The research on the factors influencing demand in information technology skill development for the management of Halal food database of medium and small business enterprises in Thailand was aimed (1) to study factors influencing the needs to develop skills in using information and (2) to examine the consistency of the causal model with empirical data. The variables studied included the independent variable the availability of database industry and the connection to external organizations and the dependent variable the needs to develop skills in using information for the management of Halal food database of medium and small business enterprises in Thailand. Quantitative empirical research was conducted. The research instruments were questionnaires developed to collect data from 350 sample Halal food entrepreneurs. The statistics used in this study included the frequency percentage average standard deviation structural equation model and qualitative research. It was found that the model was well consistent with the empirical data. The Chi – Square (χ) value was 198.935 at the degrees of freedom (df) of 169 with the probability p-value equal to .057 and chi - square relative (χ22/df) of 1.177. The index of harmony (GFI) was equal to 0.951 and index root mean square of the remaining standards (SRMA) was 0.039 with the accuracy in estimating the parameters (RMSEA) equal to 0.025. In addition it was also found that that the variable of the availability of database industry and the connection to external organizations had positive impact on The need to develop skills in using information technology to manage the database of Halal and medium-sized businesses in Thailand. The findings suggest the entrepreneur to focus on variables such as the availability of database industry and the connection to external organizations which would lead to The need to develop skills in using information technology to manage the database of Halal and medium-sized businesses in Thailand

The objective of the research was to develop multimedia instruction package on Optical Communication to improve cognitive skills of Thai Qualification Framework for Higher Education (TQF: HEd). The research tools consisted of the teaching documents power-point presentation the experimental set of Optical Communication and the simulation tool of fiber optic analysis. The tools were firstly observed by five experts and evaluated by 18 student sample group who registered in Optical Communication subject in Industrial Education Program of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The research results showed that 1) the multimedia instruction package for Optical Communication was in a high level (X ̅=4.46S.D.=0.60) and 2) after learning students’ satisfactions were in a high level (X ̅=4.46S.D.=0.50). In conclusion the multimedia instruction package on Optical Communication to cultivate cognitive skills of TQF: HEd can be used effectively for learning and teaching on Optical Communication.

Thailand has become a member of the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) which aims to stimulate economic growth social progress sociocultural evolution and also cooperation among its members. The main goal of ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) is to transform the region into a single market and production base to become more stable and prosperous. Hence in order to prepare ourselves to the changes in a very near future it is essential to encourage and support students to improve their working skills and knowledge to enter the ASEAN community confidently. In order to examine on the acknowledgement and the preparation in terms of working skill for ASEAN undergraduate students in the first year of Food Service Industry Program were chosen by using purposive sampling. Fifty-five questionnaires were collected. The result shows that most of the students at 75.47 percent are female 52.83 percent of them are eighteen years old and 43.39 percent use internet regularly. The evaluation on students’ knowledge capability and working experience which are considered to be beneficial for entering the ASEAN community shows that most of the students are very well prepared in both personality and potential. Moreover the majority are also very well educated about ASEAN in terms of economic growth social progress sociocultural evolution. The research also analyzed on the differences on gender of the students and channel of the resources about ASEAN that may have an impact on their knowledge and potential. The result shows that there are no significant differences between each gender and channel (P ≤ 0.05).

The purposes of this study were to compare the progress in Thai enunciation skill of students at Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin Wangklaikangwon Campus before and after using electronic medias and to find out freshmen’s attitude toward using electronic medias to develop Thai enunciation skill . The sample was 40 freshmen of Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin and taking Thai for communication course in the first semester of the 2011 academic year. The study was carried out for 1 month by learning plan with the teacher before practicing unlimited time by themselves with the electronic medias 10 times with researcher consultation. The research instruments were 1) the electronic medias to develop Thai enunciation skill 2) the pre-test and post-test of reading 3) attitude questionnaire. The data were statistically analyzed using percentage by formula E1/ E2 and t-test The results of the study revealed that the Electronic Medias average percent effective E1/E2 is 80.15/88.90 after using E–learning the progress in Thai enunciation skill of the freshmen increased at the .05 level of significance and the freshmen’s attitude towards using electronic medias to develop Thai enunciation skill was very good.
