Freight is major source of income of the State Railway of Thailand (SRT); which had revenues of one billion baht a year. The development of freight by rail system to be fart punctual and safe is important. Knuckle pin serves tension and shear stress in pulling Rolling Stock. Strength testing of Knuckle pin must be done by technical and engineering knowledge. SRT has 6000 Rolling Stocks; that means 6000 Knuckle Pin has been used and it is likely to increase due to the construction of the Double Track Project and the purchase of new Rolling Stocks. The efficient Knuckle Pin prolongs lifespan and SRT would have benefit on saving cost of maintenance and increase safety in the transportation of goods. This research is aimed at creating the understanding about the quality of the Knuckle Pin modeled Nat Mall. The pin would be test by Standard Test Methods for Tension Testing of Metallic Materialsand the Standard Test Method for Analysis of Carbon and Low-Alloy Steel by Spark Atomic Emission Spectrometry and Hardness Testing Machine and Microstructureto determine the cause of pin’s damage. This study will contribute the standardization of the quality of the Knuckle Pin which is used in Rolling Stocks of SRT.

This research explored the Marketing Mix (4P’s) factors affecting vocational education textbook buying decision of target customerss Wankaew Edutainment Co.Ltd. in Bangkok metropolitan area. This study aims to study the client’s investment behavior in the Long-Term Equity Fund: LTF the clients invest in Krungsri Asset Management Company classified on demographic factors and to study different behavior of individual investor. The sample used in this study includes investors who invest in long-term equity fund (Krungsri’s LTF) amounting to 71518 investors. The sampled people derive from the Taro Yamane’s formula as Convenience sampling method that the confident level is 95% and the tolerance’s acceptance in the selection of the samples is 5% numbered 397 investors. The data collection did during October 2015 which evaluated and analyzed data using statistical software. This study analyzes by using statistics and percentage. This study found that most investors are females aged between 31-40 years married status get a bachelor’s degree have monthly revenue between 15000-30000 baht and their careers are government officers. In terms of investment found that most investors choose a long-term mutual fund (70:30 of dividend). On average each of the investors have investment value approximately 10000 baht per time or less than there is an average investment period over five years and the times to invest in the investment portfolio are the gradual purchases throughout the year. Regarding to the total investment in the mutual fund investors invest about 1-2 locations. In term of the loss’s acceptance has risk level around 10-20%. The investment objective is to receive tax benefits. For suggestions from the research results the asset management company should conduct these investment behaviors to make consideration on creating new products that are suitable for the investment this also reassure investors that their investments will bring benefits and have low risk in addition the confidence in the firmly fixed income and these investments do not cause adverse effects in a long-term investment. This research also makes choices in the matter of the benefits’ payment risk assessment in investment time to invest and so on. In order the fact that investors have choices to invest in the versatile mutual fund.

The study on factors affecting the performance of Thai Tridymite Limited employees was aimed to investigate their personal factors incentive factors teamwork behavior work performance motivation affecting the work efficiency and behavior factors that affected the employees’ performance. The population used in this study was 113 employees. The data analysis relied on the statistics including percentage average and standard deviation. The hypothesis testing applied multiple regression analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis) at the 0.05 significance level. The results showed that the employees working at Thai Tridymite Limited were mostly female between the ages of 30-40 years old with a bachelors degree earning 10000 - 20000 Baht income in the average. They had been working for the company for lower than five years and had high-level motivation concerning job responsibility work success work progress acceptability salary income management interpersonal relationship administration policy work conditions and work security. As a whole the level teamwork behavioral factors was high including the team mission and goals work assignments according to the delegation of duties open communication distributed leadership and the joint decision. In terms of work performance the level of personal performance and organization performance was considered high. The hypothesis testing revealed factors motivating the work performance and teamwork behavior that affected the performance of the employees at the .0 5 level statistical significance. The incentive factors affecting performance included the nature of work work progress salary income work conditions and work security. Teamwork behavioral factors affected distributed leadership and joint decision.

The purposes of the research were 1) to study the personal factors of the RMUTP undergraduate; 2) students of examine the opinions of the students participating in the activities; and 3) to compare levels of students’ opinions on activities porticipation according to their personal factors. The samples were 400 undergraduate students of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon chosen by using proportional stratified sampling. The research instrument used to collect data was the questionnaire. The data were analyzed by t-test and F-test to compare the percentage mean value and the standard deviation. The level of statistical significance was at .05 level and multiple comparison test was run by Scheffe. application. . The result of research found that the majority of students were male (54.8%) the students were studying in the first year (29.3%) Bangkok commercial campus (47%) the students whose parents were together (72.3%) the students whose families had more than 4 members (68.25%) the students whose total family incomes (baht/month) 30000-39999 baht (22.3%) the students lived in their house/relatives house (3.98%) by the highest average side was benefit that received from attending the activities (3.98%) an opinion of students about attending the activities held by RMUTP have the overall level in high (3.67%) The hypothesis testing revealed that Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon students’ opinions had significant difference at .05 level in terms of their academic year and faculty.
