mean square voltage before fault is 100% or 1.0 pu. It can be seen that for both radial line and closed circuit when DG are installed in the system the value of phase to ground RMS residual voltage and phase to phase RMS residual voltage at the bus of Bang-pa-in 2 substation are more than the values in case of the system without DG.

This paper presents reliability evaluation in distribution system with distributed generation. The main objective is to minimize the customer interruption cost subject to given number of distributed generation. The minimization problem for customer interruption cost in solved by the developed tabu search algorithm together with reliability worth analysis that provide an indirect measure for cost implication associated with power outages. The developed methodology is tested with a distribution system of Roy Billinton Test System (RBTS) bus 2 consist of 15 buses and 22 load points. Numerical results from the tests demonstrate that the optimal distributed generation placement can be used to promote reliability of the distribution systems.
