The purpose of this project is to study the mechanical and physical properties of recycled roofing materials. The pulp extracted from the UHT beverage boxes to get aluminum foil mixed with low density polyethylene. This can be used engineering and is an option to reduce the amount of UHT boxes left over to roofing sheets. In experiment 3 aluminum foil medium size and fine then hot and extruded with 68 and 10 bar compression then cut into test pieces. To test mechanical and physical properties in accordance with the test standards: Torsion Testing Tensile strength Impact resistance Heat resistance water absorption and density testing. Compare the mechanical and physical properties of the material; different sizes of aluminum foil and compressive strength. To bring the best materials to the product. From the tests it was found that the properties of recycled composite materials From the box UHT beetroot This is made of coarse aluminum foil. 18.23 MPa bending strength 10.66 MPa tensile strength 110.987 J / m2 impact resistance 52.40 Shore-D Hardness 0.62 % Water Absorption 0.70 % Thickness Swelling 1.086 g/m3 Density 0.031 m2.K/W Thermal Resistance and 0.291 W/mK Thermal Conductivity is the best mechanical properties. Due to the large aluminum foil it can be used for high strength. Which is higher than the aluminum foil of a smaller size.

This research presents the engineering properties of asphalt (AC 60/70) modified with different ratios of rib smoked sheet. Then select the best properties of the binder to mix asphaltic concrete. From laboratory testing results with adding 9% rib smoked sheet into mixtures for the best results. The properties of asphaltic concrete can be improved by adding 9% rib smoked sheet. For asphaltic concrete Marshall Stability increased with adding rib smoked sheet into asphalt. Moreover the stiffness modulus of asphaltic concrete can be improved 9.03 compared to AC 60/70.

The objectives of this research are to study the production to find the proper ratio to test the physical mechanical properties and thermal conductivity to suggest the implementation and to transfer the technology of light-weight precast concrete wall panel product with adding high density foam sheet. The light-weight precast concrete wall panel product was produced by covering the foam sheet with steel pouring the mortar (M3 ratio which was proper ratio) and curing the light-weight precast concrete wall panel product. From the testing results followed the TIS.2226-2548 and TIS.878- 2537 the general characteristic of light-weight precast concrete wall panel product was perfect. The properties of light-weight precast concrete wall panel product include 17.81 MPa of compressive strength no bending when installed in common behavior 11.38% of water absorption passed in type1 of hardness and impact test 956.03 kg/m3 of density 9.18 MPa of bending strength and 0.170 watt/m.K of thermal insulation. This light-weight precast concrete wall panel product can use as the thermal insulation wall in building. Moreover the developing product can apply to register the petty patent.

This research has objectives to study the production to find the proper size of steel wire mesh to test the properties and to study the implementation of high strength and thermal insulation cement-bonded fiberboard from coconut meal corncob fibers and steel wire mesh. The mixture ratio of cement-bonded fiberboard included Portland cement type1: sand: coconut meal fiber: corncob fiber: water: calcium chloride equal to 1: 0.2: 0.0125: 0.0375: 0.3: 0.03 by weight and 5 different sizes of steel wire mesh were reinforced. Casted by compression and sharking machine. Tested the properties follow the TIS.878-2537. From the results 1 mm of diameter and 1” of gab of steel wire mesh (? 1 mm # 1”) was the proper size to reinforce the cement-bonded fiberboard to get highest bending strength. Moreover this cement-bonded fiberboard can pass the required standard. The high strength and thermal insulation cement-bonded fiberboard from coconut meal corncob fibers and steel wire mesh has the possibility to construction as exterior building wall.

This research aims to predict the thickness loss of parabolic forming by using hydromechanical deep drawing (HMD) process. The methodology used is the finite element method on the uncertainty of the mechanical properties for 1 mm thickness SPCC sheet metals. The properties consisted of three aspects: strength coefficient (K) strain hardening exponent (n-value) and plastic strain ratio for all three axis (r0 r45 and r90). Multiple simulations were completed by randomly selecting K n r0 r45 and r90 values following the distribution obtained from the uniaxial tensile test. The results would be analyzed by using the regression equation to create the equation to predict the thickness loss of the test pieces obtained from the formation process using the K n r0 r45 and r90 variables without the use of finite element method. This would results in a decrease in the simulation time. Based on 30 experiments of uniaxial tensile test it shows that the sheet metal properties are normally distributed. After that 60 cases of the five variables were randomly selected to simulate the formation by using the finite element method. Finally the results obtained from the aforementioned simulation is analyzed and generated into a regression equation. From the comparison between the value predicted from the regression equation and the result obtained from the formation process it can be seen that the regression equation can effectively predict the thickness loss when the five variables are under the same distribution properties. However the efficiency will decrease when the values of the five variables are beyond the distribution properties obtained from the experiment. In addition the uncertainty of mechanical properties of sheet metal in the simulation displays the chances of discovering test pieces with over 40% thickness loss. The simulation resulted in 5 damaged test pieces accounting for 8.33% of the total process.
