Development of Liquid Soap with Banana Peel Pulp. We have studied the process of developing a recipe and product processing pulp peel bananas: banana peel and pulp of 3levels which take data from a survey of consumer behavior to suit the application. Andhave studied the sensory quality of the products liquid soap mixed pulp banana peel on 3 levels 5: 48.6 10 43.6 and 15 38.6% indicated that test scores give the formula 2 (20:10). in terms of color homogeneity. And texture (thick) overall. Levels like moderately to like verymuch. In terms of cleansing and smell no different at a statistically significant (p> 0.05) werethen tested for quality physical found that Liquid Soap with Banana Peel Pulp Formula 10:43.6% of the color. lightness (L *) was 59.6 ± 0.01 redness (a *) was -0.42 ± 0.01 andyellowness (b *) were 1.31 ± 0.01 which liquid soap is opaque. Because of the banana pulp is mixed in liquid viscosity in the 2584 Point Centrino bubble volume 370 ml and the water chemistry. The pH value of 6.52 ± 00.1 in the pH range 5-8 Thai Community Product Standard. Microbiological quality The shelf life of the product liquid membrane banana: banana peel and pulp. Store in a sealed jar per piece. Kept at room temperature The products were analyzed analyzed microbiological quality. Therefore the total plate count And yeast and mold By sampling every 1 week for a period of 8 weeks the total plate count<10 (CFU / g) Clostridium spp. Was not found Staphylococcus aureus None Streptococcusspp. Did not find Salmonella spp. Did not find Pseudomonas aeruginosa is found Coliform bacteria less. 3 MPN per gram Escherichai coli has been found safe for consumption. The resort complying with (TCPS. 95/2552) is to be a Thai Community Product Standard LiquidSoap of bacteria must be less than 1000 colonies per gram. Effect of beetroot pulp added on physical properties and acceptability of muffin
Effect of beetroot pulp added on physical properties and acceptability of muffin

The objective of this research was to determine the optimal ratio of beetroot pulp to produce American muffin. The experimental arrangement in CRD was used to study the effect of ratio of beetroot pulp at 0 % 5% 10% and 15% of total weight on the quality of product. As beetroot pulp increase L* and b* of sample decreased were observed (p<0.05) while beetroot pulp decrease a* of sample increased were observed (p<0.05). For textural properties higher in beetroot pulp added showed notably decreased in hardness and cohesiveness (p<0.05) and increased in springiness (p<0.05). At 10% of beetroot pulp to produce American muffin by 9-point hedonic composed of 26.66 % moisture 24.63 % protein 11.43 % lipid 1.40 % ash 0.92 % crude fiber 1.34 % insoluble dietary fiber and 55.88 % total carbohydrate 344.91 Kcal. of total energy 102.87 Kcal. of energy from fat and increase of anthocyanin 0.37 %.

ขนมปังหวานเสริมเนื้อตาลสุก

This research had the following objectives: to study 1) basic sweet bread recipe 2) proper amount of ripe palm fruit pulp for production 3) proper amount of yeast for production 4) product acceptance and 5 of ripe palm fruit pulp added sweet bread was and 5) evaluation of product using sensory test. 4 levels of amount ripe palm fruit pulp were 15 20 25 and 30 percent. 4 levels of amount of yeast were 0.6 1.0 1.4 and 1.8 percent of dough weight. Experiment used Randomized Complete Block Design Average values were analyzed using Analysis of variances and the difference of average values were compared by Duncan’s New Multi Range Test using ready made statistical programs. Acceptance of ripe palm fruit pulp added sweet bread product was evaluated using satisfactory of color oder flavor texture and overall satisfaction 100 evaluators did acceptance test using consumer test and 7 days shelf life was studied

The effects of pulp and fiber crops that affect the printing surface through for packaging

The study researches the effects of pulp and fiber crops that affect the printing surface through For packaging. The purpose of the study of plant fiber pulp.Compare the quality of the pulp fiber of plants that affect the printing surface throughThe data can be used in the design of appropriate packaging. And to compare the effects of the packaging structure of plant fiber pulp. Population and sample used in the study include the printing surface through Pulp and paper plants 5 types of equipment used in fiber research. The pulp and fiber crops. By manufacturers or those with knowledge of print. A uniform test. Clarity and completeness of the printing sector. Spec with a photometer in a satisfactory printing on pulp fibers through the plant by the manufacturers or those with knowledge of print. And the satisfaction of the pulp fiber packaging plant. By manufacturers or those with knowledge of the packaging. The research concluded that. Comparison of pulp fibers from plant samples 40 of them are featured on pulp paper suitable for printing in the most average of 4.6. The analysis compared the print quality of the pulp through a fiber plant. The test is simple and consistent. Clarity and completeness of the printing sector. The colors that appear on printed material including five kinds of color have always been smooth with differences not exceeding 5 shows the results in a value that can be seen as well. Comparison of satisfaction on the pulp paper and printing through the most appropriate. Is satisfactory in most average 4.65. Comparison of satisfaction packaging pulp paper plant fiber 5 and found that the packaging 1 and Type 3 are the scores remained level. The packaging is an average of 4.08 and packaging Type 3 has an average of 4.04. This research concluded that Pulp paper and print quality on the most appropriate. Is satisfactory in most The properties of the pulp. Print quality. As well as satisfaction with the quality printing. While pulp and pineapple pulp the elephant has a surface that is not strong. I withdrew the paper fibers of the time. Should improve the quality of pre-printed paper surface. While pulp and pulp of banana skin healthy grass.

การผลิตกระดาษทำมือจากหญ้าชันกาด

Panicum repens is a species of grass. The paper has been made from non-wood materials for long times. This research was used Panicum repens for made grass pulp as non-wood fiber. The influence of alkaline concentrations on properties of pulp from Panicum repens was investigated under room temperature. Alkaline concentration levels were varied at 0% 5% 10% 15% and 20% respectively. Moreover Paper pulp from Panicum repens was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). This research has controlled the length of fiber approximately 0.5- 2.5 cm before soaked with alkaline concentration at 1 hour and soak with water for controlled pH value at 7-8. Paper pulp was formed on a sieve. The result showed that color of paper pulp made from Panicum repens was light brown and green. SEM showed that alkaline concentration affects the physical properties of paper pulp. Moreover true density of paper pulp was also investigated in this research.
