The objectives of this study are to develop a management system for examination bank and an online examination. Working procedures were performed by analysis a traditional working system and problems study of user requirements design of a new working system and a development of the new system. PHP and JAVA programming language operating with MySQL for developments and a database management were used. The new system consists of 6 systems by operating as web application. Users are 3 groups that are teachers students and administrator. In the items analysis stem a reliability value was calculated using KR-20 and KR-21 of Kuder-Richardson. The level of difficulty and discriminating power were identified using choice analysis with 27 percentages of upper and lower technique. The new system was tested with 3 groups of teachers students and administrator. The evaluation was performed using questionnaires. The results of the evaluation shown the contentment is in good level. Accuracy of the system was measured by comparison between a traditional item analysis and the new system. The comparison results were not different. However the accuracy of item analysis results depends on knowledge of the students who are in testing.

Currently the internet services with 3G technology by mobile phone operators in Thailand are different in the performance. The mobile phone operators have already launched 3G technology with 2G frequency ranges which are limited in the efficiency. This paper aims to compare the efficiency of the internet service with 3G technology by three mobile phone operators (AIS DTAC and Truemove H) in Thailand. There are three type of testing as follows: Ping to both domestic and international website Bandwidth speed test and FTP Test (upload and download) are used to evaluate the performance of these mobile phone operators. There were five places in Bangkok where are the top of the network congestion list for such testing the three mobile phone operators. The result showed that AIS gives the best performance in the ping test. Truemove H introduces the best performance in both FTP and Bandwidth speed test. The DTAC performances are moderated level for every tests.

The objective of this survey research were to study information retrieval on internet and and problems of the Faculty of Liberal Arts’ Students Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The stratified random sampling was 270 first semester undergraduate students of the Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon that were studying in academic year 2012. The research tool was questionnaire about information retrieval on internet of the Faculty of Liberal Arts’Students Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. Statistical research were percentage median and standard deviation. The results showed that: 1. Each week most students retrieved information on internet more than 6 times per week and took average 1-2 hours each time. Aims of information retrieval were entertainment and recreation. Field of Tourism was the most retrieval i.e. tourist attraction recreational area hotels festival season and travel. The most information need format was text and pictures. Most students knew information sources on internet from search engines i.e. Google MSN Search etc. The first ranking of search engines was Google second were Bing and Sanook. 2. For information search methods most students printed required terms into search box by using keywords. Besides most students never used an advanced search. The most techniques of information retrieval was required results limit by specifying URL or websites. The students had the most selective method of information lists acquired from information retrieved results of search engine by viewing from information title that used for search engine. Whenever students did not seek required information they would retrieved continuously until they were successful by changing new search terms. 3. The most problems of students’ information retrieval were not to meet the required information and not to know search methods and search terms selection.

The Study on Needs Patterns and Features on Internet Web Board of Bangkok Teenagers aims to find out the needs patterns and features on internet webboard of Bangkok teenagers and comparison of needs patterns and features on internet webboard of Bangkok teenagers by sex age and status on webboard. The sample groups of this study are teenager of Bangkok. They are age between 15-25 years randomly distributed each place of Bangkok for 400 persons. The sample is divided into 4 groups according to the class is a group of 15 years a group of 16-18 years a group of 19-22 years and a group of 23-25 years. Tools to collect data on the close-ended questionnaires. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics is the frequency and percentage. The results show that they needs resolution of 1024x768 Pixel size 14-16 point used standard fonts a forum held in the middle the same background color is white or blue font color is black pagination with the table customize the fonts themselves both the post and reply sort by latest post. The needs of webboard features show that need to register before post rarely used pictures and sound effects used of the Emotion Icon frequently (more than 50%) can be inserted the picture more than size 1000 KB to send or not send an email back equally (50.7:49.3) . If the webboard use real ID card to register to post and reply found that most users will not reply and then read only. The user needs a repository of unlimited forum. If given a choice between The speed in the open and the many features user to choose a simple but high-speed turn. But as a whole most users prefer to have the many features forum to use

The Purpose of this research is to study the Usage and Satisfaction towards Internet of Students at Rajamangala University of Technology Pra Nakorn. This study is a survey research. The instruments used in this research are questionnaire. The sample groups in this research were Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon 400 persons. The statistics by means of Arithmetic means percentage value t-test and Oneway ANOVA Analysis. The results of the study are as follow: 1.The students with different sex have no significant. 2.The students with different ages have no significant. 3.The students with different academic levels have no significant. 4.The students with different s~mesters have no significant. 5.The students with different faculty have no significant. 6.The students with different type of accommodation have no significant. 7.The students with different type of income have no significant. 8.The students with different expense have no significant.
