The purposes of the research were to study the 21st century skills of the Students of Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Pranakhon and compare the 21st century skills of their students categorized by the individual factors. The population was 274 students in English for International Communication Tourism and Hotels Faculty of Liberal Arts enrolling in the academic year 2018. The research tool was questionnaires. The statistical data analysis was performed by frequency percentage mean standard deviation and Fdistribution. The results were found as follows: 1. As for the students’ personal information more than three-quarters were female (77.40%). Most of them are in the second year (29.20%) and in Hotels (38.32%). The students’ grades were mostly 3.01-4.00 (69.60%). 2. The overall mean score of the 21st century skills among the students was at the high level (x̄=3.95). As for each aspect the mean score of cross-cultural understanding was rated at the highest level (x̄=4.24) followed by computing and ICT literacy (x̄=4.08) collaboration teamwork and leadership (x̄= 4.07). The lowest one was writing skills (x̄=3.74). 3. In comparison between students’ personal information and the 21st century skills it revealed that there was no significant difference between sex years of study and grades at 0.05. As for the fields of study it was found that the overall score was not significantly different at 0.05 while considered in each aspect: cross- cultural understanding; communications information and media literacy; computing and ICT literacy; and career and learning skills there is a significant difference at 0.05. 4. According to the students’ proposed guideline on the 21st century skills the most important skill for their jobs was foreign language skill. Moreover core course instruction and practice as well as classroom and extracurricular activities can enhance them to gain direct experiences and knowledge which will greatly promote their 21st century skills

The purposes of this study were 1) to study the operating status of knowledge management of the Faculty of Liberal Arts. 2) to study the problems of knowledge management of the Faculty of Liberal Arts. 3) to present the development form of knowledge management system of the Faculty of Liberal Arts. This research was a qualitative research. Analytical unit was Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The population was the staffs of Faculty of Liberal Arts. The samples were randomly assigned to 8 persons divided into 2 groups: 4 administrators 4 teachers. Research tools were related documents and semi structured interviews.The process of conducting research was to study and analyze the concept theory from Documents to create an interview form collected data from the interviews and analysThe results were found as follows: 1) the operating status of knowledge management of the Faculty of Liberal Arts was 3 steps; Steps to determine the authority structure of the responsible person to proceed knowledge management and the process of knowledge management. 2) The problems of knowledge management of the Faculty of Liberal Arts were 4 sides; (1) By Staffs : The staffs had a lot of obligations lack of leadership Lack of understanding with knowledge management. (2) By organizational structure : Because knowledge management section was not organized into organizational structures it is unclear about budget allocation for activities and allocation support personnel. (3) By organizational culture; it was not conducive to knowledge management. (4) By motivation : Motivation for control of knowledge is management was not clear such as awards. 3) the development form of knowledge management system of the Faculty of Liberal Arts was to consist of 5 keywords; Assignment Creation Usage To give Success. The explanation was as follows; Assignment It means a clear policy and accepted by all parties. Creation it means the creation of staffs to understand knowledge management and the creation of organizational culture into the learning organization. Usage it means to use information technology to help knowledge management and to use knowledge management processes. To give; it means to give a reward for motivation to participate in knowledge management activities. Success; it means all staffs must have the same goal: the success of being a truly learning organization.

: The purpose of this research was to 1) study the profile of physical fitness of the undergraduate students of the Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. 2) study the factors contributing to physical fitness of the undergraduate students of the Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. 3) study the guidelines in building physical fitness of the undergraduate students of the Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The research focused on the quantitative aspects of sport fitness by using equipment to test physical fitness and the questionnaire to measure the factors contributing to physical fitness and the guideline supporting the physical fitness. The questionnaire approved by the experts was used to collect data from 215 students who had been tested for physical fitness. To answer the research questions the data were statistically analyzed and processed using computer program for frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. The results of the study were as follows: 1) a good level of physical fitness of the undergraduate students was sitting and bending forward. An average level of physical fitness included standing & sitting in 60 seconds per one time long jump and 50 meter run. A low level of physical fitness was a 30-second push-up. 2) the factors contributing to physical fitness of the students included 2.1) interest 2.2) physical readiness 2.3) equipment 2.4) need for exercise and 2.5) sport outfits and 3) the guidelines for supporting physical fitness of the students included 3.1) fast walking 3.2) cycling 3.3) swimming and 3.4) running.

This research aims to study the need to open Master’s Degree Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajmangala University of Tehnology Phranakorn and to advise the management of Master’s Degree Program. This study applied a mixed method (a quantitative and qualitative research design). Data were collected by questionnaires and interviewed questions from two groups of participants. The first group comes from 300 participants who graduated in Social Science field interested people and Master’s Degree in Faculty of Liberal Arts stakeholders. The other is from 18 participants who are lecturers knowledgeable and skilled people in English Literacy and from Tourism and Hotel Business sectors. It was found that: 1. All participants preferred Independent Studies which study 30 credits in compulsory and elected subjects and 6 credits in independent study subject to Research Program. Participants in Tourism Major credited on in class lecture procedure and preferred single major program while participants in Hotel and English Major chose outside university and international lecturers and integrated subjects program. 2. Participants in Tourism preferred such curriculum structure 12/6 credits of Thesis or IS 21 credits of Compulsory Subject and 3/9 credits of Elected Subject. Participants in Hotel and Tourism Major agreed to have paper examination to enter to the degree rather than other processes and chose twilight course to study however participants in English Major preferred considering candidate experiences and supported to study on the weekends. 3. Participants in Tourism admired the whole course payment while the others preferred scholarship for conducting the research. When asking about advantages of the programs participants from the interview agreed that they are essential in improving work lives. The researchers also found that the number and the qualification of lecturers responsible for each program are not suitable to open the degree. They have to be merged such as Tourism and Hotel.

This research aims to study and to promote labor right awareness in career preparation for Liberal Arts Students University Technology of Phra Nakhon. Interview and group discussion were used in this qualitative research. The sample was 12 of senior students from Faculty of Liberal Arts University of Technology Phra Nakhon in second semester of academic year 2016. The research instrument was a structured interview. The results were as follows: 1. All students were aware of labor right awareness in working time 8 hours a day and 1 hour of breaking time on weekdays. 2. Most students were aware of a weekly holiday at least once a week. 3. Most students were aware of the right to sick leave and to go for private business. If their leaves were 3 or more a medical certificate was required. 4. All students were aware of the wages paid to employees were not less than the legal minimum wage. Most students were aware of the payroll calculation that can be calculated by the length of the work and paid per hourly daily or weekly wages. 5. Most students were aware of the need for employers to provide welfare benefits as required by law. It is legal to place an announcement at the workplace of the employees. 6. Most students lacked awareness of the right to compensation in all cases; definition and conditions of compensation to be paid by the employer to the employee in case of termination of employment without offense under Section 119 other than that of other types of payers paid by the employer to the employee. Including normal and special compensation rates. 7. Guidelines to promote labor right awareness were through various media of universities faculties and branches such as websites announcement and including teaching on labor right in relevant fields.
