sustainability; case study of an anonymous revenue office in Bangkok Region by using In-depth interview technique participative observation and open-ended questionnaire. The participants in the interview process consists of management superintendents and operators totaling 22 persons. The results show that there is a harmonization in each operational level of the organization and comply with the three objectives of risk management under COSO approach. However there is a lack of a measurement of successful level Evaluation to strategic planning and clear hedging guidelines under COSO - ERM in order to build concrete sustainability for the organization. In this study the author has proposed conceptual framework about factors affecting the effectiveness of risk management for organization sustainability to be tested in the future.

This research aims to 1) study the demographic features to the view of the competitive potential in telecommunication business in Bangkok Metropolitan Region totally 4 sale departments and Metropolitan customer service department. 2) study the association of the effectiveness of marketing communication mix and corporate image in order to promote telecommunication business in Bangkok Metropolitan Region totally 4 sale departments and Metropolitan customer service department. 3) study the association of corporate image in order to promote and increase its potential to compete in telecommunication business in Bangkok Metropolitan Region totally 4 sale departments and Metropolitan customer service department. and 4) study the association of the effectiveness of marketing communication mix and competitive potential in telecommunication business in Bangkok Metropolitan Region totally 4 sale departments and Metropolitan customer service department. The Purposive Sampling was selected as a method to figure out a sample group who was the staff of TOT Public Company Limited in Bangkok. Staff’s job position were as follows; 1) Customer Service Center Manager 2) Financial Administrator and 3) Services Administrator 195 persons in total. The data were collected by using the questionnaire which was divided into 5 parts. The first part was the general information of the respondent’s status. The second part was the viewpoint of the marketing communication mix. The third part was the viewpoint of the corporate image in order to promote marketing. The fourth part was the viewpoint of the competitive potential in telecommunication business. And the fifth part was the closed-ended questions of the problem and solutions. This research was using descriptive statistics to analyze such as frequency percentage average SD (Standard Deviation) t-test One way ANOVA and Pearson‘s Correlation Coefficient analysis as hypothesis testing.

This research is Qualitative Research concerning phenomenology study which purpose of this research to study about Effectiveness Management of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon In Order To Enter ASEAN Community. The samples of the research are lecturers supporting staffs both Thai and Foreign and students both Thai and Foreign. The research technic is Balanced Scorecard the balanced scorecard is a strategic planning and management system that is used extensively. In this research the result find that Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon has good management effectiveness as the result from foreign staff and universities partners said that they would like to continue the agreement and work with university in the future projects. The policy and strategic are at good level as the result from interview universities’ students and foreign students. The focus of the policy at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon is to focus on producing graduates to enter the profession and practitioners. University also have conducted cooperation with many entrepreneurial businesses include restaurants shopping malls hotels and other businesses. So that students can practice the lessons learned from practical work experience. From interview academic staffs and support staff about the process of internal management is also effectivess management on good level almost of them are stratify with salary and Social welfare system and others systems in this organization. However some of university’s staff would like to have more knowledge with English language and also would like to know more about the information of organization.

This study was aimed to explore opinions of electronic correspondence officials to study their satisfaction level toward electronic correspondence and to investigate effectiveness level of electronic correspondence officials working at Royal Aide-De-Camp Department. The population was 25 officials who worked at electronic correspondence office of Royal Aide-De-Camp Department. The data were collected in January 2015 and analyzed by a computer software program using the frequency distribution percentage distribution mean ( ) and standard deviation( ). The result of the analysis revealed high level of opinions of 25 electronic correspondence officials working at Royal Aide-De-Camp Department that most of the respondents were male noncommissioned officers ranging from 29 to 39 years old with bachelor’s degrees and having two to five years’ experience or more. They were based at military logistics office. Also their satisfaction toward electronic correspondence was relatively high as well as the effectiveness level. As for problems of electronic correspondence male officers were found having more trouble on insufficient number of computers and their frequent deficiencies and slow downloading. The highest scores were from the users’ satisfaction caused by convenient work facilitation and time saving. In terms of effectiveness most respondents thought that the system was computably accurate and complete with the effective users’ verification system backup system data protection and simple and swift computation. Future studies should be done to electronic correspondence performance between different workplaces such as the electronic correspondence of Royal Aide-De-Camp Department and Ministry of Defense Deputy office in order to compare problems opinions and effectiveness of different electronic correspondence offices.

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness and limitations of the Road Safety Audit in Thailand. The evaluations would be used as a guideline to set Road Safety Audit policy for transport authorities in order to enhance the traffic safety in the construction area. In the study the construction project route 318 Trat-Had Lek part2 (Section1) Sta.1+900.00 to 20+000.00 (total distance of 18.100 kilometer) was selected as a case study. The accident statistics occurred before the construction and during the construction were compared to analyze the effectiveness of the Road Safety Audit used in the project. The result of the study shows that the main cause of the accident are traffic management traffic sign and marking as well as pavement surface. Therefore the researchers have provided some recommendations against the accident causes. Finally the operations of the contractors according to the recommendations were monthly summarized to measure the effectiveness of the recommendations.
