This research aims to study the need to open Master’s Degree Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajmangala University of Tehnology Phranakorn and to advise the management of Master’s Degree Program. This study applied a mixed method (a quantitative and qualitative research design). Data were collected by questionnaires and interviewed questions from two groups of participants. The first group comes from 300 participants who graduated in Social Science field interested people and Master’s Degree in Faculty of Liberal Arts stakeholders. The other is from 18 participants who are lecturers knowledgeable and skilled people in English Literacy and from Tourism and Hotel Business sectors. It was found that: 1. All participants preferred Independent Studies which study 30 credits in compulsory and elected subjects and 6 credits in independent study subject to Research Program. Participants in Tourism Major credited on in class lecture procedure and preferred single major program while participants in Hotel and English Major chose outside university and international lecturers and integrated subjects program. 2. Participants in Tourism preferred such curriculum structure 12/6 credits of Thesis or IS 21 credits of Compulsory Subject and 3/9 credits of Elected Subject. Participants in Hotel and Tourism Major agreed to have paper examination to enter to the degree rather than other processes and chose twilight course to study however participants in English Major preferred considering candidate experiences and supported to study on the weekends. 3. Participants in Tourism admired the whole course payment while the others preferred scholarship for conducting the research. When asking about advantages of the programs participants from the interview agreed that they are essential in improving work lives. The researchers also found that the number and the qualification of lecturers responsible for each program are not suitable to open the degree. They have to be merged such as Tourism and Hotel.

The purpose of this study was to study 1) opinions and needs of cooperative saving members towards the existing welfare services and their additional needs 2) to compare the opinions of members of the savings cooperative on the welfare services received and 3) to compare the demand for additional welfare services of the saving cooperative members. The personal factors were classified and a questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data. The data analysis statistics included percentage mean and standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested using t-test and one-way ANOVA was applied. The Scheffe pair test was used if the statistical significance was found at 0.05. The research disclosed that the majority of respondents were married males between the ages of 51-60 years old whose educational level was lower than the bachelor’s degree. They mostly worked as government employees with more than 10 years of service and earned monthly income of 20001-25000 Baht. Their existing welfare services are capital stocks followed by ordinary and emergency loans respectively. Different opinions in the comparative analysis were found among the individual factors of welfare services in terms of their gender age status and education. However they were similar in terms of the type of employment service term and monthly regarding to the welfare services received. As for the comparative analysis of individual factors it was revealed that there were different needs for welfare services because the members with different education levels required distinctive welfare services at the statistical significance of 0.05. However ง the personal factors including gender age status type of employment service term and monthly income were similar concerning their needs for additional welfare services.

The purposes of study were to needs of higher education for distance learning of bachelor’s degree in bachelor of home economics Faculty Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhom. The study was a quantitative research were collected by the Survey Research The reseach instruments use questionnaires and attach a structured curriculum Faculty of Economics and Administrative System over the Internet. The Sample of high school students in Ratchaburi Provice.Selected by random sampling is 12 districts from 27 schools with sampling 30 student / school and 2 schools/ District the total sample is 360 people the analysis by analyzing the content (Content Analysis) and then sort Frequency (Frequency) and the percentage is conclusions The results of the study were as follows: Respondents Most of the women 65 percent are studying Mathayom 6 percent to 86.25 and 66.88 percent learning science – math of and a wish to pursue undergraduate up to 95 percent. And interest learning to distance learning with the internet system in home economics Graduate Faculty of Economics and Administrative 42.19 percent unwanted 57.81 percent. As a students studying math-science they can choose to study in the field of science – math in bachelor degree. The filed of business administration of home economics receive to high School Students all plans. The most student want to study in Formal Education. But they are also ready for learning to distance learning with the Internet system. And also that the Departrment of Business Economics is in need of more enterprises. If a graduate or transfer by a parallel course should have a modern flexible and consistent with the context of the learner. This research has the purpose to study main activity plan of governmental agency and study consistency between activity plans of governmental agency with long term higher education plan for 15 year no. 2 (2008-2022) as to study requirement of higher education students for participating in the activities. This research is a qualitative and quantitative research and triangulation using content analysis and server research for sample group in content analysis namely: main activity plan or public relations plan from governmental agency total 42 major projects. The sample group in this survey was such as publicists of governmental agency total 240 people as for presentation of descriptive research results. Questionnaire was used for analyzing by utilizing statistics for distributing frequency and finding percentage and mean.
