The objective of this research was to study the satisfactions of students attending Bachelor’s Degree in Home Economics Food Service Industry Program (2-year transfer program in cooperation with enterprises). To compare the satisfaction of teaching and learning genders exhibts and status before admission. To compare the satisfaction of work with the coporation genders exhibts and status before admission. The target population of this study is the students attending Bachelor’s Degree in Home Economics Food Service Industry Program (2- year transfer program in cooperation with enterprises) between 2013-2017 is 139 persons. This study use self-administered questionnaire. The statistical tools used in this study are Percentages Mean Standard Deviation t-test. The analysis of difference between the average satisfactions of teaching and learning not significantly different. The analysis of difference between status before admission satisfactions of teaching and learning not significantly different. The analysis of difference between the average satisfactions of work with the coporation significantly different. In the coordinator of the coaches. Teaching and Learning Approaches for Bachelor’s Degree in Home Economics Food Service Industry Program are 2 approaches: 1) Solutions for establishment of cooperation of enterprises. The establishment should cooperate with the educational institution. To get students to practice is to help the school. The establishment should cooperate with teachers and teachers. 2) The solution to create the cooperation of the school. Schools should establish relationships with establishments. The school should organize a seminar. And teachers to have a standard level in teaching as well. And develop the curriculum to meet the needs.

This research aimed to study students’ satisfaction towards teaching and learning management of bachelor of technical education curriculum from Rajamangala University of technology Phra Nakhon. The instrument used in this study was questionnaires which consisted of 5 aspects; curriculum lecturer teaching and learning process assessment and management. The statistics used in in data analysis were mean standard deviation two Independent t-test. The study found that the overall satisfaction of the students was at a good level (x = 3.97 S.D.= 0.64). When considering each aspect the highest students’ satisfaction was the lecturer aspect (x = 4.12 S.D.= 0.63). In the same fashion the teaching and learning process (x = 4.04 S.D.= 0.67) and curriculum aspect (x = 4.03 S.D.= 0.65). However students in different disciplines were not significant difference with the teaching and learning process of the Faculty of Industrial Education.

This research aimed to : 1) study the constructivist teaching method through cooperative learning activities to enable students’ self-instruction 2) to design the cooperative teaching and learning model based on the constructivism for the information literacy and research skills course for the students at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon and 3) to develop the constructivist-cooperative teaching and learning instruction to develop critical thinking and learning achievement for the information literacy and research skills course at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. This research used a mixed-method between quantitative research and qualitative research. The data were collected from 30 students using the questionnaire approved by the experts. The in-depth interviewed data from five students who were fast acute and adept learners were analyzed and processed. The computerized statistics were percentage mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data were analyzed for content (Content Analysis). The findings showed that the students had the opinion at a high level about the model of constructivist-cooperative teaching and learning model in the information literacy skills course. Regarding each aspect it was found that the students were extremely satisfied with the constructivist-cooperative teaching and learning model. The following satisfaction lied in the development of the teaching and learning model and the trial of the model conducted with real students to see any potential flaws for further improvement and development of appropriate and effective instruction models. In addition the opinions of the informants were accordant with those of the students. The model should focus on the content and the instruction design. Group works should be used so that students can help each other. Experts in constructivism should play a main role in the development of a constructivist-cooperative instruction model. The constructivist-cooperative instruction model should be implemented with real students. The results can be further used for improvement and development of appropriate and effective instruction models.

The population of the study is that students of Home Economics Saowabha Vocational 1st year about 19. The instruments used in this research include multimedialearning assessment tests and questionnaires. The statistics used in this study include E1 / E2 average and the standard deviation. The research found that as follows: 1) students were evaluating during the study a performance fee equal to 80.68 and the assessment report. The performance was 85.74 indicating that the medium of instruction multimedia performance was in accordance with the specified criteria. 2) Student satisfaction with teaching the basics of multimedia creationThe flowers were ; 2.1) the invention of paper roses student was satisfacting the high level.The first two items in order from most to least found that the side with the highest mean score. The media was inferior to the benefits they were receiving from the media and the minimum content. 2.2) Artificial flowers from tissue paperstudent has been satisfacting the high level the first two items in order from most to least found that the side with the highest mean score. The benefits were receiving by the media followed by the media minimum and content and 3) the assessing possibility and the benefits of will have been learning the basics of multimedia creation. The Artificial Flowers Overall were experts opine that appropriate possibility and helpful the high level.

study the teaching learning activity management to reinforce the 12 Thai main core values according to the policy of the National Council for Peace and Order of Secondary Schools under Secondary Educational Service Office Area 6 Samut Prakarn Province. The research instrument was a questionnaire asking about the teaching learning activity management to reinforce the 12 Thai main core values according to the policy of the National Council for Peace and Order. Data were collected from 320 teachers of secondary schools under Secondary Educational Service Office Area 6 Samut Prakarn Province by simple random sampling method. Statistics for data analysis were frequency percentage mean standard deviation and mean difference were tested by ANOVA statistics. The research results revealed that : 1. The management of teaching learning activity to reinforce the 12 Thai main core values of Secondary Schools Samut Prakarn Province classified by status as a whole revealed that the administrators rating was at moderate level and teachers rating was at moderate level ; classified by school sizes as a whole small schools medium schools large schools and extra-large schools rating were at moderate level. 2. The Comparisons of teaching learning activity management to reinforce the 12 Thai main core values of Secondary Schools Samut Prakarn Province classified by school sizes revealed that as a whole of all aspects were not different which was not in agreement with the hypothesis.
