This research is to study the condition problem and needs of the organization in the management of supplies of parcel operators. Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon all 4 aspects are procurement Control and distribution of parcels Maintenance And the distribution of supplies to study guidelines for the development of parcel management for parcel workers Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Classified by problem condition and procurement development approach by collecting data between October 2019 and September 2020 it was a survey research using questionnaire tools which consisted of 3 parts: The respondents which were demographic characteristics 2) problem conditions and procurement development approach and 3) other recommendations. Personnel under the Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon number 100 people. The data analysis used descriptive statistics for demographic characteristics. And use statistical statistics for the analysis of related factors. The study found that Problem condition and procurement development approach Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Procurement side Chief supplies officer and the supplies staff have knowledge and understanding in the performance of their responsibilities which are clear transparent fast and prompt to use. Procurement follows regulations at every step. Meet the desired purpose Control and distribution of parcels Chief Master at Supplies And parcel staff to advise on the control and distribution of parcels There is an annual inspection of parcels to be in accordance with the prescribed rules. Complete and correct in accordance with regulations Procurement Act B. E. 2560 Supplies Maintenance There is a record of the equipment history for the benefit of use and maintenance. And the parcel officer has to record and maintain the parcel efficiently and can be used all the time. Parcel distribution The damaged parcel is sold in accordance with the regulations. The parcel officer has knowledge and understanding in the process of disposing of parcels correctly.

The purposes of this research were to study attitudes towards work organizational atmosphere and relationship between attitudes towards work organizational atmosphere and work participation of the Government Lottery Office employees. The research sample consisted of 260 Government Lottery Office employees drawn from probability sampling and simple random sampling. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency percentage mean standard deviation and Pearson product moment correlation coefficient. The study results indicated that the Government Lottery Office employees’ attitude was at a high level. When considering each aspect it was found that attitude regarding work performance had the highest average value and work participation was also at high level. It was found that accepting assigned responsibilities had the highest average value. The results of the hypothesis testing revealed that in the overall the attitudes towards all aspects and the organizational atmosphere positively correlated with the Lottery Office employees’ work participation statistically significant at the 0.01 level.

Corporate governance principle has played an important role in predicting the business failure because the concept of good corporate governance will result in value and value added to the business and shareholders. Several previous studies attempt to find the relationship between corporate governance mechanisms and firm’s performance. It was expected that company with good performance will not be likely to go bankrupt. However this article reviews the compiled documents and studies in the past concerning corporate governance mechanisms (board structure board committees and ownership) as application tool to predict business failures.

The objective of this research was to compare the study achievement on Thai Government and Politics of Higher Technical Certificate students of Rajamangala Institute of Technology Poh Chang Art Campus based on the teaching techniques. The total of 49 Poh Chang art students of the 2nd Semester 2002 academic year were simple random sampled and then randomly divided into 2 grcJps; 20 students for the experimental group and the rest for controlled one. The learning-centered teaching technique was used for the experimental group whereas the standard teaching technique was for the other. This research was nonrandomized control group pretest-posttest design. The research tool were the measurement for study achievement teaching plan of StudentTeams-Achievement division: STAD) and the group observation form for collecting the qualitative and quantitative data. Statistics applied for quantitative data analysis was ANCOVA (One-Way Analysis of Covariance) with the pretest score as the covariate. Interpretation was used for qualitative data analysis. The findings revealed that 1.There was a significant difference between the study achievement of the students at the level of 0.05 based on teaching techniques. 2.The experimental group had a better team working performance.
